Now I've read the federal immigration laws many times

I'm still baffled

Where exactly does it say that you have to be a violent criminal to be in violation of immigration law only ?

Who gave the feds the right to interpit the laws instead of enforce them?

I read that to be in this country illegally , is ILLEGAL

The law mentions no class of illegal , it states all persons illegally present in this country are to be deported.

Catch and release is alive and well under nappo and obama , Are they not in violation of the oaths of office by releasing people that the law clearly states must be deported?

Deportation is useless until a wall is built and staffed 24/7. They come back within hours to 3 days.

I don't think massive deportation would work. They just keep coming back. I think a better idea is to cut off jobs, benefits and citizen babies. If there are no free benefits, they might as well stay home. Our government encourages illegal immigration by providing everything an illegal could possibly need at taxpayer expense. Oh, and they encourage them to vote.
