| I think after Hate Crime legislation just passed by Congress would classify this incident as a hate crime. Where is the FBI? |

Hate crimes applies to everybody but white, conservative, heterosexual Americans. Even though Lou's wife is hispanic. I am of German descent. Does hate crime law protect me?

We all know that you are right about this. With the appointment of Sonia Sotomayer to the US Supreme Court it has become official that racism and race based legal protections are a one way street against White Americans.

Hey, any good Minutemen & Women in his area that would like to do a little "Home Protection" kind of a neighborhood watch program?
Now that would really light off the LEFT wing wack jobs!
