Hundreds of people are lining up to get their New Haven ID cards. -- This is the third day the ID card has been available, and before City Hall opened at 9:00 a.m. over 400 people had lined up to apply for the card. -- Workers had to cut the line off and send hundreds home, but people say they're willing to wait in line for hours for an ID card.
