There's probably going to be a lot of confusion about this based on information such as what I have posted below:

At the Casa del Migrantes in Tijuana, Mexico, migrants can find a bed and three meals a day in their journey toward or away from the United States. This seems to be the only type of info which comes up when one tries to research the name of the organization in order to find out more about it.

And, as you can see, it deals with a group which provides housing......per se.....to immigrants regardless of legal status.
Perhaps if you posted a link to the legal aid organization so that folks can read up on it, it would eliminate the confusion
