Illegal Immigrants Caught Sabotaging American Train Tracks

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is requesting that Federal authorities charge the illegal aliens caught stealing over 500 railroad spikes in North Carolina with terrorism charges, since they entered America illegally and worked to sabotage train tracks in a way that could have resulted in mass casualties.
"We are at war with terrorists and stealing train spikes, which is likely to cause a train to derail is an act of terrorism," said William Gheen of ALIPAC. "The Obama administration must admit that their failure to adequately enforce our border and immigration laws is putting American lives at risk of terrorism."
The Asheville Citizen Times reported on March 2, 2010 that police had arrested TWO ILLEGAL ALIENS, Cruz Mario Carnacion, 37 and Jose Luis Trejo-Yanez for being in possession of more than 500 STOLEN 7-inch spike's that were taken from the railroad tracks owned by Norfolk Southern Railroad.
This latest incident is similar to arrests of illegal aliens stealing railroad tracks and spikes from railroads near Yuma, AZ, which was reported by US Customs and Border Patrol on March 11, 2008.
"We believe that this documented pattern of illegal immigrants stealing railroad parts from tracks and putting American lives at risk is a form of terrorism that will likely not be reported by the national media,"said William Gheen. "America and Americans are under attack in our own nation and many times illegal aliens are engaging in domestic terrorism against our citizens and nation."
Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is warning Americans of these illegal alien terrorism attempts through an massive online network of supporters and blogger. Activists across the nation are being encouraged to contact their local talk radio shows and elected officials to share this information about the illegal aliens stealing railroad spikes. Activists are also being asked to call their members of Congress and Janet Napolitano at the Department of Homeland Security to ask her to focus on enforcing our existing immigration laws, instead of focusing on trying to pass the current AMNESTY legislation active in Congress.
William, don't you think that it might be a little bit cruel to ask that these illegals be prosecuted and especially as terrorists? Just because an American citizen would have been immediately prosecuted just as you describe and punished without mercy, you can't expect that same standard to be applied to illegal aliens who are just here to feed their babies and do the work that lazy sorry Americans won't do. They are just doing their part to contribute to our society. You must not have gotten the memo that illegals are the "chosen people" here and are above the law. Remember, Dick Armey himself has already advised us that the wrongdoings of the invaders can be equated to running a traffic light stuck on red at 2:00 in the morning in order to get medicine for a sick baby. Where is your compassion, man? They might have been able to get as much as $3 out of those spikes by selling them for scrap iron. Do you really want to deprive them of a haul like that by prosecuting them? After all, in the words of the wise Juan McAmnesty, these are "God's children" and Jorge Boosh once told us all that they are "our friends."
Folks, with friends like these, we certainly don't need any more enemies.
By the way, where has DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano been lately? She's been out of the news for around one month. The last time we heard from her, she was trying to explain how "the system worked like it was supposed to" when a Muslim terrorist almost brought-down a plane on Christmas Day, even though it took some alert passengers and crew members to stop him from setting-off the bomb - not part of the regular "system".
The time before that, she was trying to explain how the Mexican border was now secure enough for Congress to have a dialog on "Comprehensive Immigration Reform", or Amnesty for 20 million illegal aliens. I wonder if Nappy would be kindhearted enough to extend Amnesty to the 2 illegals who almost derailed a train.
DHS responded to a news-bite last week, but it was the Assistant Secretary of DHS who responded, not Nappy.
Terrorists are always trying to find new and ingenius ways to attack America. Illegal aliens are no less ingenius.
I have but one question regarding the theft of railway spikes by the illegals -was this railway line in use, or was it, like so many, a dormant track? If it was a track being used on a regular basis, then it's sabotage, if not, call it Grand Theft....And put them on an island in the Okefenokee for a year or so...!

I believe this line is still in use. How often, I do not know. At least it didn't take a trainwreck to find the problem. Unlike our government. That will take a trainwreck to find the problems. _________________
This goes much deeper than two guys stealing spikes. They are taking large quantities to melt down the metal. It is similar to thieves who steal a lot of copper wiring.
