She was cold cocked and beaten with a bat or some kind of instrument all over her body. She was also cut with a blade on several locations of her body including her neck. There was a large 13 with a circle around it. During her statement she could recall someone calling to "drown the bitch" as she was being raped. When in the hospital the officer asked if she had drawn a bath she told him "no". After returning home the next day her tub was filled with water.
She is recovering slowly and in a lot of pain. She remember's a young boy, possibly a white male and another that spoke in Spanish. She believes there to be 3 attackers at this time and in and out of consciousness she recalls some Spanish being spoken. She has had some memory return but it is still blurry.
Shawna has been investigating drug cartel operations from Nogales to Sells. She had broken in pretty deep as far as locations and the ins and out of operations. She was working on discovering the connections here in WA state along with human trafficking of young girls.
One week prior to Shawna's incident, someone opened fired on her Husband at their home in Everett. Five shots were fired and he was hit 3 times. He was in intensive care until just this Tuesday.
This is serious and it is important that all Minutemen and people in this movement be aware of the levels these people are willing to go if you get to close to what they are doing.

Be prepared for total chaos and anarchy when Obama eliminates what borders remain......As I stated on a previous post this will be the first inauguration I refuse watch as it will signal the surrender and destruction of what is left of this country to Mexico, Al Qaeda, The Taliban and other enemies of the American people but obviously not of those in power.............. _________________ There is no freedom without the law. Where is the newspaper article or police report? What is the source link?
Why is everyone here at alipac assuming this information is legitimate when there is no source link, source indicated, newspaper article, or police report?
Perhaps something here has happened, but I do know two things.
One, most of you have never heard of this woman or her supposed group before and two, this story is completely unverified.

The story came from American Patrol, but I doubt they verified the story so your are right a lot of it could be made up. You could ask Glenn Spencer if he checked the story, I think his opinion of Gilchrist is about the same as ours.

To comment on the idea of being careful, it is always in anyones best interests to do all they can to be somewhat "covert". I have lived among illegal aliens for five years now, and many times gang members. I have NEVER allowed it to get out what I am working towards, and at one time walked out of here with protest signs under wraps to meet with others in downtown Portland.

Perhaps something here has happened, but I do know two things.
One, most of you have never heard of this woman or her supposed group before and two, this story is completely unverified.
When the girl claimed that she was attacked by a black guy that carved a backwards B in her face last year during the elections, I had several observations that I kept to myself. I thought "The B is backwards because she did it herself in a mirror" but I did not post that.
I'm not going to hold back this time.
1. The woman making these reports is considered to be unstable and unreliable by almost all of our Western contacts.
2. The 13 on the kitchen floor looks like it was written by a female.
3. MS-13 has shown no prior patterns of leaving a mark at their crime scenes that I can recall from any of the many reports we have on file.
4. The woman making these claims has a political incentive. She is practically a complete unknown within our movement with the exception of the SPLC hit piece on her. If you read the language with her pics and report you can tell that either she wrote this or someone very close to her did. The write up has contradictory language saying they want this information out Vs. can't share details etc...
5. Most of the wounds are highly superficial, especially the little scratches. They look like the kind of wounds someone would make to claim they were attacked without really hurting themselves. What are these supposed to be anyway and why no explanation of what supposedly made these scratches? Are they supposed to be fingernail or knife scratches?
If they were fingernail scratches, they really do not look like it because there would be more skin damage pulled off and these cuts look like they were made with a thin blade. And why would she have fingernail scratches close together on the back of her neck? That makes no sense.
It equally makes no sense that any attacker would use a knife or a razor blade to gently make a series of scratches in these locations like this.
If these scratches were made by an attacker, they would be deeper and more randomly placed. I think there is a strong case these scratches are self inflicted.
6. There seems to be a lack of swelling associated with this bruising and something about the bruises bother me. The bruises look like makeup.
Perhaps the ladies on our boards can answer this for me, but in the pictures of her face does it not appear she is wearing makeup already? Some kind of base and lipstick of some sort?
If so, why would she put on makeup to take pictures of injuries on her face?

I think she fake bakes or uses tan in a bottle. Her skin tone is really odd and who has a tan this time of year?
Every one of the injuries pictured could have been self inflicted.
Why aren't there any bruises that look like handprints? When someone attacks you and grabs you with any force, they leave behind bruises that look like hands or fingers.
Something like this:
I will wait for a media release and statements from police before I believe this story.

Here is the latest info we have coming in from friends.
One, our people cannot find any police report or media reports confirming this story so far.
They have found divorce records because this woman is going through a contentious divorce with her husband.
Another source says that this woman was a professional makeup artist.
Sources also say that during last summer this woman made up a story claiming that illegal alien gang bangers abducted her daughter. No police reports, no amber alerts, just Internet content coming from this woman. She later claimed her daughter was found.
On a persona note, I received an email from this woman a few weeks ago. She sent the email because Jim Gilchrist was upset with me again and had her send it. In the email the woman claimed she had been involved in this movement for years and had never heard of me or alipac.
I considered the email to be highly devoid of reality.

Also where is the blood shot eye, to go along with a black eye. This happened Dec. 29th, the bruises are too uniformely colored. And I don't think MS-13 would have left someone alive.
We received a call from Washington last night, the person was concerned that we might have heard this story and believed this was true.
They did state that Shawna's husband was shot, but by whom? Is not known.

I'm not.
Furthermore, assuming there was an attack, there is no evidence that illegals were involved or that the attack wasn't random.
IMHO, based on the information provided, this thread should be removed from ALIPAC.
There's no need to remove this thread. The Discussion Groups area of ALIPAC is a place where we often research and analyze material like this. Post of information here are covered by our hefty disclaimers posted in ten different locations.
Furthermore, anyone that located this information here at alipac can also see our posts indicating skepticism and research on this unverified account.
It is best we leave this up to minimize embarrassment to the movement if anyone tries to run with this story.

Violent attacks in home sparked by politics, victim says
Woman suspects shooting, sexual assault tied to her activism on illegal immigration

EVERETT -- First a north Everett man was seriously wounded when a narrow-faced stranger burst into his home Dec. 22 and began shooting.
On Monday night, while the shooting victim was still in the hospital, his wife called police to report that a trio of intruders had just ambushed her in her kitchen. She was beaten, sexually assaulted and slashed on the back of her neck with a knife, she told officers.
Everett police acknowledge they aren't quite sure what to make of the violent events recently reported at the home in the 2200 block of Rockefeller Avenue.
The woman, Shawna Forde, 41, is national director of Minutemen American Defense, a group that lobbies against illegal immigration and sends volunteers to Arizona to monitor the nation's border with Mexico.
Early Friday, a story was posted on her group's Web site detailing what Forde said happened at her home. The posting is complete with photographs of Forde, displaying bruises and other injuries to her face, thighs and buttocks.
Forde, a one-time candidate for Everett City Council, insists the violence is somehow linked to her activism, including investigations she says she's been making into drug cartels and human trafficking rings.
"I am not dealing with people who make cookies," she said Friday, adding that she wanted her story to be told. "These are dangerous people."
Detectives are investigating what happened Monday, Everett police Sgt. Robert Goetz said. He confirmed police and paramedics were summoned to the Rockefeller home and a report was taken, but added there are few details he can provide at this point.
He urged anyone with information to contact police.
Forde said she doesn't expect to provide detectives with a formal statement until sometime next week.
The Herald learned of the most-recent reported violence after Forde got home from the hospital on Tuesday. She called the newsroom, asking if there were plans for a story.
In an interview and on her group's Web site, Forde said she was knocked partially unconscious by a sudden blow, beaten with some sort of club, cut with a knife and sexually assaulted. Forde said the people who injured her filled her bathtub with water -- she's convinced because they planned to drown her. They also used a felt pen to scrawl the number 13 on her kitchen floor. She said her freelance crime investigations could have brought trouble her way, and suggested the "13" may be a reference to Hispanic street gangs, including the ultra violent Mara Salvatrucha.
People in the Minutemen movement are concerned.
Jim Gilchrist, president of the California-based Minuteman Project, called the newspaper Friday, seeking information. Forde's organization is separate, Gilchrist said, but it is one his group refers volunteers to when they are interested in engaging in border observation operations.
"We still have to wait to get some confirmation from the police department as to what is going on," Gilchrist said. "We are kind of shocked. This has not happened before."
Forde recently completed a three-month stint in Arizona, where she told Gilchrist she was monitoring illegal activity along with dozens of volunteers, he said.
Gilchrist said Forde's group, like the one he oversees, advocates for active law enforcement at the nation's borders. He said members don't attempt to apprehend or otherwise engage people who they suspect may be engaged in illegal conduct.
Volunteers have reported being shot at while on the borders, but nothing like Forde is reporting now, Gilchrist said.
"If it was an act of MS-13, or an illegal alien or a drug cartel we are going to come out with a passion that the public has never seen before," he said. "That is not a threat of violence," but a promise of "dire consequences, politically and socially," he said.
Forde in 2007 made an unsuccessful bid for Everett City Council, campaigning in part on a promise to make certain that police aren't blocked from checking on the immigration status of suspects.
She hosted Gilchrist at an anti-immigration rally in downtown Everett, an event that drew about 100 people and a handful of protesters. The licensed cosmetologist and esthetician also drew attention during the campaign when she pleaded guilty to stealing chocolate milk from an Everett grocery store.
Forde at the time said the whole thing was a misunderstanding, but pleaded guilty to put the matter behind her.
In 2007 she spent large amounts of time in Arizona, focusing on her political activism. Her Web site makes it clear that she continues to spend time away from Everett. She and her husband, 51, moved into separate homes in July. In October, he filed for divorce, although they continue to share a home, she said.
Forde's border activities have drawn attention from the Montgomery, Ala.-based Southern Poverty Law Center, which has tracked hate groups for decades. The organization profiled Forde in Spring 2008 as one of 20 people it characterized as exploiting any medium to deliver a "message of raging intolerance" on immigration issues.
Everett police continue to seek information on the man who shot Forde's husband. On Thursday they released a sketch of the attacker. He is described as white and was wearing light-colored clothing during the evening attack.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Everett police tip line at 425-257-8450, Goetz said.
