Gotta love that upsidown American flag underneath the Mexican flag. I wonder if they got 'Dubbya' himself to climb up there to put it up.

This girl is trying to say this:

Many mexicans still thinking Texas and New Mexico and other lands were stolen from mexico by USA. So this is the idea everybody have in their minds. Idea

"On November 6, 1528 shipwrecked Spanish conquistador Álvar Núñez Cabeza de Vaca became the first known European to set foot on Texas. A member of the Narváez expedition, he was later enslaved by a Native American tribe of the upper Gulf coast, and explored what are now the U.S. state of Texas, New Mexico and Arizona on foot from coastal Louisiana to Sinaloa, Mexico, over a period of roughly six years. He returned to Europe in 1537, where he wrote about his experiences in a work called La relación ("The Tale").

Stephen F. AustinPrior to 1821, Texas was part of the Spanish colony of New Spain. Moses Austin managed to buy land from the Spanish government in Texas. Moses purchased it with the help of Baron Felipe de Bastrop who presented the land scheme to the royal governor of Texas Antonio de Martinez. The governor passed along the favorable idea to his superior Commandant General of the Eastern Interior Province Joaquin de Arredondo. Moses was granted 200,000 acres (800 km²) of land of his choice.

I love the LA Protest sign "If you think I'm illegal because i'm Mexican, learn the true history because I'm in my homeland."

Do you think someone should tell Arnold that he's the Governor of a Mexican territory and his Hill representatives are reporting to the wrong goverment?

I would love to take this one step further and recommend we disregard California's electoral votes and reassign payment for all government workers (local, state and federal) to the Mexico Bureau of Revenue.

With everything that's going on, you have to fantasize a little or your head will explode!

Crying or Very sad It is truly a sad day in THE UNITED STATES when these illegals are allowed to show such blatant disrespect for the Flag, that cost so many their life in order to preserve the Union and have what we have today. These Illegals need to go back to where ever they come from and WORK, and fight for their own countries to become a Democracy. They need to stop trying to bring our Great Country down, by taking taking taking, gimme, gimme, gimme with both of their grubbing hands out!!!!!
I am so angry by the pictures I just saw, when are we going to protest and send them back?????

An idea: How about Americans, this group or others taking a marching protest to mexican consulates here in the U.S. The mexican consulate in Raleigh for example should get a good yelling at.

Thoughts , anybody.

The picture of the upside down American flag under the Mexican flag burns me up more than anyone can imagine. This is the type of piture that needs to be printed in the thousands and passed out to show every American how our flag is being disrespected and basically spat on. Evil or Very Mad

Teen busted for flag flipping
Schools beef up security on Chavez holiday
By Tracy Garcia Staff writer

PICO RIVERA - A student protest that resulted in a Mexican flag being flown on top of an upside-down U.S. flag at a local school has prompted disciplinary action against one El Rancho High School student.

El Rancho Unified School District officials said the unnamed student was punished for being involved in the flag incident, which took place Monday at Montebello High School, about four miles east of El Rancho High School.

The punishment was consistent with the California Education Code, officials said. They did

not give further details because of legal and privacy issues.

But Montebello Unified School District administrators said they were glad the neighboring district investigated the incident and took the proper action.

"We appreciate the diligence that \ district has taken in identifying the student who allegedly committed the infraction with the flagpole incident," said Assistant Superintendent Robert G. Henke.

Monday's image of the Montebello High flagpole sparked an uproar locally and across the nation after it was posted on various Web sites and featured in East Coast newspapers and national broadcast media.

The incident took place about noon Monday, when a group of about 1,000 students from the El Rancho and Whittier Union High school districts marched through Pico Rivera to Montebello High, where students had walked out of classes in the previous week to protest proposed immigration reform legislation.

By the time they reached Montebello High, the campus was on lockdown, district officials said.

took to the flagpole, added the Mexican flag and turned the U.S. flag upside down. The school's California flag was stolen in the process, Henke said.

Rumors that more student walkouts were scheduled for today, the official Cesar Chavez holiday, has prompted Whittier-area police and sheriff's agencies to step up their efforts, with authorities threatening to give $165 tickets to any student who is caught protesting during school hours.

In addition, El Rancho officials have scheduled an after-school forum today where they will be "encouraged to air their concerns and opinions in a safe, structured, well-supervised environment," the district's statement said.

"For the next several weeks, as the pending legislation works its way through Congress, the situation will be closely monitored by district personnel," El Rancho officials added.

The Montebello Unified and Whittier Union High school districts have encouraged faculty to organize activities and dialogue to teach students positive methods of expressing their viewpoints.

These kids don't know what or why they are protesting. Nobody argues that it is illegal to be Mexican, anymore than it is illegal to be Korean or Armenian. It is however illegal to be an illegal immigrant. And that includes ANY nationality. Mexicans just happen to be the worst offenders.

Besides, due to our idiotic immigration policies these kids are surely legal because we stupidly grant automatic citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants. ........Duh !

We can't continue to absorb the worlds poor and ignorant. These people are killing the goose that lays the golden eggs!!

Are we trying to start a civil war or what? I thought we won the war already. Apparently, they want a rematch.
