Public Furor & Backlash Over New Illegal Immigration Amnesty Bill

December 15, 2009

CONTACT: Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC)
www.alipac.us (866) 703-0864

A national immigration enforcement advocacy group is warning members of Congress that the public backlash against the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Amnesty bill to be filed by Congressman Luis Gutierrez today is going to ignite an unprecedented political fire storm which will cost many members of Congress their jobs in 2010.

"People feel shocked and completely betrayed that any elected official would propose legalizing illegal immigrants, stopping local police from enforcing immigration law, and stopping increased border security when we have over 15 million Americans out of work," said William Gheen of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC). "The backlash on this bill is going to dwarf the rancor and contentiousness of the healthcare debate and for good reason. The current push for Amnesty is a prime example of how disconnected Washington has become from the views and opinions of average Americans.

Congressman Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) and other Democratic members of Congress are expected to file their new bill today. In a letter circulated to lawmakers last week, the bill sponsors promised to legalize the illegal aliens in America, stop the 287(g) program which allows local police to enforce immigration laws, and stop any expansions of border patrol forces or barriers on the border.

A large collection of certified scientific polls at ALIPAC.us illustrate that public opposition to this new Amnesty bill will be in the 70-80% range.

ALIPAC activists across the nation stand ready to light up the phone lines in Washington with the following messages.

The Obama and Gutierrez supported Amnesty legislation will hurt the over 15 million innocent Americans who are unemployed. It will cost American taxpayers billions more in stolen tax resources. It will lead to more illegal immigration. It is favored by powerful special interest groups but opposed by a large majority of Americans. It will destroy any political hopes for future border enforcement or immigration enforcement.

"ALIPAC's goal is to defeat this new amnesty legislation and to channel public anger and energy into the 2010 elections, when we hope to help throw more members of Congress out of office than any prior election in the history of the United States," said William Gheen of ALIPAC. "This legislation will permanently destroy the borders and the United States as we know it. Americans of all races, political parties, and walks of life want immigration enforcement, instead of AMNESTY."

ALIPAC has over 30,000 national supporters and recently became the most supported organization in the immigration debates within the social media of Twitter, MySpace, and Facebook. Found on the web at www.alipac.us the organization is credited with having played a key roll in defeating three prior amnesty legislation attempts in 2006 and 2007. In the last two years, ALIPAC has focused on state level legislation where the group has won over 90% of the legislative battles passing pro-enforcement legislation and defeating pro-Amnesty legislation.

I agree 100% William. Americans are fed up with our federal government's failure to enforce our laws and secure our borders. They've been patient, they've trusted their leaders, only to be betrayed by them. Americans are watching their jobs disappear to illegal aliens and free trade treason. They're watching their taxes rise at local levels, their government budgets swell in deficits, the national debt to levels that can not be repaid, millions have lost their homes, their health insurance, their retirements and their hope for the next generation.

There's a point when bullies like the pro-immigration crowd like any school yard bully, bullies too far, lies too much, harms too great and their victims say "enough already" and start fighting back.

That's where we are in the United States. The Bullies of the Pro-Immigration Crowd obsessed with stuffing illegal immigration down our throats like a dirty sock have crossed the line of humanity, civility, responsibility and loyalty to the American People. They've been kissing the wrong ass for the wrong reason and what they're going to get now is exactly what they deserve which is a big hard steel-toed boot in their butts in 2010 kicking their asses back down the worm holes they crawled out of and by some still unexplained means ended up in the US Congress of the United States in ... error.

Kick all these useless traitors to the curb in 2010.

Hi there! I believe it should say:

ALIPAC has over 30,000 national supporters and recently became the most supported organization in the immigration debates within the social medias of Twitter, MySpace, and Facebook.

Do you agree? If so, then it should be corrected.

Just trying to help,

PostPosted: Tue Dec 15, 2009 4:11 pm    Post subject: Border control must include deportation of illegal aliens Reply with quote

What is a border? It is the line of demarcation between two countries. This line has only length, but no width. People talk about how long the border is between two countries, such as between the United States and Mexico, but never say how wide the border is. Therefore, crossing a border is easier than crossing a narrow street. It needs only one step forward.

Protecting the border of a country means preventing foreigners from crossing the line without permission of the sovereign nation. If citizens and their government of a nation try to block foreigners to cross the border illegally on one hand, but on the other reward them with citizenship after they cross the line by various illegal means, the border will never be protected, because the foreigners are actually encouraged to cross illegally.

Genuine protection of border must start from deportation of aliens who have illegally entered or stayed in the country. In other words, deportation of illegal aliens must be an integral, essential and indispensable part of border control.

How stupid is Gutierrez? This guy needs to be removed from office. He is a disgrace to his constituents. He is a traitor to this country. I use to hate to listen when he was on Lou Dobbs. I have come to hate the word comprehensive.

I am so sorry to do this again, but I kept looking and looking at the message and it still didn't look quite right, and it finally dawned on me what I had missed! Here it is:

Quote:
ALIPAC activists across the nation stand ready to light up the phone lines in Washington with the following messages.

The Obama and Gutierrez supported Amnesty legislation will hurt the over 15 million innocent Americans who are unemployed. It will cost American taxpayers billions more in stolen tax resources. It will lead to more illegal immigration. It is favored by powerful special interest groups but opposed by a large majority of Americans. It will destroy any political hopes for future border enforcement or immigration enforcement.

If I am understanding the message correctly, then it should read as follows:

ALIPAC activists across the nation stand ready to light up the phone lines in Washington with the following messages: <<<<<(there should be a colon here for punctuation)

" The Obama and Gutierrez supported Amnesty legislation will hurt the over 15 million innocent Americans who are unemployed. It will cost American taxpayers billions more in stolen tax resources. It will lead to more illegal immigration. It is favored by powerful special interest groups but opposed by a large majority of Americans. It will destroy any political hopes for future border enforcement or immigration enforcement. " <<<<<<<(this entire paragragh should be wrapped in quotation marks for punctuation)

Do you agree? If so, then it should be corrected. (I'm quite embarrassed that I missed that on the first read-through. I hope you'll forgive any confusion that I may have caused.)

ALSO: Thanks for the nice welcome, Dixie. May I ask a question? What is the proper procedure for forwarding these press releases to our local newspapers? Could you give me an example or explain to me how I should do it?

We have several small ones in the surrounding area that I could hit and if you think I should, I could even do some of the larger ones. Just let me know what you think.

Thanks a lot. This is all new to me and I want so much to help.

Cynde,

I would look up your local paper, go to their website and usually they have a way of submitting tips via e-mail. Often it is found in the contact information. I hope that helps.

Doesn't matter which party because they are almost ALL traitors.

Anti-incumbent voting is the way to solve this treachery. Keep a revolving door on Congress until they GET IT - THEY WORK FOR US!

Whoever is NOT in the seat - vote for them.

I worked for a company that knowingly employed hundreds (probably thousands) of fake ID-wielding individuals over the company's existence. Yes, I knew, too, but I did quit because of it...eventually. So, I'm sorry I knew for so long before I couldn't take it anymore.
My point - it's never going to stop because I have a hunch that the problem still exists with that company even though the rules are supposed to be better enforced, these days. Yeah, right.

This is complete crap!

"The measure also calls for additional training and equipment for border guards, though not the hiring of new ones, and would require the Homeland Security Department to improve immigration jails and eliminate a program that deputizes local and state officers as immigration agents."

Sounds like this Guiterrez guy has to go.

Well look at it from his warped anti-American point of view. If we let everyone in who wants in like he wants, there won't be very many illegal aliens sneaking in or needing to be caught and deported.

Hopefully, his ignorance of introducing such legislation at this time will work against him, angering even more citizens, many of who may have previously supported amnesty before the economy tanked, but now would not support any such measures which would further negatively impact American workers.

This could also be intentionally coordinated with the Obama administration to coincide with the need to increase our military due to the surge in Afghanistan, increasing violence in Iraq which could alter or delay the scheduled troop withdrawals, and other current and future empire-building operations such as in Colombia, Ukraine, Africa, etc., etc., i.e., guaranteed jobs and citizenship in exchange for military service. Hmmm.....reminiscent of the Roman Empire? Deja Vu???

The only way we can rid ourselves of traitors like Luis Gutierrez would be to mandate every voter registration be E-Verified! As long as IAs get to vote such traitors will continue to be elected.

Details of the proposed legislation are so far unavailable, but here is a short list of the sponsors/co-sponsors and a brief summary. I have also included some other pertinent legislation for everyone to examine while we wait for the text of the amnesty bill to be published:

The text of H.R.4321 has not yet been received from GPO
Bills are generally sent to the Library of Congress from the Government Printing Office a day or two after they are introduced on the floor of the House or Senate. Delays can occur when there are a large number of bills to prepare or when a very large bill has to be printed.

Here's another interesting Bill parked in committee waiting to pounce. Keep an eye on this one:

Here's another little-known piece of legislation waiting in the wings. Be sure and take note of the list of sponsors, short as it may be:

H.R.938
Title: To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to restore certain provisions relating to the definition of aggravated felony and other provisions as they were before the enactment of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996.
Sponsor: Rep Filner, Bob [CA-51] (introduced 2/10/2009) Cosponsors (3)
Latest Major Action: 3/16/2009 Referred to House subcommittee. Status: Referred to the Subcommittee on Immigration, Citizenship, Refugees, Border Security, and International Law.

Rep Stark, Fortney Pete [CA-13] - 3/6/2009

...And I would be remiss if I failed to include the ramblings of our seemingly ubiquitous bobble head from Texas. Here's her contribution which is also still in committee:

H.R.264 : To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to comprehensively reform immigration law, and for other purposes.
Sponsor: Rep Jackson-Lee, Sheila [TX-18] (introduced 1/7/2009) Cosponsors (None)
Committees: House Judiciary; House Homeland Security; House Oversight and Government Reform
Latest Major Action: 2/9/2009 Referred to House subcommittee. Status: Referred to the Subcommittee on Immigration, Citizenship, Refugees, Border Security, and International Law.

There you have it folks, in a nut shell, the who's who of multiculturalism and diversity and a wrap-up of what we face heading into 2010. Keep apprised of the advances of these pieces of poison legislation at http://thomas.loc.gov/ and Merry Christmas to all of the ALIPAC family and friends!
