Restore Fairness: Bring Back Due Process to the Immigration System
The Restore Fairness campaign believes that all individuals should be entitled to basic human rights. Since the aftermath of 9-11, immigrants have borne the brunt of harsh policies with the U.S. government allowing raids and arrests without warrants, denying phone calls to lawyers, holding thousands in inhumane detention conditions, and deporting people without a fair trial.
The “Restore Fairnessâ€I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

The reform should be that more immigration cases should be conducted under summary process

Immigration policy, by its nature, is supposed to have a superseding authority to state and local laws. These people are already burdening our law enforcement agencies.
