Interesting piece, but what demonization of Hispanics in 2006 and 2007 is this guy talking about?

The only "demonization" of Hispanics I saw was from the SPLC and ADL spin pieces.

    Should Never

I Dont believe in Lumping Hispanics into one group any more. They are far too diverse in so many ways to do that...

My biggest concerns are about Mexico and its horrible influence on our Federal Government. Mexican Reconqista efforts, plopping out babies and exploiting the 14th amendment. Anti-American and Anti-White groups lead by racist Mexican Hispanic-supremists under the guise of pro-hispanic organizations like La Raza etc etc..

Cubans, Dominicans, Puerto Ricans etc are some very nice people and embrace black, white asian, indian, and hispanic american culture and want to assimilate and help us create a greater nation. I fear that Mexican Reconqista has tried to hijack ALL the hispanic people's voices for their own agenda....

Agree, since its the OBL Groups whom constantly try to blurr the distinction between Legal Hispanic Americans and Hispanic Illegal Aliens. Hispanic Americans are not mis-reading the Illegal Immigration Issue, they know exactly what is going on. The OBL Groups will continue to cry wolf and it will accomplish nothing.

I am so glad someone wrote this article! Those of us who played by the rules and were never a burden on this country resent rewarding those who violate the law and sneak in immensely. We don't march or create photo ops to demand what is not due us, we VOTE. OBLers claim to speak for all latin people, which is a lie. If that were the case, amnesty may have already passed.

It’s someone who recently immigrated to the United States, who resents the need to learn English, who holds socially liberal views, who came to the U.S. seeking welfare, right?
