The owner of a Miami foreign language school and one of its employees pleaded guilty Friday in a visa fraud case that also led to the arrest of 113 foreign student visa violators following an investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Lydia Menocal, 58, of Miami, pleaded guilty to conspiring to make false statements on immigration documents and agreed to pay the United States $600,000 she made from the alleged conspiracy. Menocal's co-defendant, Ofelia Macia, 75, also of Miami, pleaded guilty to failure to report a felony.

Menocal faces up to five years in prison; Macia up to three at sentencing Aug. 27 in federal court.
