    Unlicensed contractor to be deported
Page Last Updated: Friday June 11, 2010 9:18pm PDT

    Glenn Alejandro Guerra-Chavez, 37.
An unlicensed contractor-operating in Reno-with 16 identities, four Social Security numbers and six birthdays is behind bars and faces deportation.
Thirty-seven-year-old Glenn Alejandro Guerra-Chavez advertised on Craigslist as "King of Kings Handyman."

Guerra-Chavez has been deported twice before, and is undocumented, according to officials.

The Nevada State Contractor's Board caught him in a sting, and he is in jail awaiting deportation again.

It seems that he has been deported for the same things before.

All of the things that he has done are illegal and he should have been put in jail for ID theft and fraud to name a couple. Instead he gets a pass jail free card because he is in the country illegally to engage in illegal activity.

He gets deported and comes right back and continues to do the same things.

hmmm..deported twice before but we will just deport him a 3rd time without charging him with crimina re-entry? Just another administrative discharge again? This is exactly our problem why we have such a huge illegal population. If I was this guy I would't be worried either, I would just come back later that night with more stolen ID's and be home in time for dinner. Until we get serious and they see we are serious the catch and release program has ZERO deterrant effects from re-entry. This is a waste of our tax dollars to hold him in jail, pay people to transport him to the border, when everybody knows he will be right back again.

How do we know he will be back? Simple logic. His past history gives us that answer and history is always a good indicator of what you can expect in the future.

They should start deporting all these people to Sheriff Joe and "Tent City, AZ" for proper handling. Don't deport them. We already know that doesn't work. Let Joe turn the wasteland around Phoenix into jails. A few years of digging sand for a bowl of food might make them change their mind about how stupid we are and stay in their own damned country. That means: NO COMPUTERS, NO VIDEO GAMES, NO WORKOUT EQUIPMENT, NO BOOKS, NO TV, NO SEX, DRUGS AND ROCK AND ROLL. NO, NO, NO. Just digging sand in the desert.
