Law to ban targeting illegal immigrants

Unless they are accused of a crime

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A new law has been proposed that would ban local and state police from going after illegal immigrants, unless they are accused of a crime other than being in the country illegally.

The bill, sponsored by democratic State Senator Richard Martinez of Espanola, makes an exception for police officers who spot someone trying to sneak across the Mexican border.

Post stated...i.e., "Law Enforcements are restricted against illegal aliens unless they commits crimes in N.M." This is the problem that increases flows of unlawful aliens entering the U.S.

    A side note:
I wonder sometimes when people begin to not perform their job duties, is there a reason for it, or some type of personal gains?
When you aid and support criminals, you live a criminal life style yourself:

Just another illegal senator to have out. Illegality by loyalty we can call it. Deport him along with his constituents who support him.
