This is by far the WORST M3 Report so far. Never have I seen so much carnage and cruelty by the cartels in the cesspool to the south -more skinned, headless, hacked-up people. Lucky me, Im only an hour away from Tijuana! Probably a good thing I don't post pictures....

Zócalo Saltillo (Mexico) 6/12/2011

Thousands of Unidentified Bodies
Saltillo, Coah .- The sadness fills the air with the smell of death. The bodies piled in the morgue waiting patiently for a loved one to give them a loving burial.

For the vast majority of the thousands of bodies, a result of the criminal violence that exists today, the dramatic fate will be the mass graves, no flowers, no coffin, no tears to irrigate the land where they will rest, but as part of a large dead mass of nameless, anonymous people.

The reasons for the deaths of these people are as varied as the ways in which their lives were taken. They are not "criminals" as we have been led to believe, they had families, were children, parents, siblings ... not just simple settling of scores between rival gangs, most of them were kidnapped from their own homes or heading to work, decent people forced to kill, or killed for refusing to participate in organized crime and the women executed after being raped.

In the end, both living and dead, dance through the absurd bureaucracy that prevents them being reunited, and it is between paperwork and the lack of a method for classifying and identifying victims, that mothers, fathers, wives and brothers, who pilgrimage from one state to another to find their dead and give them a dignified burial, whether they are loved ones who may have been found in graves of Tamaulipas, or unhappy migrants , those who we never will know their countries of origin.

Meanwhile, the forensic medical services are still waiting to return to them their name, history, so justice is done ... but they wait only until they are deposited in the grave, never to return or to hear from them.

Without direction or proposals

In May, the Chief Justice of Federal District Court, Edgar ElÃ*as Azar, said that it is essential to reach a national consensus and to develop working protocols in Semefo (the forensic service responsible for identifying the dead, and determining the cause of death), and to avoid a lack of communication for the exchange and comparison of data:

"That is the protocol that requires the best or the protocol requirements of excellence is what we want and whenever problems arise see what new problems are and try to improve, in particular the authenticity of identification," said .
