To My Fellow Americans,

It is with a heavy, heavy, broken heart that I write this press release this morning. My friend, Billy Foust, left this world yesterday evening for another. In a most tragic manner Bill was shot and killed by a Page, Arizona police officer in the driveway of his home. The specifics of the incident are not known at this time. As details become available the Republic will be notified. So that we all may honor Bill, his loved ones, and the Republic for which he stood and that he loved beyond measure, please take pause in your day for a moment to remember our brother and pray for Bill, his wife, his family, and all those that require our Father’s blessing at this time.

This evening at 5:30 PST we invite the Republic to join the prayer call. The call in number is 712-432-0075 and the code is 359789. Our Republic Chaplain, Wade Butler, will lead a special prayer session in honor of Bill and for his family. In this truly sorrowful time please let us unite the Republic in prayer.

On behalf of all those who were fortunate enough to have known Bill, it can be said without reservation that William Dale Foust will be written about in history books as one of the favorite sons of the Republic and truly one of the present day “Founding Fathers.â€

Not sure it was emailed to me from Freedom Phoenix they have different news pieces they send daily. The incident apparently happened in Page Arizona and Freedom Phoenix got a hold of it...There is no other link to the piece. In doing a search he is/or was part of a group telling people that we used to be a Republic and now we are the Corporation of the United States of America. here is the groups link

And since we all know what is happening in Arizona you may not hear much of this on the news media outlets. Your choice keep it or delete it...

This website and message is from James Timothy Turner's group. These are the ones that the Feds and our the Southern Poverty Lie Center are after.

This is the group that demanded all the Governors resign a year or two ago.

This group believes that the actual Consitutional government of the US as a Republic ceased to exist years ago. Something to do with the US being incorporated. They have set up a du jure government. I don't pretend to understand it all but there was a movement in the states about this several years ago that I received info on. Here is a story of the shooting incident...

Page man shot to death by policeman

A 50-year-old Page man was shot and killed by a police officer in an altercation Sunday, authorities reported Monday.

At about 6 p.m., Officer Shawn Wilson responded to a call involving a domestic violence complaint at B and T Marine, a boat rental business, according to the Page Police Department.

Police gave this account:

After arriving, Wilson, a five-year veteran, began interviewing William Foust. The exchange grew confrontational, according to witnesses, and the two walked outside.

The confrontation then became physical and Foust tried to get a hold of Wilson's stun gun. It was then that Wilson shot Foust.

A second officer arrived, and he and Wilson administered CPR before Foust was transported to Page Hospital, where he was declared dead.

The Coconino County Sheriff's Office will be conduct a criminal investigation. Wilson was placed on administrative leave for the duration of the investigation, as is protocol with police shootings.

It is everyday they are shooting someone and they always find it was justifiable... and they want to take guns away from us????

No offense intended for any group or any activist here, but this group and their issues are not really part of our immigration issue.

I'm sorry to hear that anyone has been shot or lost their life for any reason, but this material is off of our topic and involves a whole different can of worms so to speak.

So, in the future let's not post Sovereign Citizen issue materials and keep the focus on illegal immigration please.
