Our government and the MSM do all they can to prevent the collection of actual statistics regarding IAs. Why? Because they damn well know that if the truth be told those Americans who currently are waffling on the subject of illegal immigration and probably even those who now are advocating for IAs would quickly decide to demand ENFORCEMENT OF OUR IMMIGRATION LAWS ASAP!

Bill to track crimes committed by illegal aliens introduced …again
Dave Gibson
Immigration Reform Examiner
October 18, 2011
The federal government conducts studies on nearly everything, including one in which the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency spent $2.5 million to track cow flatulence and how it may contribute to global warming as well as a 1981 U.S. Department of the Army study on the proper way to buy Worcestershire sauce (Federal Specification EE-W-600F).
However, the feds have never seen fit to track the number and types of crimes committed by illegal aliens. Of course, given their miserable record on defending this nation’s borders along with the current crime wave which can be attributed to those who enter this nation illegally…it is not surprising that those charged with protecting the citizenry from foreign invaders would not want these numbers made public.
But, they may soon change.
Last week, Rep. Walter B. Jones (R-NC) introduced HR 3168, known as the Illegal Alien Crime Reporting Act of 2011. The law would require federal, state and local law enforcement agencies to keep up to-date records of the crimes committed by illegal aliens.
Rep. Brian Bilbray (R-CA) and Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) have signed on as co-sponsors of H.R. 3168.
While it is the third time Congressman Jones has brought this important bill before the House, it is the first time he has done so before a Republican Speaker.
In the previous two Congresses (110th & 111th), former Speaker Nancy Pelosi always refused any hearings or a vote to take place on this measure.
House Speaker Boehner has referred "The Illegal Alien Crime Reporting Act of 2011" (H.R. 316 to the Committee on the Judiciary, and Committee on Homeland Security.
What follows is an excerpt of a letter written by Congressman Jones introducing the bill to Congress in 2008:
"As many of my colleagues are aware, over the past year crimes committed by illegal aliens have been at the forefront of our national media.
In Los Angeles, an illegal alien has been charged with the March 2008 murder of a young athlete and scholar, Jamiel Shaw. Shaw was gunned down outside his home in a senseless act of violence.
In New Jersey, an illegal alien has been charged with the August 2007 execution-style slaying of three New York college students and the shooting of another. This illegal alien suspect was previously granted bail on child rape and aggravated assault charges.
And in my home State of North Carolina, an illegal alien has been charged with second degree murder for driving drunk and killing a 22-year-old man in a car crash over last fall's Thanksgiving holiday.
While crimes like these are occurring all over the country, the public has no way of knowing the extent of the problem. This is because the Federal Government and the States do not report statistical information on criminal alien crimes. It is for this reason I have introduced H.R. 6192, the Illegal Alien Crime Reporting Act.
Last week, I sent a Dear Colleague letter to every Member of the House to inform them of this legislation. The bill would require States to submit in-depth statistics on illegal alien criminal activity in order to receive funding from the Department of Homeland Security. It would also require all Federal agencies to submit data on criminal activity by illegal aliens. And lastly, the bill would require the FBI to compile this information and produce an annual publication similar to its existing Uniform Crime Report with detailed statistics on illegal alien crimes.
Mr. Speaker, nothing is more important than the security of our Nation and the safety of our citizens. I hope that my colleagues will take the time to consider the issue of illegal alien crime and join us as a cosponsor of the Illegal Alien Crime Reporting Act."
So…How can you help?
Contact your Congressman immediately and tell them to end the silence and support the Illegal Alien Crime Reporting Act of 2011 (HR 316.
As they say…."Sunshine is the best disinfectant."
