Border Patrol arrests man with alleged ties to MS-13 gang

TUCSON, Ariz. U-S Border Patrol agents announced the arrest of a man believed to have ties to a Central American-influenced street gang that has spread violence in cities and suburbs nationwide.

A group of 17 suspected illegal immigrants were spotted Saturday.

A fingerprint check identified one of the men as 29-year-old Omar Nunez-Jairo.

Authorities allege he's a member of the Mara Salvatrucha gang, also known as MS-13.

Authorities say Nunez of Honduras has an arrest history in the United States for various crimes.

Last week, the F-B-I announced a crackdown on MS-13.

Authorities estimate up to ten-thousand members in the United States.

The feds say gang members are involved in murder, extortion, drug dealing and witness intimidation.

Maybe they have had a fire lit under their posteriors and know they BETTER crack down on these thugs before the AMERICAN people crack down on them.

There is NO excuse for this situation!!

THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE EVER GOTTEN THROUGH THE DOOR in the first place!!! Now the powers that be want to make an attempt at cleaning it up with one hand tied behind law enforcement's back?
