The truth about Republicans and the 'Hispanic vote' Sunday, March 21 @ 01:30:54 EDT by jean (61 reads) | Republican lobbyist and astroturf maestro Dick Armey said last week the Republican Party has alienated the "Hispanic vote" by opposing amnesty for illegal aliens. All the evidence says just the opposite is true, but hey, the truth is not as sexy and won't make headlines.

Time To Charge Against Amnesty! Friday, March 19 @ 11:41:48 EDT by admin (483 reads) | Friends of ALIPAC,
The next few days are very important and we need all of you to come
together as a team. We realize that many of you are fighting against
the health care "reform" bill that they are trying to pass by Sunday.
In my opinion, the reason they want this bill through by Sunday,
even if they have to use incredibly negative sounding tricks like Deem
And Pass (Demon Pass) and the Slaughter Rule, is because when the
illegals march on DC this Sunday the two issues of health care and
illegal immigration become fused!
If they do not ramrod the health care through this weekend, by next
Wednesday the entire country will realize how right Congressman Joe
Wilson was when he yelled out "You Lie!" in response to Obama's claim
illegals would not be covered by the health care legislation.

Poll: Hayworth Close To Defeating John McCain! Thursday, March 18 @ 12:33:47 EDT by admin (4072 reads) | March 18, 2010

ALIPAC is renewing the push for donations to the J.D. Hayworth campaign
today following the encouraging news found in today's Rasmussen polling
that shows that Hayworth is close to defeating McCain after only 30
days of campaigning.
The poll found that Hayworth had closed in rapidly on McCain and
the race now stands at 48%, Hayworth 41%! A poll conducted before
Hayworth was even a candidate back in January of 2010 had McCain at 53%
and Hayworth at 31%.
"Now we have evidence to prove our contention that John McCain's
campaign has gone highly negative and desperate because their internal
polls show J.D. is about to catch and pass them," said William Gheen,
president of ALIPAC. "At this rate, J.D. Hayworth should be the lead
candidate by June or July"
Americans for Legal Immigration PAC recently endorsed Hayworth and
contributed $1,000 due to his strong stance in opposition to any form
of Amnesty for illegal aliens.

Panamanian murderer caught in D.C., lived off federal subsidies Thursday, March 18 @ 10:48:32 EDT by admin (263 reads) | ALIPAC NOTE: This convicted murder and potential terrorist took full advantage of the failure of the President to enforce our existing immigration and border laws. Our immigration system could be repaired tomorrow if the President would simply do the job big business does not want him to do.
---
A Panamanian murderer who escaped a prison in
the Central American country has been captured in the District, where
authorities say he used a fake Social Security card to obtain federally
subsidized housing and cruised around town in three luxury cars.
The FBI was led to 36-year-old Juan Barrera by an anonymous caller
who claimed Barrera was planning to fire a rocket launcher at a Metro
train, according to an affidavit recently filed in Greenbelt's federal
court.
The tip began an around-the-clock investigation, the affidavit
said. The FBI staked out Barrera's third-floor apartment at 1405
Montana Ave. NE, for two days in late January before taking him into
custody. Authorities said in court documents that Barrera did not own a
rocket launcher and had no plans to attack Metro.
