Very interesting!! .........Based on some of the law suits I have read,I would imagine anyone can sue anyone , for anything, if they wanted to!!..........

No one has ever sued a president for not doing his job!! ................ but I have never heard of "the people" (goverment) sueing a state for trying to enforce a federal law.

It would be interesting if a group of American citizens decided to bring a class action againt a president for not enforcing/upholding the laws of this country!! This would be a case for a smart young attorney who knows goverment law (better than Obama) to look into!!

If Republicans voted against funding for homeless vets how can I be a single issue voter on the border? They are still creeps and their history shows that they all are sold out regardless of party affiliation.

I sincerely believe that engaging in the voting process is a waste of time and they are happy that we are still suckers for it. Time and time again an overwhelming majority vote has been overturned and they still do not do what is in our best interest.

I don't have an answer for you. All I know is that the Federal Gov can't be sued. Would Obama be considered his own entity or as part of the Federal govt? We should also sue Nappy and Holder.

Oh I would LOVE to see that happen! And I believe it's well deserved. But, you have to take into consideration that all of government is going to come down on you like a cascading mountain of garbage and, unlike a normal citizen, they pretty much have access to unlimited resources. I think that you could put a case in...but I reeeeeally doubt anything would come out of it.

There are a few lawsuites out there for his birth certificate. Aaaand you can see how well those are going (being that we haven't heard about them at all and everything is business as usual).

It's a good thought though. I don't like Obama either.

- Support and defend the constitution against all foreign and domestic enemies.
- Not protecting our citizens
- Not protecting our borders
- Uncontrolled spending
...and I'm sure many more things...

Unfortunately, we can't prosecute for things like:

- Being Stupid
- No common sense
- Saying one thing and doing another
...etc, etc...
