Congress Asked for Resolution Backing Calls for Federal Employees to Thwart Obama

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is calling on all federal employees to honor their oaths to uphold and defend the US Constitution by refusing to carry out any Obama administration directive memos designed to contradict current laws passed by Congress in order to give work permits and amnesty to illegal immigrants!

Furthermore, ALIPAC is asking members of Congress to immediately prepare and pass a resolution that instructs all government employees and civilians to continue to enforce the existing immigration and border laws passed by Congress and to disregard Obama's memos to the contrary which no American is under any legal requirement to obey.

Obama recently reflected concerns about government employees balking or thwarting his unconstitutional and lawless memo orders on immigration at a "town hall' style production by MSNBC last month when he said, “If somebody’s working for ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) … and they don’t follow the policy, there’s going to be consequences to it.” While threatening to treat federal employees like members of America's armed forces, the white house has been caught issuing plans to create a new nation within America out of illegals (click for details).

"This is the United States and we are a nation of legal immigrants and laws, not a nation of rule by memos or post-it notes from despots! No American citizen or employee of the state is required to follow or implement these immigration memos that overtly contradict the US Constitution and prior laws passed by Congress!" said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "We are going to encourage all federal employees to refuse these memos and to enforce the laws passed by those in Congress whom we elected in prior elections, and we ask Congress to pass a resolution in the US House that directs all government workers to do the same!"

Congress has recently passed a DHS funding bill that strips out the funding for Obama's lawless amnesty plans, but that bill has been blocked by Democrats in the Senate risking a DHS "shutdown" that would stop only a small portion of DHS's nonessential employees from working.

A resolution from Congress instructing the entire nation of the obvious fact that memos from Obama and Obama department heads do not trump the existing laws passed by Congress and that federal employee Oaths of Office require them to not obey such directives would have a major impact on the debate and Obama's plans to implement amnesty.

"Whether it can pass the Senate or not, Congress needs to make a very clear statement here," said William Gheen. "Congress is the authority in charge of our laws and policies, not Obama and his attempt to make memos more powerful than formal Executive Orders, elections, and laws passed by Congress. A resolution from Congress would be likely to shut down Obama's plans whether it passed the Senate or not!"

It is currently a felony under existing laws passed by Congress for anyone to provide employment for or to encourage illegal immigrants to enter or remain in the US unlawfully. Federal employees following Obama's immigration amnesty memos will be committing felonies, and those serving in ICE, DHS, and Border Patrol who violate actual laws to follow these memos will be guilty of the additional charge of commission of felonies while in possession of firearms.

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is asking activists in all states today to contact their members of Congress requesting a resolution be drafted, signed, voted on, and passed out of the House instructing all US citizens and government workers to disregard any Obama administration memos contradicting existing US laws and to begin contacting federal workers to remind them it is their duty to uphold the US Constitution and our existing laws despite memos to the contrary.

ALIPAC is also seeking attorneys who are willing to provide support to federal employees who face "consequences" from Obama's renegade appointees for favoring existing laws over contradictory memos.
