Immigration enforcement legend Greg Bovino has confirmed he will take the stage at the 2026 Remigration Summit in Portugal on Saturday to share lessons from the front lines of the United States� largest-scale interior deportation operations.

The event is the second edition of the Remigration Summit, with the first held in Milan, Italy, in 2025.

The Remigration Summit brings together politicians, activists, intellectuals, and patriots from across Europe, America, and other Western nations to confront the existential crisis of unchecked mass migration and chart a path forward through remigration.

Bovino, the retired Border Patrol commander-at-large who became the public face of President Donald Trump�s enforcement sweeps in Democrat-run cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, and Minneapolis, is bringing real-world operational expertise to the table.

While serving under the Trump admin, Bovino led high-profile operations that removed thousands of criminal illegal aliens from American streets, often operating under intense media and political pressure.

Speaking to The Gateway Pundit, Bovino said:

�I was honored to be invited to speak at the Remigration Summit in Porto regarding my experiences over the past year conducting large-scale immigration enforcement in the United States. Martin Sellnor, one of the architects of the European Remigration effort, saw similarities in the problems facing Europe and the US, and as we talked, we realized those problems could potentially be tackled collectively.�

What can one possibly say to leftist protesters who believe that by blocking traffic they can save illegal aliens?

As an exasperated truck driver said to a group of protesters against Immigration and Customs Enforcement, �What�s wrong with y�all?�

What indeed? In fact, the truck driver acted for millions of Americans by directing his righteous anger toward those cowering fools.

The incident occurred late Wednesday outside an ICE detention center in Newark, New Jersey. As usual, the American left�s best and brightest showed up to protest those who enforce immigration laws.

In fairness, some protesters did try to talk sense into their fellow miscreants.

�These guys are not the enemy,� one woman insisted, referring to the drivers of the vehicles to which some protesters refused to allow passage.

Then, a masked protester who sounded female said something inaudible about people �inside,� presumably the detention facility.

�I understand that,� the first woman replied. �And that�s why we�re here. But these people are working. They have families, too. We�ve been letting cars go through here all day long.�

Incredibly, it was clear from the video that the somewhat rational-sounding woman was outnumbered.

In fact, she grew frustrated with the tactics as more masked protesters justified stopping traffic.

Moments later, another unmasked protester � this time a young male � chastised the masked traffic-blockers for failing to recognize that the truck drivers were �working class people just like us.�

Finally, a large truck driver had had enough. He got out of his truck and confronted the lunatics.

�Y�all wanna get locked up?� he yelled. �Huh? What am I doing? Am I bothering y�all?�

No doubt the fact that the truck driver was black and still did not sympathize with their cause left the protesters� minuscule brains scrambled and frozen. After all, why else would they shy away from him after acting so tough moments earlier?

The entire scene, of course, unfolded like a typical leftist protest. It had everything: misplaced priorities, nonsensical arguments, and even knuckleheads quarreling over tactics.

To the sane reader and viewer, of course, none of this makes any sense.

Never mind the head-scratching sympathy for illegal aliens in federal custody. The idea that forcibly stopping traffic would aid your cause could only occur to the mentally ill or the demon-possessed.

And that explains the entire scene, including the truck driver�s angry response. After all, to the true leftist nihilist, sowing anger-inducing chaos in the most cowardly fashion possible is the entire point.

Democrat Governor of Massachusetts Maura Healey�s welcoming agenda for illegal migrants is inviting dangerous criminals into the streets, pushing young Americans to leave the state, and sending the state�s budgets further into the red.

Gov. Healy already spent more than one billion dollars on illegal migrants, even as the rest of the country � including some blue states � were beginning to cut back on their lavish spending on illegals.

According to a report by Fox News, Healey�s �emergency� shelter program alone ballooned past the one billion- dollar mark for fiscal year 2025.

The program was originally meant to help Massachusetts families with temporary housing assistance when they are in need. But instead of sheltering Bay State citizens, the program has been spending hundreds of millions to give free housing to illegal migrants.

Healey is also still pushing a dangerous criminal agenda, as well, by refusing to assist ICE to deport dangerous convicted felons who are illegal migrants, and simply releasing them en masse onto Massachusetts streets day in and day out.

In one case, for instance, ICE took a felon into custody in Worcester � without the assistance of state officials � who had been arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon, but was released by state authorities anyway.

ICE arrested Dhaval Amratbhai Patel, an illegal alien from India, on May 18 after he used a baseball bat to attack a man during an argument.

�This illegal alien from India thought he could go around beating people with a baseball bat. Sanctuary politicians released him from jail after his arrest for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon,� said Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis. �Sanctuary politicians must stop choosing to release criminals into our communities and work with DHS to get criminals out of country. By refusing to cooperate with ICE law enforcement, sanctuary politicians are putting the safety of their citizens at risk.�

Also in May, ICE reported the arrests of gang members, drug traffickers, and other violent criminal illegals in the sanctuary state, all without the assistance of state or local authorities.

During one of its first actions in Massachusetts back in October, ICE arrested more than 1,400 criminal illegals in the Bay State.

Despite the record, Healey continues to claim that ICE only arrests average, non-violent migrants in her state:

Meanwhile, under her regime, the state has become mired in multi million-dollar fraud schemes that Healey has ignored.

Just in the last year, several massive fraud schemes have been uncovered, including the loss of $12 million in public benefits, $7 million in SNAP fraud, $1 million in pandemic waste, $1 million in MassHealth and Social Security fraud, and a Massachusetts Department of Transportation overtime and payroll fraud scheme that will ring in at millions, the state GOP recently noted.

�It is beyond irresponsible that in seven instances of fraud, totaling over $25 million in taxpayer dollars, Governor Maura Healey has been largely silent,� Massachusetts Republican Party Chairwoman Amy Carnevale said in a May 26 press release.

Further, despite massive Medicaid fraud found by federal authorities, Healey dismissed the reports and said that MassHealth as �strong program integrity.�

Sadly, Healey�s massive failures are making Massachusetts a state that people are leaving, not moving into.

Most recently, Massachusetts lost a net 33,340 residents to other states between July 2024 and July 2025. And a �distressing� percentage of those moving away are young people. A CBS report from April moaned that �A new survey reveals more than a quarter of young people in Greater Boston plan to pack up and move in the near future.�

�Massachusetts is disproportionately losing young adults (24-44), higher earners, and skilled workers, the exact talent that powers our innovation economy. Businesses are following the same pattern and relocating out of state,� said Massachusetts Republican Party Chair Amy Carnevale, in a May 27 press release. �The Healey administration�s refusal to confront these failures is accelerating talent and revenue loss, threatening Massachusetts� long-term competitiveness.�

Meanwhile, Boston Republican Mike Minogue held a press conference to announce that he had secured the 16,669 signatures he needs to run for Governor against Healey. Minogue says his signature total is �more signatures than any other candidate� in the race to date.

�It�s time for a new kind of governor. We are built to win with over 16,000 signatures and are now one step closer to AAOK,� Mike Minogue said in his announcement. �People across Massachusetts are ready for change. The thousands of people who have joined our team want a new kind of governor to make Massachusetts the best place to live, work, and raise a family.�

A previously deported illegal alien with an extensive criminal record is accused of carrying out a shooting in New Caney, Texas, over the Memorial Day weekend. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents are now seeking custody of him, Breitbart News has learned.

Juan Ayala-Montero, a 60-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested this week and charged with being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm. According to prosecutors, on May 23, Ayala-Montero began making threats against a group of individuals with whom he had gotten into an argument.

Prosecutors say Ayala-Montero left the group, walked to his residence, and returned to the group holding a rifle, which he used to open fire on the individuals. One victim sustained gunshot wounds in the torso and head.

When police arrived on the scene, prosecutors say the officers heard the gunshots ringing out and started rescuing individuals from the scene. Ayala-Montero was eventually taken into police custody.

Prosecutors say police recovered an Olympic Arms .223 AR-style rifle with a scope from Ayala-Montero�s bedroom. Police also found about 30 spent .223 casings at the scene of the shooting.

ICE has lodged a detainer against Ayala-Montero with Montgomery County, Texas, officials, asking them not to release the illegal alien until federal agents can take custody of him.

Ayala-Montero has an extensive criminal record, according to ICE officials, which includes convictions for homicide, assault, drunk driving, aggravated assault with a gun, and trespassing.

�This criminal illegal alien, who had already been deported before, now faces federal charges for possession of a firearm as an illegal alien,� the Department of Homeland Security�s (DHS) Lauren Bis said. �� because Texas cooperates with ICE, we will work with our partners to ensure that this killer will never again roam our streets.�

Ayala-Montero first crossed the United States-Mexico border into Arizona in 1983 and was deported to his native Mexico in 2006. A year later, Ayala-Montero illegally re-entered the U.S., a felony.

Thursday on MS NOW�s �The Briefing,� New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani said Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents� actions were �cruel and inhumane.�

Mamdani said, �We are proud of the fact that we are a sanctuary city. We�re proud of that for a number of reasons. One, it is a policy designed to keep New Yorkers safe. Two, we know that here in our city, we are proud of the more than 3 million New Yorkers who are immigrants. I�m one of them. And we know that in a city like this, it is incumbent upon us to live up to the ideals of the Statue of Liberty, not just tell people to come and look at it when they visit from across the world.�

Host Jen Psaki said, �You speak to the president from from time to time. You�ve spoken to him about his immigration policies in the past. You�ve even helped get a detainee in New York released. I�m curious, have you spoken to him since Mark when Mullen made that announcement?�

Mamdani said, �No. I keep the cadence of our conversations private. But what I will say, Jen, is that when I�ve had those conversations with the president, I have made clear, as you�ve said, that I view ICE actions to be cruel and inhumane.�

He added, �These are not actions that serve any interest of public safety. And I say that time and again, because what I�ve seen as the mayor of New York City is an agency that is operating with impunity, whether across the five boroughs of New York or whether elsewhere across the country. A young woman is thought to have been gang-raped at a traditional German maypole festival in a Thuringia town, prompting a police manhunt for an alleged perpetrator.

Police are searching for a 30-year-old Iraqi migrant on suspicion of having participated in the rape of a 22-year-old woman on the night of a traditional maypole festival in the small market town of Bad Klosterlausnitz in Thuringia on Tuesday.

The woman was found partially clothed in the backlot of a kebab shop near the marketplace of the town the same night of its annual Maibaumfest party. Police initially suspected a group of four migrant males who had been in the town that night, and arrested three. Two were subsequently found to have not been involved and were released, reports Bild.

A 29 year old Syrian male remains in custody after being arrested on Wednesday, and the 30-year-old Iraqi suspect remains on the run.

The attack on the young woman has left the town in shock. A local resident speaking to Die Welt said �we fear for our grandchildren and daughters� after the gang rape.

The Maibaumfest is an annual tradition marking Spring and the renewal of life that is prevalent in Bavaria and southern Germany. Associated with the Maypole, traditional German costume, dancing, and eating and drinking, the Maypole time is also known for good-natured japes between neighbouring towns. Discover Bavaria notes:

The maypole has a special significance for young people in the region. In many places, it is a tradition for the young members of the local fire brigade or the shooting club to guard the maypole. They spend the night in tents or under the stars and keep a watchful eye to make sure the tree is not stolen by neighbouring communities. Spain�s National Police Corps on Thursday arrested six members of the dangerous Tren de Aragua terrorist organization involved in a series of violent armed robberies that saw them plunder millions of euros� worth of assets and cash.

The accused Tren de Aragua members face charges of suspicion of membership in a criminal organization, robbery with violence, unlawful detention, fraud, and crimes against public health.

In an official statement, the Spanish National Police explained the arrests are the result of an extensive investigation that determined their affiliation to a Tren de Aragua branch dedicated to violent robberies.

The investigation started in August 2025 following a violent robbery at a private residence on the outskirts of Madrid. At the time, the perpetrators, armed with handguns and a powerful signal jammer, stole watches and jewelry worth 1.5 million euros, 200,000 euros in cash, and 1.3 million euros� worth of cryptocurrency transfers.

The six arrested men stand accused for their alleged involvement in at least three similar violent robberies.

The robberies, the police detailed, followed the same pattern. Criminals would meticulously select wealthy targets, carry out extensive surveillance, studying their movements and routines to determine the best moment to strike. The gang would then violently assault and intimidate their victims, keeping them tied for hours and going as far as to point gun at their heads after loading a round into the chamber. In the third incident, one of the arrested criminals fired a handgun, causing significant, life-threatening injuries to one of the victims� face.

Police officers raided a Madrid residence used by the gang members, and found a replica firearm, a frequency jammer, two sets of bent license plates, various watches and pieces of jewelry, 100 grams of various narcotic substances, several cell phones, and more than 2,700 euros in cash. The Spanish National Police published footage of the police raid and arrests on social media.

Founded in 2012 by Hector Rusthenford Guerrero, Tren de Aragua, a U.S.-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization, went from a local gang in the eponymous Venezuelan state of Aragua to a full-fledged transnational crime syndicate under the auspices of the regime of Venezuela�s deposed socialist dictator Nicol�s Maduro. The group�s extensive criminal activities range from theft, extortion, kidnapping, human trafficking for sexual exploitation, migrant smuggling, smuggling, illegal mining, retail drug trafficking, and cybercrime.

For years, the Venezuelan socialist regime repeatedly claimed that Tren de Aragua did �not exist� and that the gang was allegedly �dismantled� in September 2023, when Venezuelan law enforcement officials �raided� Tocor�n, a prison in Aragua that served as Tren de Aragua�s full-featured headquarters.

The gang had extravagantly remodeled the prison�s interior design, incorporating a wide array of amenities such as night clubs, zoos, pools, and marks � all while the Venezuelan Bolivarian National Guard provided external protection to the prison. Guerrero, wanted by U.S. authorities on multiple criminal charges, remains on the run since the prison �raid.�

Following the 2023 Tocor�n �raid,� which saw the Venezuelan regime empty the prison and several other detention centers, Tren de Aragua dramatically expanded beyond Venezuela�s borders, expanding its litany of criminal activities and branches all throughout Latin America, the United States, and even Spain.

In November, the Spanish National Police dismantled a Tren de Aragua cell in Spain for the first time, arresting 13 suspected members of the terrorist organization. Hector Rusthenford Guerrero�s brother, Jason Robert Guerrero Flores, was arrested by Spanish police officers in March 2024.

Spaniards see illegal immigration as the main threat their country faces � deeming it a more important matter than international conflicts and the economy, a study published by the Spanish market research firm Gad3 revealed.

Spanish outlets reported on Thursday that the study, titled �Second Barometer on Security and Defense,� was conducted by Gad3 for Tedae, the Spanish Association of Defense, Security, Aeronautics, and Space Technology Companies. Per Tedae, the study sought to identify the Spanish population�s standing on security-related affairs for their country.

The study found that 28 percent of respondents find illegal migration and the pressure it inflicts upon its borders as the main threat for Spain�s security and defense. Tied in second place, with 23 percent each, is international conflicts and geopolitical tensions, alongside economic and inflationary crises stemming from the global context.

The stern concern expressed by respondents on the threats that illegal migration poses to Spain notably differs from claims made by the Spanish socialist government led by Prime Minister Pedro S�nchez. The Spanish newspaper ABC reported in mid-May that the Spanish government�s Department of National Security deemed illegal immigration as the �ninth� topmost national security risk for Spain in a new annual report, �dropping� it from the third top position that illegal migration reportedly held in the official government rankings since 2023.

In contrast to the Spanish government�s claims, other independent studies published this year have emphatically warned that Spain is one of the E.U. members that has experience a noticeable surge in migrant population over the past years. According to a study published Centre for Research and Analysis on Migration at RFBerlin, Spain alone accounted for approximately a third of the E.U�s entire foreign-born population growth during 2025 � the same year Spain added some 700,000 more foreign born residents.

Adding to Spain�s already dramatic mass migration situation, the Spanish socialist government is presently continuing to execute its widely rejected mass amnesty plan that seeks to give 500,000 illegal migrants.

Gad3�s survey also inquired its respondents on how well do they consider that NATO, the E.U. and Spain are ready to face security challenges. While 55 percent said they believe in NATO�s readiness and 51 percent did so for the European Union, only a third of Spanish citizens believe that their country is presently capable of facing its security and defense-related challenges. 52 percent expressed to support a 2 percent GDP defense spending goal for Spain.

A video reported by the New York Post shows a trio of anti-ICE demonstrators at the Delaney Hall ICE facility being hauled away as one obnoxious protester berates agents through a megaphone: �You look like a f�king clown, s�t don�t even line up. Fix your s�t, bitch.�

�What the f�k are you guys doing in there?!� another yelled, while others screamed, �Take your gun and shoot yourself� and �Every cop, every fed, shoot yourself in the head.�

The rioters at the Newark facility are accused of biting, kicking, and punching agents, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin said in statement posted on X Friday.

He also said New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill �refused to allow state police to assist our officers.�

�Assaulting and obstructing ICE law enforcement is a crime and felony,� Mullin said in the post.

�Throughout the night, nine rioters were arrested. Anyone who assaults law enforcement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.�

�Law and order will prevail,� he added.

In another post on Thursday, Mullin detailed the records of some of the hardened illegal alien criminals being held at the facility.

Agitators have claimed ICE detainees are on a hunger strike in protest of what they claim are substandard living conditions at the federal center.

DHS authorities have said those allegations are concocted as an excuse to stage the protest, which is similar to some of the violent encounters that appeared in Minnesota earlier this year.

Protesters have tried to block vehicles and personnel from accessing or leaving the facility, leading to violent confrontations with law enforcement.

The White House this week launched a public database showing where illegal aliens are being arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), another move by the Trump administration to expand transparency around the issue of illegal immigration.

The website, aliens.gov, plays on themes around extraterrestrial life but ultimately unveils a map of the United States with the number of arrests in each area, the national origins of such illegal aliens, their criminal convictions, and whether they have gang affiliations.

The map covers high-arrest areas like Dallas, Texas, where, since President Trump took office for his second term, more than 17,000 illegal aliens have been arrested, as well as low-arrest areas like Burlington, Vermont, where just 20 illegal aliens have been arrested over the last year.

The site expands on the Trump administration�s efforts to make illegal immigration a more transparent issue.

For instance, last year, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) launched the public database known as wow.dhs.gov to aggregate information on illegal aliens arrested by ICE agents, including the location of their arrest, their crimes, and their names.

�This new Worst of the Worst webpage allows every American to see for themselves the criminal illegal aliens that we are arresting, what crimes they committed, and what communities we removed them from. This is all about transparency and showing results,� a DHS spokeswoman said at the time.

Today, research estimates that there are anywhere between 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living across the U.S. Some have estimated the figure to be much higher.

Moriarty charged the agent, identified as Christian Castro, with four counts of second-degree assault and one count of falsely reporting a crime.

In January, ICE agents were involved in a shooting in Minneapolis as Governor Walz claimed federal agents are �going door-to-door ordering people to point out where their neighbors of color live.�

According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, ICE agents shot a shovel-wielding Venezuelan after he tried to assault federal law enforcement officers.

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent who was charged in a north Minneapolis shooting has been arrested in Texas Friday morning.

Christian Castro, 52, was charged via warrant on May 18 with four counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of falsely reporting a crime in connection with the Jan. 14 shooting of Julio Sosa-Celis.

Castro was arrested on Friday by the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Inspector General, Texas Rangers and Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) agents in Hidalgo County, Texas, according to the Hennepin County Attorney�s Office (HCAO).

HCAO says that the state charges are �likely to result in an attempt to �remove� this case to federal court.� If this �removal� is granted by the judge, HCAO will still prosecute the case, and if it ends in conviction, it will not be eligible for a presidential pardon.

Texas authorities have captured six Chinese nationals wearing full camouflage as they attempted to illegally cross the southern border and evade detection on a private ranch in Maverick County near Eagle Pass.

U.S. Border Patrol agents, working with Texas Department of Public Safety troopers and K-9 units under Operation Lone Star, apprehended the group Tuesday night. The six Chinese nationals were part of a larger group of 12 illegal immigrants caught trying to slip through on private property.

Texas DPS Lt. Chris Olivarez posted the details on X on Wednesday:

�In a second apprehension later that night, U.S. Border Patrol agents apprehended 12 illegal immigrants on a private ranch in Maverick County, including six Special Interest Aliens (SIAs) from China, all dressed in camouflage.�

The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected Florida�s lawsuit against California and Washington over their issuance of commercial driver�s licenses to illegal immigrants.

This decision comes after the horrific August 12, 2025, crash on the Florida Turnpike. Illegal alien Harjinder Singh, an Indian national who entered the U.S. illegally through the Mexican border, obtained CDLs from both California and Washington despite failing English proficiency tests at least ten times in Washington and once in California.

Singh approached a clearly marked �no U-turn� sign for official use only, ignored it, and swung his massive tractor-trailer across both lanes of the highway. The trailer crushed a minivan traveling behind him. All three passengers in the minivan were killed.

Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration testing after the crash confirmed Singh could not correctly answer most verbal questions and identified only one out of four highway signs.

Thomas did not mince words:

�An illegal alien who cannot read English road signs cannot drive an 80,000-pound tractor-trailer.�

Federal law and regulations require states to ensure CDL applicants pass a driver�s test, sufficiently understand English, and demonstrate appropriate immigration status. California and Washington defied those rules.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier brought the original jurisdiction suit arguing the blue states� sanctuary policies and refusal to check immigration status or English proficiency created a public nuisance and violated federal preemption. Iowa and 16 other states backed Florida�s effort.

The Supreme Court turned it down without comment.

Thomas blasted the abdication:

�This Court declines to even hear Florida�s claims, even though it has nowhere else to bring them.�

He reiterated that the Constitution gives the Supreme Court exclusive original jurisdiction over controversies between states � and that the Court has no business inventing discretion to dodge these cases. If states cannot bring these disputes here, they have no judicial forum at all.

Fox News reported:

Thomas, joined by Justice Samuel Alito, said the Supreme Court had a constitutional obligation to hear the dispute because lawsuits between states can only be brought before the high court.

"If this Court does not exercise jurisdiction over a controversy between two States, then the complaining State has no judicial forum in which to seek relief," Thomas wrote.

Thomas argued that Florida�s allegations against Washington and California were serious because failing to follow federal commercial licensing laws can create dangerous road conditions and, he said, has contributed to deadly crashes.

Thomas pointed to the fatal Florida highway crash involving truck driver Harjinder Singh, who he said "could not read the road signs," and argued Florida deserved a chance to pursue its claims.

Sweden�s parliament, presently controlled by center-right, conservative majority, has taken a decisive step in confronting a controversial practice increasingly linked to migration, unanimously voting to ban cousin marriages and other close-relative unions in what many see as a long-overdue correction to decades of failed integration policies.

The new law, according reports from the Swedish press, introduces a blanket prohibition on marriages between cousins, as well as a wider ban on unions between other close relatives. It is scheduled to come into force on July 1, 2026.

Crucially, the legislation goes beyond domestic law. Foreign cousin marriages will also, as a general rule, no longer be recognized in Sweden, closing a major legal loophole.

DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin further responded to the Democratic lawmakers and New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill, who showed up to support the insurrection on Memorial Day, as well as reports that the illegal alien detainees at the ICE facility are holding a hunger strike.

Mullin slammed the Democrats for spending their Memorial Day with Antifa terrorists and advocating for rapists, child predators, murderers, and drug dealers. He further responded to Senator Andy Kim, complaining that he was exposed to nonlethal chemical irritants, used to disperse the lawless rioters.

�I�m sorry. You probably shouldn�t have been there,� Mullin said.

Of the protests by aliens inside the facility, Mullin suggested that the hunger strike is only a �handful of individuals� who want to eat their ethnic foods, adding, �Well, they can go back to their country and get whatever food they want.�

All of the people funding and participating in the resistance, including the Democrats showing up and encouraging the violence, should be arrested on sedition charges. Unfortunately, all we get is strong words and warnings.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, rioters occupied the New Jersey ICE facility this week and were seen setting up barricades to block vehicles leaving the facility.

Instead of spending Memorial Day honoring our fallen troops, New Jersey Senator Andy Kim joined the rioters attacking law enforcement alongside New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill, and Reps. Rob Menendez, LaMonica McIver and Nellie Pou.

Senator Kim apparently came into contact with a chemical irritant deployed by ICE to disperse the crowds, and he was seen washing his eyes out during the chaos.

According to Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, the city accepted Police Chief Brian O�Hara�s resignation after investigators determined he had interfered with a probe into allegations that he engaged in inappropriate relationships with city employees.

KMSP-TV reported that the original allegations themselves were not substantiated.

The investigation reportedly found that O�Hara deleted a contact from his city-issued phone during the inquiry, which investigators viewed as an attempt to shield information from review.

The mayor described the action as a �breach of trust� that made it difficult for O�Hara to continue leading the department effectively.

At a press conference announcing the resignation, Frey said O�Hara had been informed he could face disciplinary action, including termination, before deciding to step down.

Frey also acknowledged that he had recently nominated O�Hara for another four-year term but said new information uncovered during the investigation changed the situation.

Assistant Chief Katie Blackwell has been named interim leader of the department while the city searches for a permanent replacement. Frey said Blackwell is capable of stepping into the role during the transition period.

The resignation comes at a significant moment for Minneapolis policing.

One issue that drew national attention involved O�Hara�s public comments regarding the use of force by federal immigration authorities, including agents associated with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

MS NOW reported that a sergeant from the Minneapolis Police Department later clarified that the understanding was that while officers may physically intervene in the case of unlawful force, they would stop short of arresting ICE agents.

But why would the Minneapolis Police Department stop short of arresting an ICE agent who has done something unlawful?

Illegal immigrants are individuals who have unlawfully trespassed across established borders and are therefore arrested by ICE agents who are enforcing the law.

If a police officer were to see an ICE agent use �unlawful� force, wouldn�t that require an arrest because the police officer would be a witness to the �unlawful� action?

The question surrounding O�Hara�s comment is what constitutes �unlawful� or �excessive force.�

If a citizen were to witness �unlawful or excessive force� perpetrated by a police officer, would it be acceptable for the citizen to intervene?

It is a matter of perspective. The word �force� is in the title of law enforcement.

The job of police and ICE agents is to enforce the laws.

O�Hara�s remarks were widely discussed, with some believing they placed the department in a difficult position, balancing local responsibilities with federal activity.

They also highlighted confusion about the role local police should play when federal authorities conduct immigration operations inside the city.

The resignation leaves Minneapolis once again searching for police leadership as the department continues implementing reform measures tied to state and federal oversight.

The 33-year-old former member of parliament was found guilty by a Leuven court of �incitement to hatred� and �dissemination of ideas,� following a speech at KU Leuven in early 2024. Critics say the ruling sends a chilling message: even fact-based arguments can now be criminalized if they challenge the prevailing narrative.

Van Langenhove was fined �4,000 (approximately $4,300), adding to a growing list of legal penalties he has faced in recent years. He had previously been sentenced over content posted by others in a private group chat�an outcome his supporters say underscores a broader crackdown on dissent.

California Democrats running for governor are promising to protect migrant semi-truck drivers from English proficiency tests on the nation�s highways, even after being shown a video of a migrant truck driver who could not understand road signs.

During a debate in April, former Biden administration Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) Xavier Becerra said he would �push back on the Trump administration� regarding migrant truck drivers being given English proficiency tests.

�I would definitely push back on the Trump administration on, again, a reckless policy,� Becerra answered in response to being asked if the California Highway Patrol (CHP) should give English proficiency tests to truck drivers. Becerra�s answer came after the moderators showed the candidates a video in which a CHP officer was seen giving a �roadside English proficiency test to a commercial truck driver.�

Becerra added, �I would make sure that that officer understands that he cannot discriminate against any driver without having a basis to do so. I understood a little bit of what that individual was trying to say. I couldn�t see the sign, but it certainly sounded like he was trying to describe what that particular sign was trying to represent.�

Other Democrat candidates running for governor in the state, such as billionaire climate activist Tom Steyer and former Rep. Katie Porter (D), stated that �racial profiling is illegal,� and they would �fight the Trump administration� regarding English proficiency tests for migrant truck drivers.

�Racial profiling is illegal,� Steyer said when asked if proficiency tests for migrant truckers should be enforced. �And, in fact, picking on people based on the color of their skin in the state of California is illegal. I have a program for ICE that involves prosecuting them for racial profiling, prosecuting them for violence against Californians.�

Porter responded that she �would absolutely fight the Trump administration� regarding the enforcement of English proficiency tests for migrant truck drivers.

�Protecting Californians also includes enforcing traffic laws, and we�ve seen, sometimes, the need for oversight in California. For example, we have seen that the Department of Motor Vehicles was not enforcing rules around DUIs and drivers who had convictions for that,� Porter continued.

When asked if �this type of roadside testing� should become standard procedure in the state, Riverside County Sheriff and Republican candidate for California governor Chad Bianco explained that if the law enforcement officer was �verifying whether or not someone can read signs,� then that person was probably �stopped for violating a sign.�

�We have to, first off, acknowledge that we actually do have rules, and we actually do have laws, and if they are not abiding by those laws and California is giving them driver�s licenses when they do not qualify for those driver�s licenses, and we�re sending them out onto the streets � we also have seen several horrific accidents that were attributed to people that did not understand English or that could not comprehend the road signs or the street signs that they were supposed to be abiding by,� Bianco explained.

Republican candidate for governor, Steve Hilton, explained that if elected governor, California will �not be issuing commercial driver�s licenses� to illegal aliens and migrants who do not speak English.

�It is completely ridiculous that we have people driving on our roads who can�t understand road signs, and can�t speak English,� Hilton said.

Breitbart News�s John Binder reported in October that Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy had shared that over 7,000 migrant semi-truck drivers had been taken off the roads for failing to meet the Trump administration�s English proficiency standards.

Global warming is getting worse because of the deportations conducted by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE), says the U.K.�s Guardian newspaper.

�We�ve seen a staggering increase of all U.S. immigration [enforcement] flights,� Savitri Arvey, a research director at the pro-migration Human Rights First group told the newspaper for a May 26 article, which then claimed:

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement�s (ICE) air operations pumped into the air an estimated 335,876 tonnes (370,240 US tons) of carbon emissions in 2025, up 88 percent from the year before.

But a quick comparison to the U.S. domestic airline industry shows that ICE air produces just one-thousandth of the greenhouse gases produced by the domestic airline industry, and one two-thousandths of all aircraft emissions in 2017.

For those extra emissions, ordinary Americans get the benefits from deporting many of President Joe Biden�s economic migrants, including lower crime, less diversity, higher wages, cheaper housing, and more citizen influence in their society and nation.

ICE is operating roughly three times as many flights every month in 2026 as it did in 2024 � roughly 1,800 flights vs 600 flights � partly because ICE often transports illegals from northern states to holding centers in Texas and other southern states. Migrants usually have to be detained for several weeks before ICE can get them through the various hurdles created by pro-migration progressives.

Immigration advocates remain desperate to inflate the minority opposition to President Donald Trump�s deportation policy.

�The pollution that these flights cause is causing harms to every single family in the United States.�

Brett Heinz, global policy coordinator at the pro-migration American Friends Service Committee (AFSC), told the Guardian�s writer, Alexandra Villareal. She formerly worked for a pro-migration group, the National Immigration Forum.

�When we try to inflict suffering on immigrants� it also inflicts suffering on ourselves, on everyone,� he said, adding, �There�s no one that escapes when we�re trying to increase human misery.�

Meanwhile, Americans are speaking up about the crimes inflicted by the very illegal migrants defended by American progressives and the U.K.�s progressive newspaper.

Markwayne Mullin�s Department of Homeland Security is threatening to file charges against the many economic migrants � and their lawyers � who submit fake asylum claims.

�For many years, millions of illegal aliens have committed fraud in our immigration system,� said a Tuesday statement from James Percival, the General Counsel at the DHS. He continued:

No place is this more rampant than in immigration court. Protection claims like asylum are intended to cover unique and narrow circumstances, but it is standard practice for immigration attorneys representing illegal aliens to assert that virtually every illegal alien is going to be persecuted or tortured in his or her home country.

Historically, ICE has depended on the discipline of immigration judges and the enforcement of criminal fraud laws to deter this conduct, but ICE has its own tools. Now, thanks to this directive, ICE attorneys have greater authority to enforce the law and stop the abuse of our asylum system by illegal aliens and attorneys.�

The statement said that DHS headquarters has directed the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency to �develop anti-fraud policies that will further enforce 8 U.S.C. � 1324c(d), a law that establishes penalties for violations of document fraud.�

The instruction would also help judges deny asylum claims and help ICE deport migrants who submit fake asylum claims.

This is a huge shift from President Joe Biden, whose officials urged millions of economic migrants to file asylum cases so they could get work permits and jobs.

The resulting backlog of more than 3,5 million cases allowed Biden�s agents to settle a nation-sized population of renters, consumers, and workers in Democratic-run amnesty zones, such as Chicago, New York, Boston, and California. The asylum claims also allowed Biden�s officials to provide fast-track green cards and citizenship to roughly half of the claimants who got into court.

But surveys of migrants show that only a tiny percentage were actually seeking asylum from political threats. The vast majority claimed asylum so they could get jobs.

Over the last several years, amid the flood of bogus asylum claims, the federal government has indicted only a few lawyers � and fake lawyers � for asylum fraud.

In 2005, for example, federal officials charged a Tibetan man, Tenzin Norbu, with filing fraudulent asylum claims:

Norbu engaged in a deliberate, brazen fraud scheme in which he and others sold fraudulent asylum applications to immigrants seeking asylum in the United States for over a decade. Those false asylum applications all contained a boilerplate narrative that the applicant was a Tibetan and would thus face persecution if removed to China-controlled Tibet. These boilerplate narratives were lies conjured up by Norbu and his associates. Norbu also coached his customers on how to answer questions about the fake narratives and provided them with fake identification documents, all in exchange for a fee�

The government estimates that Norbu charged approximately $5,000 for each client for whom he prepared and submitted a false asylum application. The forfeiture amount of $170,000 represents the total proceeds traceable to the offense to which Norbu pleaded guilty.

In 2023, a federal official described a plea agreement with two lawyers:

The defendants � a husband and wife team of licensed immigration attorneys and a writer who worked with them � invented offensive lies to cheat our country�s asylum process, which is meant to protect vulnerable people who legitimately fear persecution because of their race, religion, political beliefs, or sexual orientation. When attorneys cynically exploit those fears for financial gain by peddling false claims and coaching clients to lie under oath, they abuse the trust placed in them and make a mockery of the asylum system. With their guilty pleas, the defendants are being held accountable for their serious crimes.

In a 2018 case, officials said:

[Lawyer Andreea] Dumitru submitted over 100 applications in which she knowingly made false statements and representations about, among other things, the applicants� personal narratives of alleged persecution, criminal histories, and travel histories. Dumitru deliberately fabricated detailed personal stories of purported mistreatment of her clients, forged her clients� signatures, and falsely notarized affidavits.

The new policy is just one of many bureaucratic and regulatory steps that DHS is taking to curb the migration industry amid Congress�s refusal to update or reform the nation�s immigration laws.

Last week, for example, DHS declared that most migrants in the United States � such as migrants given parole or Temporary Protected Status � will have to first go home before they can apply for a legalized status and a green card.

On Tuesday�s broadcast of the Fox News Channel�s �Hannity,� DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin said that there are plans being drawn up to say that in �sanctuary cities, where the local, radical left Democrats aren�t allowing us to do our job and enforce federal laws, then we shouldn�t be processing international flights into their cities either.�

While discussing clashes at a facility in Newark, Mullin said, �[W]e called for assistance � for the police, because they were barricading the roads and they were trying to get through the gates. Not one time did the police respond, not a single time did the local P.D. or state police [respond] to our call for assistance.�

He added, �[Y]ou just can�t make sense out of this, especially the fact that local law enforcement wouldn�t respond. And so, I visited with the White House today, Sean. And I said, if they�re going to not allow us to go out and arrest the worst of the worst and then when we call for assistance at the facilities that the street, it belonged to the city, if it belonged to us, we would take care of it, but it belongs to the city and they�re barricading our employees from coming in and out of the facility, then why are we processing international flights into the airport there? And I � we are currently, which we�re not initiat[ing] yet, but we�re currently drawing up plans to say listen, in these sanctuary cities, where the local, radical left Democrats aren�t allowing us to do our job and enforce federal laws, then we shouldn�t be processing international flights into their cities either. While Democrats were protesting outside Delaney Hall over the long Memorial Day weekend, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested convicted killers, sex offenders, and kidnappers.

Among those illegal aliens arrested by ICE agents is Mosiah Wright of Jamaica, who was previously convicted of murder in relation to a drug trafficking crime in Bloomington, Minnesota, as well as Joaquin Perez-Barajas of Mexico, convicted of attempted capital murder and manslaughter in Hidalgo County, Texas.

Likewise, ICE agents arrested Candido Arroyo-Bautista of Mexico, who was previously convicted of lewd acts with a child in Oakland, California, and Vidal George-Jimenz of Honduras, convicted on two counts of attempted rape and attempted sodomy in Portland, Oregon.

The U.S. government has inked deportation deals with 20 foreign countries to accept illegal migrants who cannot be sent back to their home countries, Secretary of State Marco Rubio told a cabinet meeting today.

Rubio said:

A part of securing our border is dealing with the people that are in this country unlawfully, many of whom do not want to go back to the country that they originally came from, for a variety of reasons, either we can�t send them there or some judge ties us up.

One of the key things we have achieved is now [that] 20 countries have signed third-country national agreements, meaning these are safe countries where individuals who refuse to go back to their country of origin can be sent to that country instead. We�ve got 20 countries now around the world who have signed agreements that allow us to deport people to those places.

The �Safe Third Country� deals also help ICE to accelerate many more deportations amid a myriad of lawsuits, Rubio noted:

What often happens when you go to the person who�s here unlawfully and say �We�re going to send you to this third country� is [that] all of a sudden they decide they�d rather go back to their home country instead. So it gives the ability to enforce all laws, and we work very closely with the Department of Homeland Security on that front.

In April, for example, ICE deported several Latin American migants to the Congo, after pro-migration lawyers had blocked their return home. This possibility has helped to dramatically expand the number of migrants who accept �voluntary deportations.�

From January to March, roughly 80,000 migrants accepted the �voluntary deportations� exit instead of risking a transfer to an unfamiliar country in Africa or Asia.

A number of migants have been dropped off in Panama, Ghana, Rwanda, South Sudan, and Uganda.
But there is a huge backlog of migrants from India, China, Laos, Vietnam, and other countries, whose home governments block their return.

Many are violent, career-criminal migants who have been released back into U.S. streets after serving years in jail. Others are job-seeking illegal migrants who provide a cheap pool of labor for shady enterprises and low-wage businesses.

The �Safe Third� countries have to show they will protect deported migrants, but they usually demand payments in exchange for accepting the illegals.

Rubio is also working to curb the inflow of India�s migrant workers � including truck drivers and H-1Bs � into the United States, much to the anger of the Indian government.

That anger was made clear when Indian government officials refused to meet Rubio at his recent arrival and departure from India.

Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) found 20 illegal aliens hiding inside a semi-truck in Laredo.

According to Texas DPS, the driver, an illegal alien from Mexico, attempted to flee on foot during the traffic stop.

The driver was charged with evading arrest and smuggling of persons.

The illegal aliens were turned over to Border Patrol.

Statement from Texas DPS spokesman Chris Olivarez:

On Monday, May 18, 2026, just after 6:00 p.m., a DPS Trooper conducted a traffic stop on a white Volvo truck tractor on IH-35 near mile marker 28.

During the stop, the driver attempted to flee on foot but was immediately arrested. A search of the Volvo revealed 20 illegal immigrants concealed in the truck tractor�s sleeping area.

The driver, Miguel Angel Velazquez Chavez, 25, a Mexican national, was charged with evading arrest and smuggling of persons.

He was booked into the Webb Co. Jail. The 20 illegal immigrants, including four minors, from Mexico and Guatemala, were referred to the United States Border Patrol.

DPS� Criminal Investigations Division (CID) continues to investigate the case.

As Breitbart News reported on Tuesday, �Abolish ICE� protesters have gathered again outside of Delaney Hall in Newark to demand the migrant detention center be shut down, claiming that illegal aliens are on a hunger strike inside the facility and are being treated inhumanely.

Democrats like Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), Sen. Andy Kim (D-NJ), and Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ), among other New Jersey Democrats, have all called for the detention center�s closure.

The Department of Homeland Security�s (DHS) Lauren Bis says Democrats �should be thanking ICE law enforcement for removing murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and drug traffickers from their communities,� as agents released a list of criminal illegal aliens recently arrested across New Jersey, some of whom have presumably ended up in Delaney Hall.

Former President Joe Biden�s Department of Homeland Security (DHS), led by then-Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, released nearly 90 percent of migrants arriving at the southern border into the United States with parole at the program�s peak, a federal watchdog reveals.

A report from the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the independent agency that works on behalf of Congress, reveals the extent to which Biden and Mayorkas carried out an expansive catch and release policy at the U.S.-Mexico border from early 2021 until Jan. 20, 2025.

In particular, the GAO report probed Biden and Mayorkas�s parole pipeline which was used to justify the release of millions of migrants into American communities. Prior to 2021, parole authority had been sparingly used by administrations.

With the implementation of so-called �humanitarian parole,� Biden and Mayorkas blew the lid off executive parole authority, the GAO report details.

�Specifically, our analysis showed that OFO and Border Patrol granted relatively few paroles during fiscal years 2019 and 2020,� the GAO report states:

During this time period the proportion of southwest border encounters resulting in parole ranged from about 3 percent to 28 percent. The number of paroles granted increased beginning in the summer of 2021 and peaked in December 2022, when 89 percent of encounters resulted in parole. Paroles granted declined substantially after December 2022 and again after January 2025.

In addition, the GAO report suggests that Biden and Mayorkas so overwhelmed the nation�s immigration enforcement system that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents today are struggling to locate parole migrants.

�� without readily accessible information about noncitizens� parole status, ICE does not have the information it needs to identify and monitor these noncitizens, or to take enforcement action, as appropriate,� the GAO report states.

Though the Biden administration is gone, some of its key players in its immigration agenda are back lobbying elected Democrats to commit to reimposing such border policies if they win back Congress in the midterms and the White House in 2028.

Claire Trickler-McNulty, a former DHS bureaucrat under Biden who also worked in the Obama administration and for a couple of years in President Donald Trump�s first term, recently received a glowing profile in The Seattle Times regarding her new podcast venture.

During her tenure under Biden, Trickler-McNulty sought to create a program that would see millions of illegal aliens merely check in annually to ICE agents, turning the nation�s borders into a European-style checkpoint. Most of those check-ins would not be in-person, but rather done electronically.

Likewise, in 2023, Tom Homan warned in Breitbart News that Trickler-McNulty was actively working within DHS to shut down detention centers � ensuring the release of tens of thousands of illegal aliens from federal custody and into Alternatives to Detention (ATD) programs.

�Trickler-McNulty is the epitome of an ideological, corrupt bureaucrat,� Homan wrote.

Amnesty for illegal aliens, a staple of the activist Left�s policy framework, remains at the forefront of Trickler-McNulty�s vision for national immigration policy.

�What I�m proposing is what I�m calling �immigration probation,� Trickler-McNulty told The Seattle Times. �That is the ability for an adjudicator � like USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services) or an immigration judge � to place somebody in a two-year program. If they pay taxes, they comply, they report in, they show they�re basically willing to interface with the government, they can ameliorate their immigration violations. That would allow them to move into a lawful status.�

DONJE PRILI�ĆE, Croatia � A human‑smuggling run along the Western Balkan route turned deadly this month after Croatian police discovered four migrants dead and 15 others barely alive near the Slovenia border � a tragedy that mirrors the brutal tactics used by Mexican cartel‑run smuggling networks along the U.S.‑Mexico border.

Croatian authorities say the group had been packed into a cargo lorry earlier this month under suffocating, �inhumane conditions� before being dumped near the former border crossing at Donje Prili�će. Two survivors were hospitalized in critical condition, according to Infomigrants.

The suspected driver � a 22‑year‑old Montenegrin national � fled the scene and remains on the run.

The tactics used by smugglers along the Croatia-Slovenia border are reminiscent of those employed by Mexican Cartel human smugglers who frequently pack illegal aliens into trailers and railcars to move them into the U.S. interior, as Breitbart Texas reports.

The death toll rose days later when two additional bodies were found in separate rivers along the Croatia�Slovenia frontier. Investigators have not yet confirmed whether the victims were part of the same smuggling group, but the timing and proximity strongly suggest a connection.

Slovenian police also located 11 migrants believed to be tied to the same transport and returned them to Croatia under bilateral procedures.

Italian news agency ANSA reported that Croatian police found the bodies on May 4, along with two survivors in grave condition.

Croatia � now classified as an EU external‑border state � has become a major choke point for migrants moving from Bosnia and Herzegovina toward the Schengen zone. Karlovac County, where the bodies were found, has seen a surge in smuggling operations using cargo trucks, vans, and makeshift compartments.

Croatia recorded 16,500 illegal border crossings in 2025, one of the highest totals on the Western Balkan route.

Slovenia, now tagged as an interior Schengen state, is experiencing increased �secondary movements� � migrants who enter Croatia illegally and attempt to move north toward Italy, Austria, and Germany.

Ljubljana has refused to accept new migrant relocations in 2026, opting instead to contribute financially to the EU�s solidarity mechanism.

The conditions described by Croatian authorities � migrants locked in airless compartments, abandoned in remote areas, left to die � closely resemble the Mexican cartel‑run human‑smuggling operations that U.S. Border Patrol agents confront frequently.

Earlier this month, officials in South Texas discovered multiple deceased illegal aliens who had been loaded into railcars by human smugglers.

On the U.S. southern border:

Cartels routinely pack migrants into tractor‑trailers, leading to mass‑casualty suffocation events (San Antonio, 2022: 53 dead).
Smugglers frequently abandon migrants in deserts, resulting in hundreds of heat‑exposure deaths each year.
Criminal networks treat migrants as �cargo�, charging thousands per person and discarding them when law enforcement pressure increases.
U.S. agents regularly find migrants locked in rail cars, shipping containers, stash houses, and vehicle compartments � identical to the methods used in the Croatia case.

The Balkan smugglers� tactics � high‑density packing, sealed compartments, abandonment, and fleeing when police approach � are functionally indistinguishable from cartel operations in Texas, Arizona, and California.

Croatian search teams continue to comb the border region, fearing additional bodies may still be undiscovered. The fugitive smuggler faces charges of aggravated smuggling resulting in death, a crime carrying a lengthy prison sentence.

Officials say the case is a stark reminder that smugglers � whether in the Balkans or on the U.S. southern border � �treat human beings as disposable assets.�

The Dutch government is moving ahead with its plans to establish �return hubs� outside E.U. territory to deport migrants and process asylum applications.

The proposal, which reportedly boasts �concrete steps� towards its fruition, is expected to go ahead over the next months.

Politico reports that it obtained a copy of a letter issued by the Dutch government indicating to the nation�s parliament that a legal review found no obstacles to setting up the return hubs and external asylum processing. The legal review was conducted by The Hague-based think tank Clingendael.

The plans would avoid having migrants stay in a country here they have been refused asylum for extended periods of time simply because their respective countries would not readmit them.

�Across Europe, people are asking for credible and workable solutions to regain control over migration,� Bart van den Brink, deputy prime minister of the Netherlands and minister of asylum and migration, said, per Politico.

�Those solutions are increasingly taking shape and have been shown to be legally viable,� he continued.

An unnamed E.U. diplomat who spoke with Politico on condition of anonymity affirmed that The Netherlands is exploring options towards processing asylum applications outside Europe alongside Denmark, Malta, and Sweden. The plans would follow the same guidelines as the return hubs, prioritizing only those who have been approved for asylum.

Per the source, the Dutch government, led by Prime Minster Rob Jetten, is presently in talks with prospective candidate countries for the center and it is likely that the location for the first return hub facility will be announced within the next six to seven months.

�The idea is not to make a political spectacle out of this but to do the actual legal work so that this actually sticks,� the source reportedly said.

Politico detailed that the first such return hub that the Dutch government�s plans call for would not be used just by the Netherlands, but by Germany, Austria, Denmark, and Greece as well. These five countries have called upon the E.U. to take a tougher stance at cracking down Europe�s migrant crisis � including the creation of �return hubs� in third countries to deport illegal migrants to their respective countries

The Dutch government�s plans come as the European Union finds itself in talks towards implementing a new �Pact on Migration and Asylum� that, among other migration reforms, paves the way for the establishment of return hubs for migrants in the E.U.

The new E.U. migrant pact is set to take legal effect on June 12, 2026.

Senator Andy Kim (D-NJ) was pepper-sprayed by ICE agents while participating in a riot outside of an ICE detention facility in Newark, New Jersey, on Monday.

Instead of spending Memorial Day honoring our fallen troops, Kim joined the rioters attacking law enforcement alongside New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill and Reps. Rob Menendez, LaMonica McIver and Nellie Pou.

Masked leftist rioters were seen vandalizing the city and removing large blocks from the sidewalks to set up barricades outside of the Delaney Hall Detention Center to block vehicles leaving the facility. In multiple clips circulating online, the insurrectionists could be seen searching through the vehicles with flashlights before allowing them to pass.

Kim was seen at one point attempting to negotiate with the insurrectionists, asking them to stop throwing things at vehicles and to clear a path in the parking lot. Kim is then seen apologizing to the protesters and instigating further unrest after ICE agents pushed through the crowds.

�I don�t trust them,� Kim told the left-wing rioters after blaming ICE for failing to make a �deal.�

Pepper spray and pepper balls were later deployed during a clash between agents and rioters. Kim was seen screaming at agents on an armored truck as they used crowd control measures.

Video from the scene shows protesters pouring water into Kim�s eyes following the incident.

In a statement later, Kim described the conditions at the detention center as �chaos,� claiming that the violent leftists were simply �families and advocates� of the illegal alien detainees, who were �calling for help.�

He further blasted ICE agents, accusing them of �lawlessness� and calling for the ICE detention center to be shut down.

Civilians were tackled and restrained, and agents fired pepper balls and spray into the crowd. This is more of the same lawlessness we�ve seen elsewhere around the country.

Our country deserves accountability. Our country deserves the humane treatment of every person here. In fact, our Constitution demands this. What I witnessed and experienced today was shameful. Delaney Hall is a failure; it�s this administration�s failure. The only way to make this right for our communities is to shut it down and make sure the failures we�ve seen never happen again.

On May 25, 2026, rioters obstructed law enforcement from exiting the ICE facility. Officers issued multiple lawful verbal commands for rioters to clear the area. The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected Florida�s lawsuit against California and Washington over their issuance of commercial driver�s licenses to illegal immigrants.

The case was brought by Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier following a deadly crash in Florida last year involving commercial truck driver Harjinder Singh, an Indian national and illegal alien.

Three people died in the crash, with Singh facing an array of criminal charges, including vehicular homicide and immigration violations.

Florida alleged that California and Washington violated federal law and endangered public safety by issuing commercial licenses to individuals without legal immigration status, allowing them to drive across state lines.

The Department of Homeland Security has already slammed the message coming from Albany.

�The message from Gov Kathy Hochul and her fellow sanctuary politicians is clear: criminal illegal aliens are WELCOME in New York,� a DHS spokesperson said, capturing the outrage shared by many law enforcement leaders who see their hands being tied by progressive lawmakers.

This plan from Hochul follows a long line of liberal sanctuary policies that have eroded cooperation between state and federal law enforcement.

Under the proposed law, local police and sheriffs would be banned from turning over illegal aliens to federal immigration authorities, including violent offenders, sex predators, and gang members already flagged for deportation.

May 25 (UPI) � Protests at a federal immigration detention center in Newark, N.J., escalated over the Memorial Day weekend as local Democratic officials, including New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill, voiced support for detainees who say they�re on a hunger strike.

Protesters led by the pregnant wife of a man held at Delaney Hall by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents began gathering outside the privately run facility on Friday, then grew in number as the weekend progressed before clashing with ICE agents early Monday morning.

Video obtained by WCBS-TV showed ICE agents wielding batons and pepper spray wading into a group of angry protesters.

Witnesses told the online publication The City the incident happened as agents prepared to transfer the husband of Gabriela Soto � who has been leading the weekend protests � out of the facility in a van and protesters attempted to block its exit.

Soto�s husband, Martin Soto, is among the Delaney Hall detainees who announced Friday they have started a hunger strike to protest what they call inhumane conditions at facility, which is privately owned and operated by the GEO Group.

�Because I started this protest outside to close Delaney Hall and free every detainee here they were retaliating on him,� Gabriela Soto told NJ.com. �If I have a miscarriage because of this pressure, I will sue them.

�I am tired of them controlling the situation. He is in that van. I saw him resisting to get in the van; they forced him in there, two big ass guards. He was handcuffed. They were trying to move him.�

Later on Monday, Sherrill, U.S., Sen. Andy Kim and New Jersey Reps. Rob Menendez and Analilia Mejia and joined the protesters and demanded access to the facility.

Sherrill said she was denied entry, which raises �serious questions about what they are trying to hide from public view,� she said in a statement.

�I have long opposed private detention facilities and will continue to advocate for the closure of Delaney Hall and against any expansion of mass detention facilities in New Jersey, like the proposed facility in Roxbury.�

Sherrill said stories she heard from friends and relatives of detainees about conditions inside were �heartbreaking. I will continue to hold ICE accountable.�

Kim and Menendez were allowed entry into Delaney Hall on Friday. Afterwards, Kim said what he saw inside was �absolutely unacceptable,� adding, �Shut it down NOW.�

Advocates said 300 of the detainees have joined together to stage a hunger and labor strike over conditions there, which allegedly include a lack of sanitation and potable drinking water.

However, Department of Homeland Security officials on Friday denied there was an ongoing hunger strike.

�There is no hunger strike at Delaney Hall at this time,� they said in a statement to NJ.com.

Every once in a while, a fed up citizen speaks truth to power at a government meeting and the moment goes viral. This is one of those cases.

In liberal Massachusetts, the Barnstable County Assembly on Cape Cod has been debating a measure that would make it more difficult for local officials to cooperate with ICE. Some people in the community also want to make it easier for illegals to access taxpayer funded benefits.

During a recent meeting, one taxpayer showed up to give the assembly a piece of his mind and it was a thing of beauty.

The man says:

�I appreciate that many people here have different points of view and that�s fine. Many of them are very well spoken and many of them are polite, I�m not going to be.

I am that taxpayer that several of the people who sat up here and spoke are talking about.

What is on the line is very simple. It is a declaration of your allegiance either to the American citizen, the legal taxpaying American citizen or the chosen community of foreign nationals who have been trafficked into this country for purposes of census data, for purposes of seats, for purposes of power, and for purposes of taxes.

I am sick to f-ing death of paying for such bullshit and I�m sick to death of being lectured about compassion, about patience and understanding.

I have lived here all my life and I have been required for all forty years of that life to obey the law and follow the rules!

There will be no Social Security check for me when I can�t work anymore. I have never once received any of the benefits that have been spoken of here. Nobody is beating down my door to help me fix up my house so that it doesn�t collapse on me. Or lower the cost of the electricity that I have to pay.

I don�t get health insurance. I can�t afford it. But I am punished by this state for not being able to afford it so that people who are in this country illegally can benefit from it an go see the doctor whenever they want and that is a fact and I am sick of it.

I am not an un-understanding individual, I am not an umcompassionate individual but my generosity has been abused and I am sick of it.�

The Department of Transportation estimated that there are �several thousand suspicious registration numbers tied to fraudulent carriers.� The new system employs biometrics and modern data analytics to verify the identity of registrants and that their businesses are legitimate, legal entities.

This is the latest move in the Trump Administration�s war on fraud and illegal aliens with commercial driver�s licenses.

Blue states are known for giving driver�s licenses and commercial driver�s licenses (CDLs) to illegal aliens to wreak havoc across the nation in defiance of the federal government.

US Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced last month that the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is withholding $73,502,543 in federal highway funds from New York State over its refusal to revoke thousands of illegally issued CDLs from illegal aliens.

According to a press release on the new systems, �This state-of-the-art tool � called Motus: the U.S. DOT Registration System � replaces a decades-old network of loosely connected applications rife with fraud, waste, and abuse.�

�Dangerous foreign drivers and the shell companies who employ them have been taking advantage of this lax, decrepit federal registration system for years. The lack of accountability is disturbing, and it�s killed American families on our roads,� Duffy said in a statement.

An illegal alien has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for raping and impregnating a 12-year-old girl in Greene County, Missouri.

This month, illegal alien Brayanne Escobar-Guarnizo of Colombia was handed a 300-month prison sentence, a total of 25 years, after pleading guilty to sexual exploitation of a minor in August 2025.

In September 2024, the Greene County Sheriff�s Office arrested Escobar-Guarnizo after a woman called police and told them that the illegal alien had impregnated her 12-year-old daughter.

Prosecutors later discovered that Escobar-Guarnizo had kept photos and messages between himself and the girl that led to a charge of production of child pornography.

�This dirtbag was charged with production of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a minor after he raped and impregnated a 12-year-old girl,� the Department of Homeland Security�s (DHS) Lauren Bis said in a statement:

Thanks to the investigative work of ICE law enforcement officers and our state and local partners, this child predator has now been sentenced to 25 years behind bars. This illegal alien never should have been allowed into our country by the Biden Administration. Cristian Fajardo Mondragon, a 17-year-old illegal alien against whom Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged a detainer, was arrested by the Austin Police Department this month and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault with a motor vehicle, and deadly conduct.

According to police, Mondragon is one of three teens linked to 12 shootings across Austin. The other two are 16 and 15 years old and thus their identities have not been made public.

Police say Mondragon and the other two suspects shot at four people directly, five random vehicles, three Austin Fire Department vehicles, four random homes, and two Austin fire stations. In total, one shooting victim remains in critical condition and three others have suffered minor injuries.

Since linking Mondragon to more shootings in Austin, prosecutors have additionally charged him with theft of a firearm, burglarizing a building, and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Police have not said what motivated any of the shootings. Mondragon remains in police custody, where he is being held without bond.

As Breitbart News reported weeks ago, Gill�s Task Force on Defending Constitutional Rights and Exposing Institutional Abuses has sent letters to four birth tourism agencies: Have My Baby in Miami, Florida; Maternity Services of El Paso, Texas-based International Maternity Services; Doctores Para Ti in El Paso, Texas; and Dr. Athiya Javid�s OB/GYN clinic in San Diego, California.

Gill is asking each agency to provide documents on their childbirth packages, including materials related to how foreign clients are coached about securing a temporary visa to enter the United States without explicitly making clear that they are traveling to the United States to give birth.

�While it is not inherently illegal for a foreign traveler to give birth in the United States, willfully misrepresenting one�s intentions to enter the country on a temporary visitor visa is a violation of current law and considered visa fraud,� Gill writes in a letter to Have My Baby in Miami executives. �The birth tourism industry relies on exploiting birthright citizenship as currently interpreted under the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.�

In a viral post on social media, Gill detailed how such agencies are operating across the United States.

�Have My Baby in Miami � that�s the name of an actual company that is facilitating birth tourism into the United States, where foreigners come in on visas, have children, then leave so that their children can remain American citizens,� Gill says in the video post. �That�s a problem. The American people are sick of it, and my task force on the House Oversight Committee is going after these companies.�

The birth tourism industry is widespread among Turkish nationals in New York City, Chinese nationals in California, Russian nationals in Florida, and Middle Easterners in Illinois.

Breitbart News Senior Contributor Peter Schweizer�s latest book, The Invisible Coup: How American Elites and Foreign Powers Use Immigration as a Weapon, exposed that in California alone, there are more than 100 Chinese-owned birth tourism agencies offering services to Chinese nationals to deliver their children in the United States.

President Donald Trump�s deputies are closing the hidden process used by former presidents to covertly legalize or amnesty millions of economic migrants during the last few decades.

�This could be a HUGE move,� said a tweet from the Immigration Accountability Project Action group,
On Friday, officials announced that migrants in the United States who want to use the little-recognized and fast-track �Adjustment of Status� (AOS) pathway to green cards � and then citizenship � must instead follow the normal legalization pathway that goes through the U.S. embassies in their home countries.

This change will impact millions of economic migrants in the United States � including long-resident illegal migrants, temporary foreign workers, tourists, students, people with parole visas, Biden-era illegals with Temporary Protective Status, people who overstay their visas, and even people who have been given a final order of deportation. It does not impact refugees, asylum seekers, or migrants living overseas.

In recent years, roughly half of all legalized migrants have gotten their legal status � often with amnesty � via the AOS process instead of exiting the country to apply at the U.S. embassy in their home country.

�We�re returning to the original intent of the law to ensure aliens navigate our nation�s immigration system properly,� said Zach Kahler, a spokesman for Joseph Edlow�s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, which is part of Markwayne Mullin�s Department of Homeland Security. Kahler added:

From now on, an alien who is in the U.S. temporarily and wants a Green Card must return to their home country to apply, except in extraordinary circumstances. This policy allows our immigration system to function as the law intended instead of incentivizing loopholes.

�That is a big deal, it�s a positive,� said Kevin Lynn, founder of the U.S. Tech Workers group, which campaigns against the H-1B and other white-collar migration programs.

�People do not understand how much of a scam the immigration program has become, and Adjustment of Status is one of the clearest examples,� Jared Culver, an analyst with Immigration Accountability Project Action told Breitbart News.

For example, the change would make it difficult for the many low-wage employers who now import their workers by dangling the promise of future legalization in exchange for years of work, said Culver. �It�s like when you�re playing Jenga � if you pull this one out, the whole business model is coming down,� he said.

The process will also block many illegal migrants from the bureaucratic amnesty process because embassy reviewers have tighter approval rules that cannot be overruled by pro-migration judges, he said.

The many gains for ordinary Americans were described by business-backed critics of the new policy.
�This admin continues to prove itself to be the most anti-legal immigration admin in US history,� lamented David Bier, one of the pro-migration advocates at the business-backed Cato Foundation. He said 1.2 million migrants are now trying to use the AOS pathway, and added:

[U.S. CIS director Joe Edlow] now demands every green card applicant self-deport, so that 1) applicants have to go through a process where courts are barred from nearly any review of consular decisions; and 2) overstays get 10-year barred [from green cards].

He claims that adjustment of status, which is used for over half of all legal immigrants in the last generation, is actually an EXTRAORDINARY process. This will be massively disruptive to businesses and families who have to separate to apply at home.

There was, of course, zero prep work to set up for the 1 million pending applicants to make this insanely arbitrary and pointless policy work. The law does not require this outcome in the slightest. Congress has explicitly envisioned adjustments happening in the USA for decades.

The harms this will cause to legal immigrants is incalculable. Impossible to explain how stupid and evil this policy is. It�s intended to cost [migrants] their jobs and their families.

Bier continued:

After slow-quitting on his job for months, USCIS Joe just flat-out quits on legal immigration. He only cares about deportations and helping ICE arrest [migrants]. If adjustment of status ceases to exist, that clears away a big obstacle to arresting [migrants]

Also, this allows for the admin to apply the State Dept�s visa and entry bans to 50+ more [additional] countries, which will effectively double the number of immigrants banned by this useless administration. Constitutes theft of probably $1 billion more in fees

Republican Senate candidate Derek Dooley suggested that he supports allowing illegal migrants to stay in the United States, asserting that he is �very sensitive� to �both sides on the issue.�

When asked about amnesty and a path forward for illegal migrants, Dooley � a former college football coach who is backed by Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) � said, �I think, obviously, we think they should have some penalty because they came here the wrong way.�

When asked to describe the potential penalty, Dooley did not offer a concise answer, ultimately brushing it off for a debate at another time.

�That�s something we can all talk about and debate on what�s the right way � whether it�s a payment or whether it�s community service or whatever it is, but they need to pay some penalty for coming here the wrong way,� he said before making it clear that he does not want those individuals to live in constant fear of deportation.

�But I think it�s also that � I know they want to feel like that they don�t have to look over their shoulder every five minutes, you know, and worry about us taking them out of the country,� he said, adding, �and so I�m very sensitive [to] both sides on the issue.�

An illegal alien, released into the United States by the Biden administration, was sentenced to 50 years in prison this week for the production of child sexual abuse material that involved his eight-year-old niece, who has special needs, and his eight-year-old nephew.

Angel Emilio Rodriguez-Marroquin, an illegal alien from Guatemala, was handed the sentence on May 18 after having been arrested in November 2025 by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement�s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).

Rodriguez-Marroquin was initially charged with the production of child pornography and possession of child pornography. Investigators found that Rodriguez-Marroquin had produced the abuse material using his eight-year-old niece, who has special needs, and his eight-year-old nephew.

�This depraved illegal alien from Guatemala pleaded guilty to producing and possessing child pornography, which included footage of him assaulting his own nephew and niece with special needs,� the Department of Homeland Security�s Lauren Bis said:

This monster would not have been in our country in the first place if it weren�t for the Biden Administration�s disastrous open borders that released him into our country. Thanks to our ICE law enforcement officers, this creep is behind bars, and after he serves his time, he will be removed from our country. [Emphasis added]

Rodriguez-Marroquin is the subject of a child sex crimes investigation, conducted by HSI, in Guatemala. The illegal alien first crossed the southern border in 2024 and was subsequently released into the U.S. interior by the Biden administration.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Air and Marine Operations officers (AMO) worked with the U.S. Border Patrol and ICE Homeland Security Investigations agents to interdict a maritime smuggling event off the western coast of Puerto Rico. The operation resulted in the apprehension of 64 illegal aliens attempting to make landfall on the island.

According to CBP, the interdiction occurred on Saturday, May 9, and began when the AMO Maceda Marine Unit detected a suspected illegal alien smuggling scheme involving a �Yola-type� marine vessel.

A yola is a wooden vessel made by hand that is generally used for fishing off the coasts of Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

During this marine interdiction event, AMO agents boarded the vessel and discovered 58 Dominican Republic nationals were on board the vessel, as well as six nationals from Haiti. The arrestees were transferred onto AMO and Puerto Rico Joint Forces FURA vessels for transport.

According to CBP, the detainees were transported to the Mayaguez Port of Entry. Border Patrol agents, with support from HSI and PRPD, processed the group at the Ramey Border Patrol Station for removal proceedings.

The Caribbean Air and Marine Branch Director, Christopher Hunter, commented on the interdiction, saying, �This interdiction underscores the relentless commitment of our agents and partners to securing our maritime borders and protecting lives.�

Hunter stressed the importance of interdicting smuggling vessels in the often-treacherous waters, adding, �The swift, coordinated response prevented dangerous crossings and ensured migrants received necessary care. Our ongoing collaboration is essential to safeguarding Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands from the threats posed by illegal maritime activity.�

The CBP Caribbean Air and Marine Branch stationed in Puerto Rico frequently interdicts narcotics smugglers using the marine navigation routes to enter Puerto Rico, as used by human smugglers. In late April, Caribbean AMO aircraft detected a vessel of interest about 35 nautical miles southeast of Puerto Rico. The vessel was a 30-foot yola-type boat, like the vessel seized in the May human smuggling interdiction.

The vessel was equipped with two outboard engines and was observed carrying multiple fuel containers and what authorities believed to be narcotics contraband aboard. An AMO UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter kept surveillance while AMO Coastal Interceptor Vessels from Ponce and Fajardo moved to interdict the suspect vessel.

At approximately 12:58 a.m. April 29, 2026, AMO marine interdiction agents intercepted the vessel after agents fired two warning rounds that prompted the vessel operator to stop his vessel. After stopping and boarding the vessel, officers arrested three Venezuelan nationals and seized 1,418 pounds of cocaine. The suspects are now facing federal prosecution in the District of Puerto Rico.

Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) is introducing legislation to tax illegal aliens at 25 percent on remittances they send back to their native countries, Breitbart News has exclusively learned.

Roy�s Reducing External Monetary International Transfers To Advance National Capital Efficiency (REMITTANCE) Act would double down on President Donald Trump�s One Big Beautiful Bill, passed last year, by massively increasing the remittance tax on illegal aliens from the current one percent to 25 percent.

�The United States economy has dealt with the inextricably linked harmful effects of unchecked legal and illegal immigration and the drain of American dollars leaving the economy through remittances for decades,� Roy told Breitbart News.

As of 2021, illegal aliens sent some $200 billion out of the United States economy to their home countries. Mexico is the largest recipient of remittances from illegal aliens in the U.S., with more than $52 billion sent south of the border in 2021.

In some Central American countries, remittances from the U.S. account for a large portion of their GDPs.

�An estimated $200 billion in remittance payments leaves the U.S. annually to relatives and business associates abroad, while the foreign nationals who send these monies consume more in American taxpayer-subsidized public services than they pay into, enabling unchecked migration and draining our economy of this capital,� Roy said. �The REMITTANCE Act builds upon the remittance fee implemented in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act by increasing it to 25%, affirming Congress�s commitment to countering illegal immigration and advancing strong economic policies.�

Roy�s Remittance Act has been endorsed by the Immigration Accountability Project (IAP), as well as the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) � two of the nation�s leading organizations aiming to reduce overall immigration to the United States.

IAP�s Rosemary Jenks said:

American taxpayers are forced to pay billions of dollars of our hard-earned money to support foreigners � both legal and illegal � in the United States. The fact that a significant portion of that money is then sent out of our country in the form of remittances is outrageous. We applaud Rep. Roy for introducing the REMITTANCE Act to tax these funds at 25 percent and prioritize keeping American money in America.

Joe Chatam with FAIR said Roy�s legislation seeks to �end the exploitation of our laws to fuel illegal immigration and transnational criminal activity,� among other things.

A federal judge on Friday dismissed the criminal indictment against MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

Judge Waverly Crenshaw, an Obama appointee, granted Abrego Garcia�s motion to dismiss the human trafficking case for vindictive and selective prosecution in violation of the Fifth Amendment�s Due Process Clause.

Last October, Judge Crenshaw set a hearing on whether the child-trafficking case against MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia was due to �vindictive prosecution.�

Crenshaw set a hearing based on public statements made by Pam Bondi, Todd Blanche, Kristi Noem, and others.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia is an El Salvadoran national who was illegally residing in Maryland. In 2019, an immigration judge ordered Abrego Garcia, an alleged member of the dangerous MS-13 gang, removed from the US.

After a months-long court battle over his deportation, Kilmar Abrego Garcia was transported back to the United States from El Salvador to face criminal charges.

A federal grand jury in Tennessee previously indicted Kilmar Abrego Garcia for �transporting undocumented migrants within the United States.�

He was charged with one count of conspiracy to transport aliens and one count of unlawful transportation of undocumented aliens.

According to the indictment, Kilmar Abrego Garcia and co-conspirators from El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico and the US were trafficking illegal aliens from 2016 through 2025.

On Friday, Judge Crenshaw dismissed both counts and blasted the Trump Administration for targeting Garcia.

�In sum, the Government�s explanation gets the sequence backwards. Instead of investigating the November 2022 traffic stop to identify who was responsible for the human smuggling, Blanche started the investigation to implicate Abrego. He did so to justify the Executive Branch�s decision to remove him to El Salvador,� Judge Crenshaw wrote in a 32-page opinion reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.

�The reopening of the closed HSI investigation is the source of the vindictiveness. Blanche�s public statements about the investigation and Singh�s involvement tie Main Justice to the reopened investigation and the indictment. After the indictment became reality, the Government ignores McGuire�s testimony that Main Justice caused Abrego�s return to the United States, as the District of Maryland had long required. The Government�s rebuttal to the presumption of vindictiveness does not engage with that evidence,� the judge wrote.

I look at them as hard workers.� And �If you�re working hard, I want you to have healthcare. I guess Steve Hilton doesn�t care if they work really hard. He looks at their status, and that�s about it.�

Host Elex Michaelson said that Hilton �says he wants to take the undocumented off of healthcare rolls.

Why do you want to keep them on there, and how much is that going to cost the state?�

Becerra responded, �He doesn�t seem to mind that the price of food is a little lower because these are the folks that are picking the crops. He doesn�t seem to mind that the places that you can buy to live in are places that these folks built. He doesn�t seem to mind that they�re the folks that are taking care of probably one of his relatives, probably taking care of his yards. He seems to mind that they don�t have documents, but he doesn�t seem to mind that they do so much of the work in California.�

Becerra also commented on the cost issue by saying that �when you leave them out, they still will get healthcare, except they�ll enter through the most expensive doors in the healthcare system, the emergency room.�

�I�ve known John Cornyn for a long time, but unfortunately, you know, when it really counted, Ken Paxton was there for the country, was there for the president, and that�s why he ultimately earned the president�s endorsement,� Vance said.

Vance said Trump viewed Paxton as someone who would be a �better senator� and framed the endorsement as part of Trump�s broader push for Republicans who will fight for the voters who elected them.

�I think the message that people should take from this is, fundamentally, you have got to serve the people who sent you. If you don�t do that, you�re going to find yourself out of step with voters, or out of step with the President of the United States, and that�s not a good place to be politically,� Vance said.

Andrew Desiderio, senior congressional reporter at Punchbowl News, posted on X: �This quote from Vance is being talked about by some GOP senators right now who take issue with the idea that Cornyn wasn�t there for Trump �when it really counted.� Cornyn was the GOP whip during first 2 years of the first Trump admin � SCOTUS noms, TCJA, etc.�

Trump announced his �Complete and Total Endorsement� of Paxton on May 19, calling him �The Highly Respected Attorney General of Texas,� �an America First Patriot,� and �someone who has always been extremely loyal� to Trump and the MAGA movement, while highlighting Paxton�s support for �TERMINATING THE FILIBUSTER� and �THE SAVE AMERICA ACT� and saying he would fight to �Keep our Border SECURE� and �Stop Migrant Crime.� Trump also called Cornyn �a good man� with whom he �worked well,� but said the senator �was not supportive of me when times were tough� and was �very late� in backing him during what Trump described as a historic run for the Republican nomination and presidency.

Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-TX), who finished third in the March 3 primary and did not advance to the runoff, endorsed Paxton after Trump did and urged his nearly 300,000 supporters to unite behind him, saying Trump �is fully backing Attorney General Ken Paxton, and SO AM I,� asking supporters to back �the next United States Senator from Texas, @KenPaxtonTX,� and adding that �NOW is the time to come together, fight TOGETHER, and deliver a strong America First victory for Texas and for our nation.�

The move came after Alex Latcham, executive director of the Cornyn-Thune-aligned Senate Leadership Fund, criticized Hunt on primary night, calling his third-place showing �abysmal� and describing his campaign as a �career-ending vanity tour.�

During a May 20 appearance on Fox News, Paxton stated, �The MAGA agenda is dead under John Cornyn. He kills it every time, just like the Republican Senate that he�s part of. That�s what they�re doing. They�re killing it.�

The Senate�s decision to leave the bill unfinished also followed a May 18 Breitbart News report that Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) told colleagues �in unequivocal terms� that he would not support taking up the package that week. Tillis also reportedly warned that pushing the bill then would hurt Cornyn in the Texas runoff because Cornyn should be �free to campaign in Texas this week instead of being in D.C. for votes.�

A major study from France�s premier public research institute found �a society profoundly marked by long-term immigration,� with around a third of the population estimated to have been born abroad or to have been the child or grandchild of immigrants.

Research from the National Institute of Demographic Studies (INED) in Paris has perhaps provided the clearest picture of France�s demographic makeup, a country officially governed by a colourblind doctrine that prohibits the collection of racial or ethnic statistics in its census, making systematic tracking of immigrant groups difficult.

According to the findings, which were based on interviews with 27,000 people in mainland France between 2019 and 2020, one in three people in the country are either migrants themselves or the descendants of immigrants.

The INED study found that 13 per cent were foreign-born, while 11 per cent were the children of immigrants, and 10 per cent were the grandchildren of immigrants, Le Figaro reported.

The authors of the study said that the impact of immigration in France is like �a kaleidoscope whose complexity is continuously expanding�. The research found that 41 per cent of the population have some tie to immigration, whether through personal heritage, marriage, or the marriage of their children.

Much of this has been imposed on the country without consent, with the report finding that among immigrants who came to France after the age of 16, around one in five had either entered illegally or were otherwise �undocumented� at some point after arriving.

Immigration to France is also overwhelmingly non-European. The INED study found that the largest cohort of immigrants aged 18 to 59 at 32 per cent came from the North African Maghreb region, much of which was previously under French colonial rule. Meanwhile, 20 per cent of immigrants hailed from sub-Saharan Africa and 16 per cent from Asia. Just 28 per cent came from other European nations.

This has had significant impacts on the country�s cultural cohesion, with non-European populations, including those born in the country, finding it much more difficult to integrate.

The authors of the study found that �only the descendants of European immigrants follow the expected assimilationist model, distancing themselves from the origins of their parents and benefiting from a form of invisibility in French society.�

In contrast, the study found that those of non-European origin were more likely to see themselves as having a �hyphenated identity� in which they differed from the rest of the country because of their ethnicity or religion.

�The analysis calls into question a simplistic assimilationist vision which would suggest that relationships with origins become diluted over generations� The results reveal a dynamic of hybridization and the emergence of ethnicized and racialized identities,� the study found.

This backs up other polling, which has found that younger Muslims in France, for example, are significantly more radical than previous generations of Muslims in the country, with six in ten Muslims aged 18-25 preferring Sharia over French law and four in ten backing a radical Islamist group like the Muslim Brotherhood. The Institut fran�ais d�opinion publique (Ifop), which has tracked Muslim opinion in France over the past three decades, said that the poll had �exceeded the most pessimistic estimates� about integration.

Nevertheless, the rapid demographic changes in France have been hailed by those on the far-left, including presidential candidate Jean-Luc M�lenchon, a Moroccan-born Sicilian-Spaniard, who has begun to openly embrace the term �Great Replacement� and hail the coming of a �New France�.

Germany�s deportation system has been effectively crippled by the Syrian authorities, which are refusing to take back their own citizens by blocking the documents required for their return�an approach critics say reflects both political calculation and the nature of the country�s new leadership.

According to multiple official reports, authorities in Damascus have halted the issuance of replacement travel documents for Syrians facing deportation. Without these papers, German authorities are unable to enforce removal orders in most cases.

The result: an increasingly awkward and frustrating standoff. Thousands of migrants who are legally required to leave Germany remain in the country because Syria�s radical Islamist regime refuses to cooperate.

Federal police data shows that around 11,000 Syrian nationals, all issued deportation orders, are currently under a binding obligation to leave. In practice, however, thanks to the Syrian regime, deportations have been largely paralyzed.

German officials have stopped short of formally accusing Damascus of obstruction. But the pattern, unfortunately, for now, is pretty clear: without documentation from Syrian authorities, the system cannot function.

The situation basically amounts to deliberate sabotage. By withholding cooperation, Syria is effectively dictating Germany�s ability to enforce its own laws.

The issue is further complicated by the composition of Syria�s current leadership. It�s common knowledge that elements within the post-Assad governing structure are linked to former radical Islamist terrorist factions, including individuals previously associated with groups such as the al-Nusra Front, which was affiliated with al-Qaeda.

While the new Syrian authorities have sought international legitimacy, skepticism remains high in parts of Europe. Critics argue that these backgrounds raise serious concerns about reliability and cooperation on issues such as migration.

The issue has quickly become a political flashpoint. Europe�and Germany�s�liberal migration policy is already under intense scrutiny, resulting in massive loss of support, and the current impasse has only deepened public frustration.

Roman Poseck, interior minister of the state of Hesse, has called for direct negotiations with Damascus. He stressed that without Syrian cooperation, both deportations and voluntary return efforts will remain severely limited.

Germany�s migration policy relies on the assumption that returns can be carried out when necessary. Without that capability, enforcement mechanisms lose their effectiveness.

In response, the government is now exploring alternative strategies. One proposal under consideration is to dramatically increase payments for voluntary return.

According to reports, Berlin is weighing incentives of up to �8,000 ($9,300) per person. That would represent a sharp increase from the current average of around �1,000.

Many argue that financial incentives may be the only viable option under current conditions. If forced deportations are blocked, voluntary returns become the primary tool.

Poseck has argued that even higher payments could make economic sense. The long-term costs of housing and social benefits far exceed one-time incentives.

�Support payments in the four-figure range or sometimes even in the lower five-figure range would often still be a gain for the state,� he said.

Germany continues to host a large Syrian population. As of 2025, more than 950,000 Syrians were living in the country.

Many of them hold temporary protection status tied to the civil war�that�s been over for multiple years now. Despite this, voluntary return rates have remained low.

The debate has intensified as asylum policies shift. Germany is now rejecting the vast majority of new asylum applications from Syrians.

This marks a significant departure from earlier policies. During the 2014�2015 crisis, Germany opened its doors to large numbers of refugees, paving the way for the mess that it has on its hands currently.

That decision continues to shape the country�s incredible challenges and rapidly deteriorating society.

The long-term implications are still unfolding.

Current Chancellor Friedrich Merz has pledged to tighten migration controls, but opposition politicians like AfD argue that implementation has lagged far behind rhetoric, if any implementation is happening at all.

The deportation impasse underscores that gap. Legal decisions alone are meaningless without the ability to enforce them.

Public frustration is growing. Many voters see the situation as a test of state authority.

Economic pressures are adding to the tension. Housing shortages and rising costs are straining local systems.

At the same time, policymakers face legal and diplomatic constraints. Deportations must comply with international law and depend on cooperation from origin countries.

The broader geopolitical context complicates matters further. Any engagement with Damascus carries political implications.

Still, officials say some form of dialogue may be unavoidable. Without it, the current stalemate is likely to continue.

For now, Germany faces a difficult reality. Its migration system is constrained not only by domestic law, but by decisions made in foreign capitals.

As pressure builds, the search for solutions is intensifying. But until the underlying issue is addressed, options remain limited.

Homan made the remarks after four illegal aliens with the surname �Singh� were involved in separate, but recent, deadly semitruck accidents.

During an appearance on Fox News on Thursday, Homan stated plainly:

�We�re going to try to get everybody off the street who�s here illegally. I think we need to go a step further,� Homan began.

Homan continued, �My concern is, let�s say you have a green card. You�re driving a two-ton tractor-trailer down the highway at 65 to 70 miles an hour. But you don�t have English proficiency. You can�t see a sign or understand a sign� they got to be able to read these signs so they can prepare to stop quickly or avoid another accident.�

�They have got to understand English to be driving a two-ton truck down the highway at 70 miles an hour. So, that�s something else we�re looking at,� he said.

Homan also revealed that Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy is actively pursuing lawsuits and subpoenas to compel blue states to turn over DMV records they have been refusing to share with federal immigration authorities.

The repeated involvement of drivers named �Singh� in recent fatal crashes has drawn attention to patterns of illegal immigration from India and the ability to obtain commercial licenses through lax state systems.

In February, during the State of the Union address, President Donald Trump brought attention to the devastating story of seven-year-old Dalilah Coleman, a young girl whose life was forever altered by a horrific car accident caused by an illegal alien �Singh� who was driving a semi-truck.

Dalilah, who was just five at the time of the crash, suffered severe injuries, including a traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, and developmental delay.

She now cannot walk, talk, or eat on her own, requiring lifelong care and therapy through a feeding tube.
