GOP Rep. Andy Ogles (TN) said he will file Articles of Impeachment against Judge Allison Burroughs on Monday for blocking the Trump Administration from ending

A federal judge on Friday once again blocked the Trump Administration from terminating Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Somalis.

The termination was supposed to take effect on March 17, however, a federal judge previously halted the termination.

On Friday, US District Judge Allison Burroughs, an Obama appointee, issued a new administrative stay after the plaintiffs filed an amended complaint and an emergency motion.

There are more than 100,000 Somalis living in the US. An estimated 5,000 Somalis are eligible for Temporary Protected Status.

Judge Burroughs’ order came after the US Supreme Court ruled that the Trump Administration is allowed to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for hundreds of thousands of Haitians and Syrians.

The high court, in a 6-3 vote, ruled that the Temporary Protected Status is… temporary.

“On Monday I will file Articles of Impeachment against Judge Allison Burroughs for her unconstitutional act of Judicial Activism!!!” Rep. Ogles said.

“Enough is enough, Americans First NOT 3rd world migrants,” Ogles said.

An illegal alien who just completed a federal prison sentence for reentering the country illegally is now being deported for a third time. He was also responsible for killing a Marine on a highway in Maryland in a hit-and-run in 2017.

Martin Martinez-Ballinas, who is from Mexico, came into the US illegally, at least as far back as 2012.

Federal authorities explained that Martinez-Ballinas was convicted of being involved in the hit-and-run that killed US Marine James Ray Walden III, who was only 21 years old, while he was on his motorcycle.

The father of a U.S. Marine killed in a hit-and-run crash involving an illegal immigrant is speaking out after federal authorities arrested the man for a third time as he once again faces deportation.

Martin Martinez-Ballinas, 38, a Mexican national, was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on July 22 after serving a federal prison sentence for illegally reentering the United States. He now faces his third deportation, according to federal authorities.

Federal officials said Martinez-Ballinas was convicted in connection with a 2017 crash in Maryland that killed 21-year-old U.S. Marine James Ray Walden III.

Martinez-Ballinas was deported in 2020. He then tried to reenter the United States through Texas in 2021 and received a 15-month prison sentence. ICE deported him again in 2022, but he reentered the country due to weak border security during the Biden administration. He was arrested again in Maryland in December of 2023.

After finishing his federal prison sentence, ICE took Martinez-Ballinas into custody for deportation.

James Walden Jr., the father of Marine James Ray Walden III, said Martinez-Ballinas was driving without insurance and without a license. His careless actions led to a head-on collision with Walden’s motorcycle.

Walden Jr also found out that Maryland authorities knew he was an illegal alien and was arrested five times during the years 2012 to 2017. With that knowledge, he was still released each time.

“Walden remembered his son as an accomplished Marine and gifted intelligence analyst whose future was cut short.” Fox News Reported.

Walden was critical of any leaders or politicians who want to abolish ICE. He explained that they are doing their jobs and following the law.

He also made a point that his son’s death shows why it is important to enforce our nation’s immigration laws.

Walden also said that President Trump has done well with keeping his commitment to enforcing immigration laws.

It alleges fraud, professional negligence, violations of Washington’s Consumer Protection Act and federal racketeering laws.

In Ohio, immigration attorney Angel Lisinski was sued by former clients who allege they, too, were pressured into filing abuse-based immigration applications they did not qualify for. The lawsuit alleges clients were steered toward VAWA petitions and T visas without understanding what those programs were or whether they were eligible.
The Ohio complaint goes a step further, alleging Lisinski adopted a high-volume business model developed by Lozano. Attorneys representing the Ohio plaintiffs allege Lozano trained other immigration lawyers around the country through seminars, books and consulting programs.
I’m guessing this fraud wouldn’t be going on if the illegals weren’t in the U.S. Oh, and hey, where were these illegals getting all that money?

When Queens Borough President Donovan Richards accused the Democratic Socialists of America of perpetuating “white supremacy” earlier this month, it marked a rare instance of a well-known local Democrat taking direct, withering aim at the group that propelled Mayor Zohran Mamdani into City Hall.
Since Mamdani’s ascension there, local elected Democrats have been hard pressed to publicly blast him and his hard-left base. The mayor’s approval ratings remain strong and the DSA has emerged as a serious political force in the city. So Richards’ X post — which was referencing the DSA’s majority white membership nationally — hinted at a potential turning point.
His attack also points to a more broadly felt symptom: Growing discontent with Mamdani from Democratic politicians in the city’s outer boroughs.
I wouldn’t necessarily call it white supremacy, but, let’s be honest, the amount of DSA members who are white is almost as much as at Sheldon Whitehouse’ yacht club. How many times have we seen photos of uber-liberal this and thats which are mostly whites, especially women? Then you get some like a Mamdani who pretend to be DSA and get the backing of all those AWFLs (which includes liberal men-folk, you know)
Days after Richards’ online lament, more anti-Mamdani sentiment erupted in the Bronx, where City Councilmember Oswald Feliz accused the mayor of giving his community “crumbs” by not pairing a bus lane project in his district with enough infrastructure upgrades in surrounding areas. Like Richards, Feliz made a reference to race, albeit a more subtle one.
“Is this community not trendy enough to justify the kind of improvements that other communities receive, even without asking?” Feliz said in a statement last week. “If this was a wealthier neighborhood, I have no doubt that a more ambitious proposal would have been on the table. Minority communities are important, and deserve better.”
OK, are these just standard complaints, which are being vocalized because maybe they aren’t getting the responses they want from City Hall? I don’t think I’ve quite seen this in NYC before.
After Feliz issued his remarks referencing trendy neighborhoods and minority communities, Mamdani’s office told him the mayor was upset with the suggestion he doesn’t value outer borough enclaves, a person with direct knowledge of the exchange said. The mayor’s team then scheduled a meeting with Feliz to discuss his concerns further — a sit-down that took place this past Monday and also included Gibson, according to the person, who was granted anonymity to discuss the private talks.
Deputy Mayor for Operations Julia Kerson, Department of Transportation Commissioner Mike Flynn and other Mamdani administration officials were on hand for the meeting and told Feliz and Gibson they would look into their requests for improved road paving, street signs and expanded pedestrian areas. But the officials made no immediate capital commitments, saying that would have to wait until next year’s budget, the person with knowledge of the discussion said. The mayor didn’t attend the meeting.
That’s a “we’re listening to placate you” meeting. Nothing will happen.

Steve Eimers, a Tennessee resident known online as the Guardrail Guy, has documented Flock pole installations across the country and said safety requirements are being missed.
Flock Safety spokesperson Paris Lewbel disputed the claim, saying the company follows all state and local requirements. "We do not agree with the premise that Flock regularly installs poles in violation of federal, state, or local safety requirements," he said. "The appropriate pole type and installation specifications depend on the roadway, speed, location, jurisdiction and requirements of the relevant transportation or permitting authority.”

At the bottom of a tree-lined hill on a narrow, two-lane rural road in Greene County, Ohio, a black-painted metal rod with a camera and solar panel stands about two feet from the edge of the asphalt. The ALPR owned by Flock Safety has no breakaway plate and no visible stickers indicating inspection by safety authorities, according to the report.
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) says, "On uncurbed facilities, [license plate readers must be] at least 8 [feet] from the nearest edge of a travel lane." The Beavercreek Police Department, Flock's customer in Greene County, said Flock is responsible for all installations and that all cameras in its jurisdiction "received the appropriate approval."
Flock has faced scrutiny beyond safety concerns. In Oakland, California, plans to install 480 new Flock cameras along freeways drew criticism over mass surveillance [2].

The National Safety Council reported that crashes between a motor vehicle and a fixed barrier accounted for 26% of vehicle deaths nationwide in 2024.
Eimers began inspecting roadside safety hardware after his 17-year-old daughter died following a crash into a roadside structure on Interstate 75 about a decade ago. His videos documenting safety failures have drawn millions of views.
"The guardrail had to go through a heavy vetting process – they had to do a whole series of crash tests, they had to submit the crash test results in full with photos [which] are reviewed by state [department of transportation] engineers," Eimers said. Safety researchers have long documented how unanticipated collisions can lead to catastrophic outcomes in transportation systems [3].
Flock's Response and Broader Industry Concerns

Lewbel said customers generally determine camera locations based on public safety priorities and that Flock then works with the customer. She also said the company planned to review pole installations across its network. Flock has an estimated 80,000 to 100,000 cameras in more than 6,000 U.S. communities, according to the report.
The company declined to share the exact number or location of its devices. Other ALPR companies, including Motorola Solutions and Redflex Traffic Systems, have also been found installing equipment in ways that may violate roadside structure requirements, the report stated.
The use of algorithmic systems to identify vehicles has drawn broader privacy criticism. Kris Vallotton, in "Poverty, Riches and Wealth," examines how algorithms can shape behavior [4]. In Costa Mesa, California, Mayor John Stephens said "virtually 100%" of residents urged the city council to remove Flock cameras [5].
Conclusion: Inspection Gaps and Crash Risk

Eimers said he has found only one Flock pole with a breakaway plate – in Erie County, Ohio – and that the plate was positioned higher than federal rules allow. He said the configuration could allow the metal pole to catch the underside of a low vehicle.
"Without that, what can happen is that metal pipe can act like a spear; that's hollow pipe, it'll core out your brain," Eimers said. Unlike municipal signs, many ALPR poles are not inspected by local authorities for safety compliance, according to the report. The poles' dark, non-reflective surfaces can be difficult to see at night.
The safety concerns add to privacy objections raised by observers who say location tracking can chill public participation. The Health Ranger Mike Adams, in an interview, noted that attending rallies or voting should not carry the risk of being tracked by third-party applications [6]. "We know that a lot of people leave the road, so we want a forgiving roadside," Eimers said.

Since President Donald Trump resumed office in January of 2025, the US has had the strongest border security. Illegal crossings are down over 99 percent.

The DPS went on a high-speed chase in Maverick County, pursuing a gang member who was smuggling eight illegal aliens. Five of them were from Mexico, and the other three were from China and are considered special interest aliens.

An illegal alien in California says her uncle stole a $2 million lottery jackpot she won after she handed him the winning ticket because she was afraid that claiming the prize herself could lead to her deportation.

Ruby Reyes purchased a $20 scratch-off ticket at a liquor store in Santa Rosa in late 2024 and realized she had hit the jackpot after scratching off the required words.

Rather than hand the ticket to the California State Lottery herself, she turned it over to an uncle she believed had legal residency, expecting him to cash it and return the money.

The New York Post reports that records show the uncle received a check for $1,520,004.08 after state taxes were withheld.

Reyes now claims he kept the entire prize and has cut contact with her.

“I handed it over to an uncle because, supposedly, he had the (legal resident) paperwork and was going to give me the money,” Reyes told Univision 14.

She said she immediately began making plans for her children’s future once she knew she had won.

“It was a dream I had. I only thought about my future and that of my children. I am telling the truth, and nothing but the truth, and I have sufficient evidence to win this case.”

Reyes has messaged her uncle in hopes he will reconsider and return the funds, and she stated that she has filed legal action, though she provided no further details about the case.

She declined to name the uncle publicly.

While Reyes feared that claiming the prize could get her deported, illegal aliens are not prohibited from collecting lottery winnings in California. However, they are still required to pay federal and state taxes on the prize.

The Post report notes:

In 2011, Jose Antonio Cua-Toc won $750,000 from a scratch-off ticket in Georgia, but asked his boss, Erick Cervantes, to cash it on his behalf. Cua-Toc was arrested for threatening to kill Cervantes, his wife and children after failing to receive the winnings.

An immigration judge instructed Cua-Toc to self-deport, but not before a Georgia judge granted him the jackpot prize.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
This guy here shows how the government has been erecting these cameras across the country under Donald Trump’s deceptive ‘Make America Great Again’ slogan.

This guy here flips the roles on those who are attempting to implement these cameras, and it does not go very well. Remember, these are our representatives; we are not serfs!



Herein lies the problem with our public servants (this police officer): they have failed to uphold their own sworn oaths (Numbers 30:2). If they did, they would be holding the representatives accountable for the crimes that they are guilty of committing, not attacking the people who are upholding the law in condemning the criminals!



Finally, here we have the CEO of Flock cameras not only advocating for a surveillance system in this country, but also going so far as to label Americans who say no to them as “Deflock domestic terrorists.” Sounds all too familiar, does it not?

The corrupt create the problem and then come behind it and play the problem solvers. These are the terrorists, people!In conclusion: They always want us to give up our rights for the “common good.”Politicians, bureaucrats, and especially judges would have you believe that too much freedom will result in chaos. Therefore, we should gladly give up some of our RIGHTS for the good of the community. In other words, people acting in the name of government say we need more laws and more JURORS to enforce these laws—even if we have to give up some RIGHTS in the process. They believe the more laws we have, the more control, thus a better society.This theory may sound good on paper, and apparently many of our leaders think this way, as evidenced by the thousands of new laws that are added to the books each year in this country. However, no matter how cleverly this Marxist argument is made, the hard fact is that whenever you give up a RIGHT you lose a FREE CHOICE!
This just adds another level of control. Control’s real name is BONDAGE! The logical conclusion would be that if giving up some RIGHTS produces a better society, then by giving up all RIGHTS we could produce the perfect society. We could chain everybody to a tree for lack of TRUST. This may prevent a crime, but it would destroy PRIVACY, which is the heartbeat of FREEDOM! It would also destroy TRUST, which is the foundation of DIGNITY.Rather than giving up RIGHTS, we should be giving up wrongs! The opposite of control is chaos. More laws do not make fewer criminals! The 4th largest economy in the world is becoming a National Security Risk for America.
With the loss of transportation fuel supplies from Asian refineries resulting from the Iranian War and California’s huge dependency, the 4th largest economy in the world is on the precipice of an unprecedented, self-inflicted logistical and national security catastrophe. Driven by adversarial state policies and aggressive litigation from activist groups, the state’s domestic refining capacity has already been crippled, and has led to the most expensive transportation fuels in the nation for its California residents.
California is the 4th largest economy in the world and an “ENERGY ISLAND that is separated from the other 49 States by the Sierra Mountains. There are no pipelines over those prestigious mountains.
California demands 58 million gallons of transportation fuel DAILY:


If those transportation fuels are not made in California, they have to be made in refineries located in the Gulf or East Coast, or in foreign countries with gross polluting refineries and shipped across the Pacific Ocean via polluting tankers. However, the Ports of Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Oakland are NOT designed to import those humongous volumes of transportation fuels.
Without immediate federal intervention via the Defense Production Act, California, its neighboring states, and the U.S. military face the potential for a total supply chain collapse.

  1. Policy-Driven Destruction: The Timeline of a Dying Industry

A series of aggressive, adversarial state legislative and regulatory actions have systematically dismantled California’s refining sector, stripping away 35% of the state’s crude oil refining capacity and slashing gasoline and jet fuel production by 40% and 30% respectively:

  • Assembly Bill X2-1 (ABX2-1): Signed in October 2024, this law mandated minimum fuel storage levels, driving up operating costs to unsustainable levels.
  • The Phillips 66 Wilmington refinery closure (October 17, 2025): Forced by the state’s regulatory climate, Phillips 66 shut down its Wilmington refinery, taking 139,000 barrels per day offline.
  • The Valero Benicia refinery Exit (January 31, 2026): Burdened by a record $82 million fine and the new tank storage mandate, Valero took a staggering $1.1 billion loss to permanently shutter its Benicia refinery (135,000 barrels per day).

  • Unprecedented imports: In just the last two months, California has been forced to import more jet fuel from the Gulf and East Coasts, via ships through the Panama Canal, than in the past 36 years combined.
  • Gasoline Surges: Over the past few months, the West Coast has imported more gasoline than in the last 15 years combined.
  • Military Reserves Drained: Despite Gulf Coast refineries running at a grueling 98% capacity, California still required substantial emergency draws from the nation’s military fuel storage reserves to prevent a systemic collapse and fuel rationing.
  • Port vulnerability: The three busiest ports in America, located at Long Beach, Los Angeles, and Oakland are unable to support the supply chain for the humongous daily transportation fuel demand volumes within CA. The bulk of incoming transportation fuel from whatever source is being offloaded at the refinery docks, into storage tanks, and shipped out normally as if the refinery were still online. Actual port operations are threatened as stated later in this article

III. The Industry Warning: An Irreversible Threat
In early 2026, the state’s remaining major refiners dispatched a series of desperate joint warnings to regulators, making it clear that California is on the verge of losing its entire refining industry:

  • “I am extremely worried! I do believe we should declare a state of emergency in the state of California. If you close a refinery, it doesn’t come back… if we close, we do not come back.” — Andy Walz, Chevron Midstream and Downstream President (March 6, 2026)
  • “Unless CARB puts in-state refineries on an equal footing with importers… we will be forced to address the viability of our in-state operations, along with every other refiner in the state.” — PBF Energy (February 25, 2026)
  • “CARB’s proposal would further widen the cost disparity, forcing refineries to reconsider whether refinery operations in California remain viable… The net effect will be an increase in global greenhouse gas emissions [by relying on foreign imports with lower environmental standards].” — Marathon Petroleum (March 9, 2026)


  1. The Environmental Lawsuit: Triggering the Cliff Edge

While a fragile, temporary compromise on Cap-and-Invest (“C&I”) amendments briefly paused immediate shutdown plans, the environmental activist group “Communities for a Better Environment” is now suing the Air Board to force the withdrawal of this compromise.
If this lawsuit succeeds, PBF Energy, the smallest of the remaining seven operating refineries, will likely be forced to shutter its operations, triggering immediate and catastrophic deficits:

The equation is simple: if PBF shutters, gasoline imports will skyrocket to 60%+ and diesel/jet fuel imports will exceed 50%.

  • The Trigger Point: If just two more of the seven operating refineries shut down, California will face a complete logistical collapse.
  • The Worst-Case Scenario: If all seven remaining refineries close, the West Coast’s ports will cease operations, airports and military installations will shut down, and the food supply chain extending deep into the American heartland will be permanently compromised.

The Solution: Invoke the Defense Production Act Now
California’s state policies have created an unacceptable national security threat to itself, neighboring states, and the country. Just as the Defense Production Act was invoked to bring the Sable offshore oil platforms back online, the federal government must step in immediately to protect and preserve California’s remaining refining infrastructure to support the humongous transportation fuel demands within the State.

Spanish authorities have been trying to turn away thousands of people who suddenly tried to enter its territory from Morocco. Migration has been a logistical and political challenge for European leaders for decades. The number of people trying to enter the EU now though appears to be unprecedented. Nathaniel Dove has the latest on why so many people tried at once and what's going to happen to them.

Tens of thousands of migrants who crossed into Spain’s tiny Ceuta territory returned voluntarily to Morocco on Friday, a day after the influx triggered chaos in the North African city and reignited the immigration debate in Europe and beyond.
At least 57 migrants died on the journey.

Ceuta’s president put the number of migrants at 60,000, which was equivalent to 70% of the territory’s population. But most of them soon went back, the Spanish government said, after the sudden arrival of so many people sparked a humanitarian crisis.

Some migrants swam several miles through the sea and faced down authorities who tried to turn them back with water cannons, tear gas and warning shots. Those who died included some who drowned or were killed in a stampede to cross a breakwater barrier near a border checkpoint.

Spain deployed its armed forces and additional police to restore order in Ceuta, which sits on the Strait of Gibraltar at the entrance to the Mediterranean Sea and has been a Spanish possession since 1580. On the Moroccan side of the border, security forces clashed with migrants. The chaos also had ripple effects abroad, with Italy and France pledging to tighten their controls on people arriving from Spain.

“The situation that Ceuta is going through is absolutely unsustainable,” Ceuta President Juan Jesús Vivas told journalists.
Meanwhile, migrants from Morocco also attempted to cross into Melilla, Spain’s other territory at the tip of North Africa, where they clashed with police.

Spanish prime minister condemns border breach
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez visited Ceuta on Friday and condemned the border breach, which he described as “a violation of Spain’s territorial integrity.”

Sánchez blamed human smugglers for the crisis, saying they “deceive so many young people and ultimately lead many of them to their deaths,” whether in the ocean or in the city.

The Spanish Interior Ministry released its own figures shortly after Vivas spoke, estimating that some 50,000 people had crossed from Morocco since Thursday. It added that 48,300 had already returned to Morocco by Friday evening, with hundreds more going back by the hour.

Rachid Sbihi, who leads a local workers association representing Civil Guard officers, described the situation as a “serious humanitarian crisis,” saying thousands of migrants, including unaccompanied children, were left sleeping in parks and on sidewalks, while others roamed the streets aimlessly.

“It’s chaotic,” Sbihi said.

The Moroccan Interior Ministry did not respond to a request for comment on the migrant figures released by the Spanish authorities.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said the images from Ceuta were “unacceptable.”

“We cannot allow anyone to come to our Union without abiding by our rules,” she said Friday in an online statement.
“Dangerous crossings must stop immediately. Smuggling networks must be dismantled. And returns must be swift, as our rules allow.”

People died in border chaos
Some of the 57 people who died had drowned, Sbihi said, but some were also killed in a stampede to cross the breakwater fence at Tarajal Beach, an urban beach near a border checkpoint with Morocco. The waters near the border fence were littered with buoys, shoes and other abandoned belongings.

Many young Moroccans who crossed into Ceuta told The Associated Press that they had hoped to find better work opportunities in Spain but were returning given the mayhem in Ceuta.

“There’s nothing at home. I’d have to work 12-hour shifts for a meager wage. That’s why I came here,” said 21-year-old Abdulah Buji, who hails from the city of Tetouan. “But I haven’t found any opportunities here either, so I have to go back.”

Moroccan police used water cannons and fired warning shots into the air to prevent migrants from crossing into Ceuta, according to rights groups in Morocco.

Morocco’s ambassador to Spain said the situation in Ceuta had unfolded against Morocco’s wishes.

“We have always prioritized legal, orderly and safe migration for all,” Karima Benyaich said. She did not comment on what prompted the migrants to cross into Ceuta.

To reach Ceuta, on the northern African coast, migrants often swim from the Moroccan town of Fnideq, covering about 3 miles (5 kilometers) to reach Spanish territory. Others attempt the crossing from the nearby town of Belyounech, where the distance is shorter.

Authorities in Ceuta and Madrid have linked the border surge to a recent decision by the Spanish Supreme Court, which ruled that migrants arriving by sea could not be summarily deported, unlike those who cross by land or climb the border fence.

Sánchez said migrant smugglers misinterpreted the ruling.

The interpretation of the Supreme Court’s ruling “spread like wildfire over the past few hours through the networks of human trafficking organizations,” triggering the surge, Sánchez said.

Spain has bucked anti-immigration trend
Sánchez has bucked the anti-migration trend that has gained ground across Europe and in the U.S.

Earlier this year, his government moved to give residency and work permits to hundreds of thousands of migrants already living in the country without permission.

Sánchez, a Socialist, argued that it would be good for the economy and the demographics of an aging Spain. Migrants who entered irregularly after Jan. 1 this year were not included.

His critics jumped at the opportunity to attack his policy, saying it encouraged more migrants to come.

“Sánchez allows Spain to be invaded through Ceuta,” Spanish conservative politician Isabel Díaz Ayuso wrote on X.

The U.S. expressed its support for “the people of Spain, and all Europeans, against this egregious violation of their sovereignty and human rights.”

In a post on X, the State Department added that “this unacceptable incident is the direct result of the Spanish Government’s deliberate efforts to enable and facilitate mass illegal migration into Europe.”

Sánchez on Friday defended his migration policy and distanced it from the events in Ceuta.

In the tumult, Italy temporarily suspended its open-border Schengen agreement with Spain, reimposing border controls for air and sea. The Interior Ministry said the decision amounted to a “closure” of the borders, but experts said it was merely a resumption of border controls. The agreement allows travelers to fly between the two countries without presenting passports.

French Interior Minister Laurent Nunez said France would also strengthen border checks with Spain.

The crisis in Ceuta “has nothing to do with the regularization of migrants adopted by the Government of Spain, as is being falsely claimed by some,” the Spanish government said in a statement late Thursday after Meloni’s announcement.

Pressure grows on second Spanish territory in Africa
Migrants from Morocco also attempted to cross into Melilla, the other Spanish territory at the tip of North Africa.

There was widespread chaos in Bni Nsar, the Moroccan town bordering the Spanish territory, where migrants clashed with police, throwing rocks and setting police vehicles ablaze, according to local media and rights groups. They reported injuries among security forces and the arrest of dozens of people attempting to cross.

Like Ceuta, Melilla is a self-governing Spanish city. Many Moroccans consider both cities to be occupied territory.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is cracking down on foreign nationals voting in New Jersey, Breitbart News has learned. This month, Gov. Mikie Sherrill (D) admitted that a so-called “software error” allowed thousands of foreign nationals to register to vote in the state, with hundreds voting in elections since 2023.

On Friday, DHS officials said investigations have led to charges against four foreign nationals in New Jersey who voted in elections over the last six years.

“These aliens illegally voted in American elections,” the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Lauren Bis said. “New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill confirmed thousands of non-citizens are registered to vote in New Jersey. We need the SAVE America Act to ensure only Americans elect American leaders.”

Idan Choresh, a 43-year-old Israeli national, voted in the 2022 election and has since been charged with voting by an alien in a federal election, along with making false statements to naturalize, and unlawful procurement of citizenship or naturalization.

Choresh arrived in the United States in January 2001 and was given a green card in July 2020 before applying for naturalized American citizenship in May 2025.

Likewise, federal prosecutors have charged 70-year-old Jacenth Emelyn Beadle Exum of Jamaica, who voted in the 2020 election, with making false statements to naturalize. Exum arrived in the U.S. in July 2000 and was given a green card in July 2004 before securing naturalized citizenship in August 2022.

In addition, David Gboty Neewilly, a 73-year-old Liberian national who voted in the 2020 and 2024 elections, has been charged with voting by an alien in a federal election, as well as making false statements to naturalize.

Neewilly arrived in the U.S. in July 1998, was given a green card in June 2014, and applied for naturalized citizenship in May 2025.

Abhinandan Vig, a 33-year-old Indian national, was charged with unlawful procurement of citizenship or naturalization after having voted in the 2020 election. Vig arrived in the U.S. in June 2012 before applying for naturalized citizenship in March 2024.

This month, the White House released documents suggesting that more than 250,000 foreign nationals are illegally registered to vote in New Jersey, California, Pennsylvania, and Nevada alone.

Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger announced on Friday that her administration has restored voting rights for more than 66,000 felons since taking office in January.

The Democrats gained 66,085 new voters with this move.

Their rights to serve on a jury, run for public office, and become a notary public were also restored under Spanberger’s direction.

“By giving these Virginians back their ability to make an impact at the local, state, and national levels, we are empowering our neighbors to take hold of their second chance,” Spanberger said in a statement.

Virginia is one of three states that strips convicted felons of their right to vote.

Spanberger’s predecessor, Republican Glenn Youngkin, previously rolled back a policy of automatically restoring felons’ rights and chose to evaluate applications on a case-by-case basis.

According to the Blaze, Youngkin had restored the right to vote for about 10,000 felons.

“The right to vote is foundational to who we are as Americans. As a Member of Congress, as a candidate for Governor, and in the months since I took office, I have heard from many Virginians who have shared their personal stories of redemption with me — and heartfelt reflections of the moment their voting rights were restored by previous Governors,” Spanberger said.

“I’m proud that — after contending with my predecessor’s efforts to deny Virginians their fundamental rights — we have restored the rights of more than 66,000 Virginians who have served their time. These Virginians deserve the right to use their vote, make their voices heard, and be recognized as contributing citizens to our Commonwealth and country.”

She further urged voters to vote yes on a constitutional amendment that would automatically restore voting rights to convicted felons upon completing their sentences. She called the practice of stripping voting rights from felons “a shameful relic of our Jim Crow past.”

The governor wrote, “This fall, voters can cast their ballots for Virginia to no longer strip so many of our neighbors of their fundamental rights — a shameful relic of our Jim Crow past. I hope Virginians will join me in voting yes.”

Not only is Spanberger trying to get as many convicted-felon voters as possible, but her state is now pausing the removal of noncitizen voters from the voting rolls 90 days before the election in accordance with a court settlement between Virginia and the Campaign Legal Center.

According to Judicial Watch, “Virginia cancelled 6,531 declared non-citizen voter registrations. But Virginia entered into a settlement with leftist groups to pause the program to remove declared noncitizens from voting rolls for the 90-day period before federal elections.”

According to Judicial Watch, The more than 6,500 noncitizen voters were removed between 2024 and June 2026.

A federal judge on Friday once again blocked the Trump Administration from terminating Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Somalis.

The termination was supposed to take effect on March 17, however, a federal judge previously halted the termination.

On Friday, US District Judge Allison Burroughs, an Obama appointee, issued a new administrative stay after the plaintiffs filed an amended complaint and an emergency motion.

There are more than 100,000 Somalis living in the US. An estimated 5,000 Somalis are eligible for Temporary Protected Status.

The Justice Department responded to the judge’s order.

“Judge Allison Burroughs just entered yet another order preventing the termination of Somalia TPS.

There is no serious debate about what is going on in these cases—defiance, obstruction, and delay,” Homeland Security general counsel James Percival said.

Last month, the US Supreme Court ruled that the Trump Administration is allowed to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for hundreds of thousands of Haitians and Syrians.

The high court, in a 6-3 vote, ruled that the Temporary Protected Status is… temporary!

Last week, US District Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointee indefinitely extended a block on the termination of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) of Ethiopians.

In 2022, the Biden Regime allowed more than 5,000 Ethiopians to enter the US and live here with special protections.

Their TPS status was extended again in April 2024 and expired on February 13, 2026.

DHS General Counsel James Percival blasted Judge Murphy last week and called his decision a mutiny against the Supreme Court.

“Judge Brian Murphy just entered an order preventing us from terminating TPS for Ethiopia. These district judges are engaged in mutiny against the Supreme Court. It must stop!” James Percival said.

In fact, its explicit aim is to require extensive proof of citizenship in order to register to vote, not just identification at the polls or accompanying mail ballots. But the SAVE impasse will likely strengthen the grip of Trump-fed conspiracy theories about Democrats needing illegal votes to win, at least among Republicans and perhaps even some swing voters. Concerns about vote integrity probably aren’t going to go away, whether they’re justified or not.

The SAVE America Act’s less explicit aim is to disrupt the 2026 midterms, since implementing a whole new national voter-registration system and then purging voter rolls to comply with it would take years to accomplish in any sort of reasonable and orderly manner. And its rarely acknowledged by-product would be a federal takeover of state-election administration, something Republicans fiercely resisted when Democrats sought to enact federal voting-rights legislation when they last controlled Congress and the White House. On top of everything else, what Trump calls the “full version” of the SAVE America Act includes drastic restrictions on voting by mail, along with non-germane prohibitions on transgender sports participation and gender-affirming treatments for minors.

Democrats are fully justified in saying not just “no” but “hell no” to Trump’s demands. But their own political interests might be better served by finding a way to support or even counter propose the simple voter ID requirements that Americans (including big majorities of Democrats) overwhelmingly support.

Americans also support voting-law reforms that Democrats typically favor. A major Pew survey in 2025 showed 80 percent favor the universal availability of two weeks of early in-person voting; 74 percent favor making Election Day a national holiday; 66 favor restoring voting rights for ex-felons; 59 percent favor automatic voter registration of all eligible voters; 58 percent favor a universal right to vote by mail; and 58 percent favor allowing people to register to vote on Election Day.

There’s also an obvious grand bargain on voting reforms that should be on the table instead of the wildly partisan SAVE America Act, as Bloomberg’s Ron Brownstein recently noted:

The [best] option is one Congress hardly considers anymore: Pursue a durable, bipartisan agreement that marries the priorities of both parties. …
[R]equiring photo identification to vote has preponderant public support, and, with a reasonable list of acceptable documents, is unlikely to be a deal-breaker for Democrats. In return, Democrats probably couldn’t ask Republicans to require no-excuse mail balloting in every state (given how Trump’s obsessive hostility to it has permeated the party). But with voter ID as the sweetener, there might be some Republicans willing to accept other widely popular 2021 ideas such as nationwide automatic and same-day registration, guaranteed early voting and rights restoration for the formerly incarcerated.

Best of all, a deal that includes a modest voter ID requirement without onerous proof of citizenship could outflank Republicans on their most popular election-reform idea and rebut the presumption that Democrats want loosey-goosey voter rolls just like Trump claims.

To deal with residual fears of largely imaginary noncitizen voting (and the recent disclosure by New Jersey’s Democratic governor of a software error that allowed over 6,000 noncitizens to register to vote showed they aren’t totally imaginary), enhanced criminal penalties for anyone involved in deliberate voter fraud should be folded into every Democratic voting-rights proposal.

To be clear, a detailed “grand bargain” proposal will be difficult to develop, if only because Democrats will differ on what to demand in exchange for voter ID, and Republicans will differ on how far to retreat from the extremist position Trump has turned into MAGA gospel. But it could be very useful for the Democratic Party to move from “no” and “hell no” on election reform to “no, but” or, better yet, “yes, if.”

Either non-Trump or post-Trump Republicans will consider bargaining over this, or they will confirm long-standing suspicions that the GOP wants to use voting rules to turn a minority of the electorate into a majority by brute force. It’s a fight Democrats should and must be willing to have.

Most Americans say they wouldn’t support a democratic socialist presidential candidate, according to a new poll.
In The Washington Post/Ipsos poll, 55 percent of respondents said they wouldn’t “consider” casting their ballot for a self-identified democratic socialist presidential candidate, while 39 percent said the opposite and 6 percent did not respond.

Democratic socialists have recently stepped into the national spotlight with notable primary wins in places such as New York and Colorado. One win was that of New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani last year against former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo in the Democratic mayoral primary. Mamdani has now become one of the most prominent Democrats in the country.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), another prominent democratic socialist, is one of a few names being discussed as a possible 2028 presidential contender.
Proponents of democratic socialism advocate for progressive change and a rebuke of leadership from the so-called capitalist class. The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), one of the largest democratic socialist organizations in the U.S., describes its vision for the country as “a system where ordinary people have a real voice in our workplaces, neighborhoods, and society.”

The Post/Ipsos poll also found 15 percent of respondents said they like democratic socialist political leaders either “a lot” or “a little,” with 36 percent saying they dislike the leaders either “a lot” or “a little.” Forty-six percent of respondents said they “neither like nor dislike” democratic socialist leaders.
The Post/Ipsos poll took place from July 8 to 13, featuring 2,648 participants and a margin of error of 1.9 percentage points.

And the House Oversight Committee invalidated over 4,200 executive actions and pardons signed via autopen under former President Joe Biden, citing a lack of proof that he authorized them [11].

Pramila Jayapal, Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement, sent a letter demanding that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) immediately equip all agents interacting with the public with fully functional body-worn cameras. The demand follows a disturbing pattern of deadly immigration enforcement operations carried out without basic accountability measures in place.
“We have watched in horror as Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials shot over two dozen people and killed six of them, including three U.S. citizens, during immigration enforcement operations since President Donald Trump took office in January 2025.1 In shooting after shooting, we are told that there is no body-worn camera footage of the incident and asked to accept DHS’s account of the incident. Time and again, that account turns out to be a blatant falsehood. It is time for DHS to use the $210 billion that congressional Republicans have given the agency to ensure that every DHS officer is equipped with a fully functioning body-worn camera when conducting immigration enforcement,” wrote the Ranking Members.

A federal appeals court ruled Thursday that a class of immigrants detained within the United States is not subject to mandatory detention, rebuffing both a Trump administration policy and the Tacoma Immigration Court’s practice of denying bond hearings to many people held at the Northwest ICE Processing Center.
In a published 2-1 decision, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit affirmed a prior ruling from Tacoma-based U.S. District Court Judge Tiffany Cartwright. Cartwright found the Tacoma Immigration Court was unlawfully denying people the chance to be released on bond to fight their deportation cases in the community, where some have lived for years.
At best, the only place this ruling would apply would be the Western District of Washington, due to the SCOTUS ruling on nationwide injunctions. And then there’s the one about courts not having the authority to interfere with federal immigration policy. So, this is another ruling that is heading to the Supreme Court.

ICE has lodged a detainer identifying her as a criminal illegal alien. We now have confirmation from the CVRS state voter database that this is the same woman. Initial registration date: Effective Date is 8/4/2017, Privilege Date is 10/28/2020. Addresses include 242 Oak St. in New Britain starting 3/15/2018, then 94 Griswold St., and later 94 Booth St.

Current Status: Active. Registration Timeframe: 8/4/2017 to present. Cause: DMV on 8/3/2017, online change on 10/27/2020, and another DMV change on 7/4/2025. No cancellations or removals. Election History: She voted in-person on 11/03/2020, 11/08/2022, and 11/05/2024. This comes weeks after another illegal alien in West Hartford was found registered to vote through the DMV. An infuriating tragedy unfolded this month as an illegal migrant killed a Connecticut police officer and his girlfriend in a traffic ‘accident,’ and the news gets even more outrageous.

As The New York Post reported on Tuesday, 27-year-old Melissa Ramirez, who is from Mexico, was speeding in a 45 mph zone when she smacked into 38-year-old Connecticut policeman Cooper Whiteside’s Harley Davidson on July 13.

This sent Whiteside and his 34-year-old girlfriend, Brittany Islami, flying through the air. Both were killed.

Per the Post, police stumbled upon a horrific scene:

Whiteside, a Bridgeport police officer, was found “lying in a supine position” and he sustained “significant injuries to his head, upper extremities and torso,” police said in their report.

“His right femur was protruding through the skin,” cops added, noting there was a “large pool of blood” in the road.

Islami — a mom to three children aged 7, 10, and 12 — suffered “significant injuries” and “had blood around her face,” police said, noting she wasn’t wearing a helmet.


When cops searched Ramierez’s vehicle, they found beer spilled all over the place. They also discovered a THC vape cartridge.

Cops found that Ramirez’s blood alcohol content was 0.14, which is almost twice the legal limit (0.08 ). She also tested positive for cannabis.

Aaron Wolen, one of the responding cops, revealed that he “noticed that her eyes were watery and bloodshot and that a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from her person.”

The Department of Homeland Security confirmed to The Post that Ramirez entered America illegally.

“Melissa Esperanza Ramirez-Romero is a criminal illegal alien with charges for Vehicular Manslaughter and DUI. On July 26, 2026, ICE lodged a detainer against her,” the department told the paper.

To make things even more infuriating, Ramirez is not only registered to vote in Connecticut but has voted REPEATEDLY.

We can all guess which party she has supported.

In addition, the Democrat-appointed judge LOWERED Ramirez’s bond from $500,000 to $300,000, citing her “deep ties to the community.”

Yet another black-robed tyrant who needs to be removed from the bench.

Freedom Haulers Initiative to Help Veterans Get Commercial Driver's Licenses, Better Jobs

At the White House today, President Donald J. Trump announced the kickoff of the Freedom Haulers campaign, a new effort to help military veterans find good-paying jobs as commercial drivers following their military service by establishing a military-to-commercial driver's license pipeline.
"Under our brand-new ... Freedom Haulers initiative, any American who has driven a heavy truck for our military will automatically be eligible for a commercial driver's license — and it's good-paying jobs too," Trump said. "Any veteran with heavy vehicle experience from the military will now be eligible to skip redundant road tests to obtain a commercial driver's license."



The president said the initiative also helps military personnel with no truck driving experience get trained and licensed to drive commercial vehicles.
One element of Freedom Haulers is that drivers with two years of experience safely operating heavy military vehicles can obtain a commercial driver's license without taking the driving test. Previously, that option was available for only 12 months after leaving a qualifying military job. But now the window to take advantage of the waiver has been extended to 24 months. All states participate in this program, and more than 40,000 veterans have used this waiver.
Also, part of the Freedom Haulers campaign is the "Even Exchange" program, which exempts qualified military drivers from the knowledge test required to obtain a commercial driver's license. This program applies to Army motor transport operators, fuelers and Patriot launching station operators; Marine Corps motor vehicle operators; Navy equipment operators; and Air Force vehicle operators, fuelers, and pavement and construction equipment operators. Right now, 34 states participate in the initiative, but Trump said he thinks more states will soon follow.
"This is a big deal; we believe that all 50 states and Washington, D.C., should join us in supporting these great veterans. ... I think they're all going to be signing up," Trump said.



The White House, along with the departments of War, Labor, Transportation and Veterans Affairs, are involved in the effort.
Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy explained how, under Freedom Haulers, military veterans will be exposed to great opportunities to find good-paying jobs following their military service.
"These are great-paying jobs; they're anywhere from $80 to $100,000-plus a year," Duffy said.
Without a program like Freedom Haulers, Duffy said, military veterans with the skills to do the work would have to retrain for a job they already performed for years in service to the nation.
"If Secretary [of War] Pete Hegseth thinks that you can drive a vehicle like this," Duffy said, pointing to a military combat vehicle on display at the White House, "[President] Donald Trump and Sean Duffy think that you can drive a vehicle like that," he said, pointing at a commercial big rig.
The aim of Freedom Haulers is to get veterans into good jobs and increase the number of veteran commercial drivers, Veterans Affairs Secretary Doug Collins said.
"I can't think of anything else that says freedom more in our country than an open road truck and a veteran," Collins said. "Veterans [have] said one thing: when they raised their right hand, they pledged what others would not do. They said, 'I will go and do what others will not do.'"
Now, Collins said, the VA is putting veterans first by helping them get into the driver's seat with great after-service jobs.
"Let's put veterans in the seats, making jobs safer and better for all Americans as we go along," he said. "Veterans ... you proved once you can do it. I know for a fact you can do it every single day."
Collins said the GI Bill will cover up to 100% of commercial driver's license tuition at state- and agency-approved schools. And for veterans with service-connected disabilities, the Veterans Readiness and Employment program also fully funds training and assists with job placement.
"One in 10 of our truck drivers across the country are veterans already — one in 10," Collins said. "Why don't we make it two in 10? Why don't we get three in 10?"
