    Short Answer

Has your campaign addressed the topic of illegal immigration in speeches, commercials, ads, or campaign materials? What are those messages? (Please provide sources or examples)

Speaking to the Sebastian Co. Bar Association 9/20/04 I have called for the resignation of Asa Hutchinson – DHS undersecretary in charge of border security. I have exposed the current non-enforcement policies of the Bush administration as being a de facto amnesty and called for strict enforcement of our immigration laws, including if necessary, the use of the military or National Guard on the borders.

What do you feel your opponent’s stance on illegal immigration or immigration reform is or would be?

Hypocritical and two-faced, with no real will or backbone to enforce the immigration laws. Both are status quo, party-line politicians. Incumbent (John Boozman –R) talks a good game, but that is all. Democrat Jan Judy is a party line Democrat who sees the illegals as her largest expanding constituency group.

Have you been endorsed by or received contributions from any other immigration reform or illegal immigration reduction groups at this time? - No

Would you openly accept an endorsement and or contribution from ALIPAC?

Because of my strong belief in legitimate campaign finance regulations being needed, I oppose and do not accept contributions from PACs or anyone outside of my District. If you cannot vote for me, I will not accept a contribution.
I do, however, accept endorsements and would welcome yours.
