Fitzpatrick Endorsement Release
Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) Endorses Michael Fitzpatrick for Congress
For Immediate Release Monday, October 25, 2004
Contact: William Gheen
President, Americans for Legal Immigration PAC
(866) 329-3999
WilliamG@alipac.us www.Alipac.us
Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) announced their endorsement of Michael Fitzpatrick in Pennsylvania’s 8th District. Fitzpatrick has indicated he will make illegal immigration a top priority as a member of Congress.
“We have hospitals, schools, and law enforcement agencies that are under severe strain. says William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. “America is experiencing a massive and unprecedented wave of illegal immigration. We need lawmakers that will secure our borders and enforce our existing immigration laws to turn back this tide. ALIPAC is happy to place our confidence in Michael Fitzpatrick.
Michael Fitzpatrick was endorsed due to his responses during an interview and to ALIPAC’s candidate survey found at http://www.alipac.us. With his stance on increased support of our border patrol, and sensible positions on illegal immigrant licensing and social security benefits, ALIPAC is confident that Fitzpatrick will show the kind of leadership James Greenwood did on immigration reform issues. James Greenwood received an “A grade by NumbersUSA and Citizens for Better Immigration found at http://betterimmigration.com
“Our goal is to elect members of Congress that will say “No to amnesties and guest worker programs that are the equivalent of amnesties. Gheen says. “We need lawmakers that will stand against social welfare, in-state tuition, driver licenses, and social security benefits that reward illegal aliens. We will be working hard to assure that Michael Fitzpatrick is elected on November 2.
