    Short Answer

Has your campaign addressed the topic of illegal immigration in speeches,
commercials, ads, or campaign materials? What are those messages? (Please
provide sources or examples) Yes. Kris speaks on these issues constantly, and
immigration reform has been a central point in nearly all of our radio and
television commercials. In speeches and in our paid media, Kris discusses putting
National Guard troops on the border, passing the CLEAR Act, and fighting the
movement for in-state tuition benefits for illegal aliens. Indeed, Kris is even the
lead attorney in a case that is challenging the recent passage of in-state tuition
    for illegals in Kansas.

What do you feel your opponent's stance on illegal immigration or
immigration reform is or would be? Dennis Moore is terrible on immigration issues.
He has no desire to bring true reform to the system. His "D" and "F" grades among
    immigration groups speak for themselves.

Have you been endorsed by or received contributions from any other
immigration reform or illegal immigration reductions groups at this time? Yes.
Team America PAC and Immigration Reform PAC have endorsed and contributed to our
campaign. Additionally, Congressman Tom Tancredo endorsed Kris early on.

Would you openly accept an endorsement and or contribution from ALIPAC? Yes

Please use the remainder of this space to share any further opinions on
    these issues. (optional)

    Kris Kobach Endorsement Press Release

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) Endorses Kris Kobach for Congress (KS-03)

For Immediate Release Thursday, October 21, 2004

    Contact: William Gheen
President, Americans for Legal Immigration PAC
    (866) 329-3999
    WilliamG@alipac.us www.Alipac.us

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is pleased to announce our endorsement of Kris Kobach for US Congress in (KS-03) based on his commitment to reduce illegal immigration, secure America’s borders, and restrict welfare to those that violate our immigration laws.

“We are a nation of legal immigrants. says William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. “America’s immigration laws are not being enforced and the public wants leaders that will take action to deter, prevent, and reduce illegal immigration. How can we secure our nation if we don’t secure our borders?

ALIPAC’s members have endorsed Kris Kobach because he has illustrated that illegal immigration concerns are an important part of his campaign. He received high rankings on his candidate survey which can be viewed at http://www.alipac.us Kris Kobach has stated that he believes stopping illegal immigration should be a top national priority, that illegal aliens should be deported, and that social welfare and benefits such as driver licenses and taxpayer assistance for college should be denied to those that break America’s immigration laws.

NumbersUSA and Americans for Better Immigration give Kobach’s opponent, Dennis Moore, a low grade of ‘C-’ on immigration issues. Dennis Moore has voted for worker importation measures and to reward illegal aliens with in-state tuition which would cost state taxpayers millions of dollars. Moore has also voted against using troops to reinforce America’s border patrol despite intelligence and media reports that indicate terrorist groups are exploiting the southern border.

“The US Congress has reports that Al-Qaeda and Chechen rebels are crossing our Southern border. William Gheen said. “Dennis Moore has been more concerned with sponsoring illegal aliens to go to college than protecting our legal citizens from harm. Kris Kobach offers a clear choice for voters that want illegal immigration addressed. ALIPAC has every confidence that Kris Kobach will stand with America’s legal citizens in congress.
