    Percentage of Democrat, Republican, and Unaffiliated Voters: According to the "Un-Official Voter Registration Data, April 2004 (http://www.dos.state.pa.us) there are approximately 657,558 Voters within the full 12 counties that comprise Congressional District 10.

    The breakdown for these 12 counties becomes: Democrats - 312,401(48%), Republicans - 287,255 (43%), Unaffiliated - 57,902 (9%)
