    Short Answer

Has your campaign addressed the topic of illegal immigration in speeches, commercials, ads, or campaign materials? What are those messages? (Please provide sources or examples)
    • The campaign's first expenditure, nearly half of all funds collected to date, was for two large billboards in Greenville and Spartanburg. I've attached a digital photo of the one on Wade Hampton Blvd in Greenville, S.C. A billboard of the same size is on South Church Street in Spartanburg. They indicate we must stop illegal immigration.
    • We printed 6000 brochures titled "Illegal Immigration is Out of Control!" We are handing them out quickly. Candidate Tyndall is amazed at the enthusiastic response he gets when people realize he is actually working to bring illegal immigration under control.
    • ALL of Tyndall's promotional literature -- including billboards, yard signs, bumper stickers, and brochures -- stresses the need to STOP ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION.
    • The candidate's website (www.tyndallforsenate.com) has an extensive essay and links to other documentation on the subject of illegal immigration. I encourage you to study it in detail.
    • Candidate Tyndall personally traveled to the Arizona/Mexico border in July to gather first-hand information on the illegal immigration issue. Since May, Tyndall has been speaking to voters across South Carolina educating them on the grave consequences of illegal immigration.

What do you feel your opponent’s stance on illegal immigration or immigration reform is or would be?
Republican Jim DeMint: Jim consistently avoids the issue, and refuses to meet Patrick Tyndall in a head to head debate. The Issues section of Jim's website (www.jimdemint.com) only briefly mentions "secure the borders" under the detail on the issue of National Security. Not a single word about illegal immigration is ever uttered on his flashy, expensive TV ads.
Democrat Inez Tenenbaum: Inez does not have a word about illegal immigration on her website. None of her flashy expensive TV ads mention a word about illegal immigration. This topic has been completely avoided by the major parties.
Libertarian Reb Sutherland: Not a word on her website about illegal immigration. The philosophy of liberatarianism includes allowing people to migrate to wherever they desire. There is not a word in the issues section of her website about the US Constitution, much less Article IV, Section 4.
United Citizens Tee Ferguson: I am not familiar with Tee's position, and there is no website listed on www.dnet.org for me to review his position.
Green Efia Nwangaza: I am not familiar with Efia's position on illegal immigration, and could not find a word on her website on the subject.

It is clear that Patrick Tyndall is the ONLY candidate in the race for US Senate in South Carolina that recognizes the country has a MAJOR PROBLEM with illegal immigration. The Constitution Party is the ONLY party in South Carolina that fully supports stopping illegal immigration and securing our borders.

Have you been endorsed by or received contributions from any other immigration reform or illegal immigration reduction groups at this time? No.

Would you openly accept an endorsement and or contribution from ALIPAC?
    Yes!

I want to personally thank you for sending this questionnaire. As you can tell by studying our response that Tyndall is the only candidate in the US Senate race in South Carolina that is serious about addressing the issue of illegal immigration.

You are welcome to use the attached digital photo of Tyndall's "Stop Illegal Immigration" billboard on your website. We would like to be able to place a link on our website to yours. Let me know if you would like to have a link from your website to the Tyndall for Senate website. Finally, let us know what we can do to work together. The Tyndall for Senate Committee appreciates everything you are doing.
