    "Southwest Border Partners": U.S. and Mexico

    Is Obama going to use the "crisis" of the Mexican drug war to merge U.S. and Mexican border law enforcement? Notice that the title here lumps "security and law enforcement" together with "commerce", rather than the protection of the physical safety and property of legal residents of the United States.

    I think he is trying to do more then joint border enforcement.I think he is attempting to join our 2 countries.
