Take Action ALERT! LEAVE Act offers comprehensive immigration enforcement!

To tackle our nation’s immigration problems, Rep. Gary Miller (R-CA) has introduced HR 1196, the Loophole Elimination and Verification Enforcement (LEAVE) Act, a comprehensive immigration enforcement bill.

This legislation includes a number of measures to reform our immigration policy and regain control of our porous borders. Among its provisions, it would:

* expand the E-Verify program to require all employers to confirm the work eligibility of their employees
* mandate the hiring of 8,000 new Border Patrol agents by 2015
* end the practice of birthright citizenship
* prevent the payment of Social Security benefits to those who worked illegally in the United States
* prohibit states from granting in-state tuition benefits to illegal aliens
* assist local municipalities in the enforcement of federal immigration laws.

Let your Congressional Representative know that our nation needs this important law.

We've GOT to get these kinds of bills passed as soon as possible, especially since they will take who knows how long to start going into effect once they do get passed! Here in California, it was just announced that in order to help pay off the defecit and curtail spending, the Community Colleges are going to have to deny MORE students enrolling!! So, if JUST ending birth rights of illegals is passed in this LEAVE Act bill, their parents cannot collect Welfare benefits for them, therefore will free up on the upwards of $55 million every month in addition to anchors being denied Community College seats! As it is, they don't want to speak English, and it makes NO sense at all to have them in our Colleges!
