Federal English Language Bill Garners Congressional Support

"Washington, DC—The English Language Unity Act (H.R. 997) reached a significant milestone last week, earning the support of its 100th Member of Congress.
The bill, introduced in the House of Representatives by Rep. Steve King (R-IA), would make English the official language of the nation and would require that all official functions of the federal government be conducted in English."
