King will be available to interested members of the media to respond to resistance of enforcement of American immigration law and will outline the motivation behind the ACLU/Georgia Detention Watch organized opposition to Georgia local law enforcement’s use of Section 287 (g) of the 1996 Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act.

    The Dustin Inman Society supports and extends its gratitude to Cobb County sheriff Neil Warren for being the first Georgia sheriff to use 287 (g) .
