Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS) has been offered another $50,000 "Challenge Grant" from a very generous donor who shares our concern over the growing tide of illegal immigrants pouring across our borders. But, this Grant does not come without pre-conditions and we need your immediate help today to make this Grant possible.

Here's why. A "Challenge Grant" works as follows: Our donor will give us $1 for every $1 we can raise on our own from supporters like you. That means if you give us $20 today, our donor will give us $20 tomorrow - meaning your gift is really worth $40 or double the original amount. Should you give $50, we would receive an additional $50 for a total gift of $100 and so on - all the way up to $50,000.
