LOUCHBUIE, Colo. -- A pastor in Brighton who operates safe houses in Colorado was arrested for allegedly kidnapping and sexual assaulting a 20-year-old man, police said Thursday.
Jesus Alonso Ochoa-Gomez, a 36-year-old illegal immigrant, operated a safe house for fellow illegal immigrants in Aurora and opened another safe house in Lochbuie earlier this year. The kidnapping and sexual assault allegedly took place in the Lochbuie location, police said.
On Monday, acting on an arrest warrent, Lochbuie police officers went to Ochoa-Gomez's home, but the suspect refused to open the door. Police forced themselves into the home, where Ochoa-Gomex was arrested. His pregnant wife was also at home.
Ochoa-Gomez was transported to the Weld County Jail and is being held on a $25,000 bond. He is facing charges of second-degree kidnapping and sexual assault.Support our FIGHT AGAINST illegal immigration & Amnesty by joining our E-mail Alerts at http://eepurl.com/cktGTn

Pastor Faces Kidnapping, Sex Assault Charges
(CBS4) LOCHBUIE, Colo. A pastor is in jail and faces charges of kidnapping and sexual assault.
Pastor Jesus Alonzo Ochoa-Gomez is an illegal immigrant who police said was running safe houses in the Denver area for other illegal immigrants.
The latest so-called safe house was allegedly in Lochbuie, where, according to police, Ochoa-Gomez held a 20-year-old male hostage for 10 days and repeatedly molested him.
The victim said he was finally able to get away. He said he fled to a church in Denver seeking help.
"We're just trying to tell him that it was the best thing that he did to tell because there are a lot of young people out there that don't tell because they're afraid," said Pastor Jorge Arevalo, a victim's advocate.
Police said they want to know if there are any other victims out there.
"The disappointing part for me is if no one else comes forward," said Sgt. Dan Boyle of the Lochbuie Police Department. "It took a lot for this young man to come forward and ask for some help."
Ochoa-Gomez is currently being held on a $25,000 bond. If convicted, he would likely be deported as a felon.Support our FIGHT AGAINST illegal immigration & Amnesty by joining our E-mail Alerts at http://eepurl.com/cktGTn
