    Mexican authorities have charged 12 men and two women in connection with 72 bodies found in a series of mass graves in San Fernando, Tamaulipas.

    The 14 are charged with kidnapping people of passenger buses in Tamaulipas and San Luis Potosi.

    Mexico’s Attorney General’s Office (PGR) identified the suspects as:
