Ernest Duran, a UFCW official who frequently appears in the film, said the arrest of 262 workers in Greeley, plus hundreds of others detained and deported at other plants, was a heavy-handed tactic and violated workers' rights.
He has it wrong. They violated American workers rights by illegaly stealing jobs. Our immigration system isn't broken it just isn't enforced.
