10 immigrants detained in Palm Beach

PALM BEACH, Fla. —Early Saturday morning, Palm Beach police responded to an immigrant boat landing in the area of Bahama Lane and North Ocean Boulevard.

Law enforcement remained in the area for saturation patrol. Nearby residents were advised to report any suspicious activity.

According to Border Patrol, 2 women and 8 men from Haiti were taken into custody and transported to the U.S. Border Patrol Station in Riviera Beach.

The 10 immigrants will be processed for removal and turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
