Thread: Obama Allowing Illegals to Go Home Then Get Right Back Into the US

It is usually assumed that illegal aliens will have trouble returning to the U.S. if they go back home because they lack legal status as a citizen or legal resident alien. But now Obama's DREAM Act is allowing illegals to go home and then come right back into the U.S. with no repercussions at all.

Arizona's KTAR radio reports that forty so-called DREAMers were recently allowed to return to Mexico to visit friends and family and then to come right back into the U.S.

Obama's department of Homeland Security also took steps to allow this specially arranged trip for this group by issuing them "advanced-parole documents" that would allow them re-entrance into the USA despite that they aren't legal citizens in the first place.

"We had the opportunity to travel to Mexico after many years of not being there," 28-year-old Erika Andiola said. "I hadn't been to Mexico since I was 11-years-old--so 17 years ago."

The DREAM Act invalidates many immigration laws and gives some illegals protection against deportation if apprehended committing crimes and in other circumstances. The DREAM Act also assures illegals access to a free education.
