New Obama border anti-drug strategy promises more cooperation with states, local cops

Obama administration officials unveiled an updated Southwest border counternarcotics strategy Thursday that calls for increased coordination between federal, state and local law enforcement agencies to combat smuggling.
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano led a delegation of administration officials to the U.S.-Mexico border in Arizona where the update on the strategy, sought by Congress, was released.

After what I have seen (not to mention what people DONT know about) I believe they should both be in prison for the rest of their lives...
