And Dover Sole. The best dover sole I ever ate, which I love, with almonds and pan-fried in butter was in a downtown hotel in Chicago. A Sheraton, had a nice fancy little restaurant in it that served this memorable dish. Have tried it other places, no comparison. Also, surprisingly, the best lobster tails I ever put in my mouth, huge, fluffy and delicious. Never had any even close to it and have tried them all over the country. A little hole in the wall out in the suburbs around Naperville.
