Thread: 2 Border Patrol agents face 20 years in prison

i would like ALIPAC to fight this with all we've got. Our Border Patrol needs to be supported in using firearms when a threat to their lives is perceived. they are putting their lives on the line to protect America's border. this is just another action by our court system that proves there is no true intent of keeping the illegals out, even the corrupt drug smugglers.
We just have to keep fighting every step of the way to secure our borders. I am so glad that Americans are finally waking up to the fact that their action is needed to let the elected officials know we will not tolerate illegals in our country.

I suggest all ALIPAC supporters do the following:
a. Donate some money to the agents' defense fund. It would be useful if ALIPAC would provide the necessary information where to send donations so we are sure they get to right folks.
b. Write your Senators and Representatives and demand a full investigation of the Justice Department and the Dept of Homeland Security with regard to their policies
c. Demand that the prosecutor for this case be disciplined. Fire her if possible; if not, demote and get her out of the border states
d. Write to your newspapers, as well as the corporate offices of your newspapers and the corporate offices of Reuters and AP. It is amazing that we never here a word about incidents like this, or any other illegal immigration news that might show the government or the illegals in a bad light. Likewise, the major networks should be written to. Even CNN. Only Lou Dobbs ever reports anything, but the main news on CNN always seems mighty quiet about the issues.
e. Write the chairman of your polictal party, or maybe all. I am going to repeat one more time for Mehlman, Hastert and Frist (better known as the Larry, Moe and Curly of the Republican Party) that conservative Republicans such as myself are fed up with this Republican President and Republican Congress selling us down the (Rio Grande) river. The treatment of these two border guards is just another blantant example of the flagrant disregard the Republican party has for its members opinions and those of the American people in general.

Remember the Federal Govt. has taken this action while at the same time they have a Coyote in custody who killed 10 people in a rollover wreck earlier this month near Yuma, who never should have seen the light of day again after he let them on a high speed chase in June 05'. They gave him a slap on the wrist for all his crime at the time, dropping all the felonies, leaving only misdemeanors and making it possible for him to carry on with his illegal business after a short jail stay. This is the Federal Govt. that has 8 U.S. Military who followed orders in Iraq and now sit in Ft. Pendleton Ca. facing long term prison sentences for doing their job as well. We live in a sick society that lets the criminals dictate the rules and the workers are victimized by the Feds and the criminals! The guy that shot at these officers fits that description perfectly.

Do we need a more overt display of just how corrupt our legal system is ?? It is well known that the U.S. government does not want to stop the flow of illegal drugs into the U.S. , no matter what the source .
remember that every illegal allien entering this country is a criminal and is commiting a criminal act, so why no go for broke and bring in the drugs
that account for the vast majority of the income illegals send back to mexico. After all they all know that all that will happen to them is they will get a court date that they won't show up for anyway.

As for the two agents in hind sight the only thing they did wrong was to believe that our government was on their side. Every one should kow by now that once the court has passed down it's sentance there is no way to oppose it unless the government interceeds. well no legal way .

as for the rest of the agents out there think about this
if you were really ment to do the job of stoping illegal immagration don't you think the government would be funding the programs that would help you do your jobs and providing you with the needed man power, not just paying it lip service. Face it your out there putting your life on the line just to provide the people something to look at while the real crimes are going on just out of sight and if you interfear with the master plan you wont be around long eather ( no threat intended )

Heard on the John & Ken show (KFI 640 out of Los Angeles) that today the sentencing date for the two border patrol agents has been taken off the court calendar and there is no new date yet. This could be very good news...possibly this will go to the attorney general to be overturned.
