The Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement has identified 23 countries that often refuses or delays issuing travel documents for ICE deportees. These are the countries least responsive to ICE requests and the average number of days it takes for the countries to repatriate citizens.

The Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement has identified 23 countries that often refuses or delays issuing travel documents for ICE deportees. When the deportation process takes longer than six months, ICE must release the foreign nationals under our current laws.
