5 Aliens Charged With Illegal Entry to U.S. -- Previously Deported 11 Times Total

(CNSNews.com) -- Five illegal aliens who had previously been deported from the United States a combined 11 times, were charged with illegally entering America again and now face potential federal prison time, reported the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Kansas.
Mexican national Jose Rafael Gutierrez-Yanez, 27, was charged with one count of unlawful entry into the United States. He reportedly had been deported on four occasions. If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in federal prison, said the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Illegal alien Cruz Diaz-Carballo, 34, was charged with one count of unlawful entry. He reportedly had been deported three times. If convicted, he faces up to two years in federal prison.
Otilio Benitez-Acquirre, 39, not a U.S. citizen was also charged "with unlawfully re-entering the United States after being deported," said the U.S. Attorney's Office. "The indictment alleges he was deported two times."
If convicted, he faces up to two years in federal prison.
Mexican nationals Jose Fernandez-Cases, 45, and Roberto Sanchez-Salas, 49, were charged with one count of unlawful re-entry and, if convicted, they face up to two years in prison.
The U.S. Attorney's Office also reported that six other Mexicans were charged with conspiring to distribute hundreds of pounds of marijuana in Kansas. Each of the illegals was charged with one count of conspiracy and one count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
Each of the alleged dope dealers, if convicted, faces between 5 and 40 years in prison "and a fine up to $5 million on each count," said the Attorney's Office.

Rene Josefat Yanez Coronado, 31, Hermosillo, Mexico.
Cesar Ignacio Valencia Casillas, 19, Hermosillo, Mexico.
Carlos Gabriel Rubal Nieblas, 20, Hermosillo, Mexico.
Angel Joel Gallegos Oviedo, 23, Hermosillo, Mexico.
Eduardo Antonio Mijangos Loustaunau, 18, Hermosillo, Mexico.
Jesus Antonio Mijangos Loustaunau, 26, Lopes Del Castillo, Mexico.
