Thread: 5 Aliens Charged With Illegal Entry to U.S. -- Previously Deported 11 Times Total

(CNSNews.com) -- Five illegal aliens who had previously been deported from the United States a combined 11 times, were charged with illegally entering America again and now face potential federal prison time, reported the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Kansas.

Mexican national Jose Rafael Gutierrez-Yanez, 27, was charged with one count of unlawful entry into the United States. He reportedly had been deported on four occasions. If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in federal prison, said the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Illegal alien Cruz Diaz-Carballo, 34, was charged with one count of unlawful entry. He reportedly had been deported three times. If convicted, he faces up to two years in federal prison.

Otilio Benitez-Acquirre, 39, not a U.S. citizen was also charged "with unlawfully re-entering the United States after being deported," said the U.S. Attorney's Office. "The indictment alleges he was deported two times."

If convicted, he faces up to two years in federal prison.

Mexican nationals Jose Fernandez-Cases, 45, and Roberto Sanchez-Salas, 49, were charged with one count of unlawful re-entry and, if convicted, they face up to two years in prison.

The U.S. Attorney's Office also reported that six other Mexicans were charged with conspiring to distribute hundreds of pounds of marijuana in Kansas. Each of the illegals was charged with one count of conspiracy and one count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

Each of the alleged dope dealers, if convicted, faces between 5 and 40 years in prison "and a fine up to $5 million on each count," said the Attorney's Office.

The illegals charged are:

Rene Josefat Yanez Coronado, 31, Hermosillo, Mexico.

Cesar Ignacio Valencia Casillas, 19, Hermosillo, Mexico.

Carlos Gabriel Rubal Nieblas, 20, Hermosillo, Mexico.

Angel Joel Gallegos Oviedo, 23, Hermosillo, Mexico.

Eduardo Antonio Mijangos Loustaunau, 18, Hermosillo, Mexico.

Jesus Antonio Mijangos Loustaunau, 26, Lopes Del Castillo, Mexico.

Tell all these countries, if your citizens do not stop entering our country illegally, then your country will have no aid from or trade with the United States. Period.

Very simple. President can do it with a Press Release and a letter of notice to the countries. It costs the US nothing to implement and while it may not stop every single thug sneaking into our country, it will grind this invasion to a halt in a matter of days. Just do it!!

How about we do something more realistic that we can control, like securing our damn border! Our U.S. Congress and President are failing us miserably on border security.

What universe are you living in? We can't secure the border, we don't have enough votes to pass the laws or fund the money to do it. Judy's Plan B will do a better job, much faster, and doesn't cost US anything. We sanction Russia, Iran, Pakistan, North Korea, Palestine and soon to be Syria and some others ... it's the easiest thing n the world to do. And these countries haven't done anything to US, yet. while these countries responsible for illegal immigration have caused US so much harm, so much money, it's like what Twilight Zone are you in NOT wanting to sanction the countries responsible for our greatest security threat and financial drain because of illegal immigration??!!

Unlike you, some of us have a life and can't bother with telling you why it won't work and why it will never be a consideration in the White House over and over again. You can bang your drum as loud and as often as you want, but it won't change actual fact.

ABSOLUTELY!!! Judy's Plan B doesn't have to be an action by itself. Fund the wall when you have enough votes to do so. Increase ICE agents from 5,000 to 20,000 when you have enough votes to fund it to do so. Hire more immigration judges when you have enough votes to fund it to do so. Have the military build the wall as soon as you can get authorizations to do so. Pursue it all. In the meantime, Judy's Plan B can start working on the flow and grind that to a halt in a matter of days and you don't need votes, funds or Congress to do it. The President can do it with a press release and notice letters to the countries he wants to start this with, i. e. Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras. Then add Philippines, Korea, India and China. The rest will get the message and this mess will be over, leaving US still the hard task of getting 30 million illegal aliens already here out of the country. Phase 2 sanctions could be used to assist with that increasing self-deportations.

You've been given numerous reasons why it will never be a consideration. If you choose not to hear or see, that's on you. It's the duty of our President and U.S. Congress to see that our border is physically secured. If you want to give them a pass on that, that's on you too.

As best I can tell, the only one attempting to do anything to slow the illegal traffic at our borders is Jeff Sessions. Perhaps Trump should take notice and publicly support him in that effort instead of the constant whimpering and whining about things he doesn't control!

A pie in the sky fantasy wish about making other countries responsible for securing our​ borders is wasteful thinking and will not bare fruit.

We must physically secure our own country and its borders against unwanted intrusion!
