Report: Obama’s DHS Hiding Real Numbers On Illegal Aliens — And The Reason Is Infurating

For its almost eight years in office, Barack Obama’s White House has carried on the tradition of the Friday news dump – withholding bad news from the public until Friday evening to cut down on the amount of media attention the item will get.

But when it comes to illegal immigration – the very issue Republican nominee Donald Trump has made a cornerstone of his presidential campaign for more than a year – Obama’s Department of Homeland Security is going even one better.

It’s refusing to release a report on the number of illegals arrested crossing the border – for fear of helping the Trump campaign, according to Fox News.

Sources told Fox that DHS is withholding the findings of a report that was completed almost a year ago because it shows that the department’s claims of the percentage of illegal aliens who are stopped making entry are wildly inflated.

The agency argues it captures about 80 percent of adults trying to slip into the country, when the actual percentage is only about half, Fox reported.

“The Obama administration knows that the number of illegal aliens successfully getting across the Mexican border is 158 percent higher than they are telling people,” John Lott, president of the Crime Prevention Research Center, told Fox News. “The administration has made fraudulent changes in the numbers to hide this.”

Considering that’s the flow of immigrants from Mexico, Central and South America and the rest of world hoping to take advantage of porous border conditions, that comes to about 250,00 illegal immigrants entering annually – or a city about the size of Orlando, Florida.

Now, there’s nothing particularly unusual about government employees fudging numbers to hide the lousy job they’re doing. If the Transportation Security Administration had its way, those reports about the guardians of air travel missing 95 percent of the weapons inspectors tried to smuggle aboard at airports nationwide would no doubt be buried somewhere in the bowels of the agency’s D.C. headquarters.

But what makes this report unusual is why the feds are burying it.

Simply put, they’re afraid the news will help the election of a man this administration hates even more than it does the average Republican.

As Fox put it:

One source familiar with the report told Fox News that DHS is suppressing the report for “political reasons . . . because it would ‘look bad’ and ‘help elect Donald Trump.”

Republican lawmakers – the ones who are supposed to actually be in charge of the country, according to the Constitution – aren’t getting the information they need because of the poisonous politics of a partisan Democrat administration, according to Fox.

The administration, however, is fully aware of what’s in the buried report, according to Fox.

The report was requested by the House and Senate Appropriations Committees as part of the Fiscal 2016 Omnibus Bill, but has been shrouded in secrecy. Viewed by a select few in key administration figures, critics say it is being withheld because of its explosive findings, which could potentially benefit GOP nominee Donald Trump. FoxNews.com requested a copy from both DHS and the White House, but was told the report is not yet finished, an assertion disputed by sources familiar with the process.

Considering that sources told Fox the report was completed last November, that’s a considerable stretch.

Jessica Vaughan, director of policy research for the Center for Immigration Studies, said the administration seems to be keeping the reports under wraps because it contradicts the reality it would rather not face.

“It appears to me that this research could have been suppressed because it contradicts the Obama administration’s narrative that the border is secure, and it contradicts the administration’s wish for people to believe that illegal immigration is a thing of the past,” Vaughan said.

Dealing with reality by trying to deny it seems to have been a pattern of the Obama White House. Considering the way Hillary Clinton’s campaign has tried to hide her health problems, that’s a pattern that’s likely to continue of a Democrat is elected in November.

And for the Obama White House, keeping this report hidden is one way of making sure that happens.

We are so undermanned in the legal department. Judicial Watch and IRLI are the only big. orgs. I know about. That is why I am looking into criminal complaints. It's an uphill battle, because progressive governments also have progressive lawyers, etc. But they are obligated to act on a criminal complaint.

When I say criminal complaint I also include business law complaints, too. I was having an effect with contractors Board complaints, but it's like pulling teeth to get the anti immigrant PAC to take this issue, no matter what they say. Another thing that has crossed my mind, and here this seems to be novel but----
What about small claims suits? I mean several of them at a time. It takes about a hundred dollar investment. However, constituents sue government all the time with no effect. But what if ten people did it together in separate actions?

Of course if you get the shadow govt. ACLU to sue, they know how to milk their cronies in the government and get significant payouts. And here I thought they had sovereign immunity. Apparently not if their buddies ACLU bring a case---then they fall over dead and pay the schmuck off.

You have to have strong stomach to go through all of this BS. We are in the position of continental Europe of the 1930's. The totalitarians are gaining power.
