9th Circuit Court decision based on "heckler's veto" from Mexico:

9th Circuit's Consideration of Foreign Government's Opinion?

In a joint statement released by Arizona Governor Jan Brewer and Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne both expressed their indignation at the 9th Circuit's consideration of a foreign government's opinion, and ultimate sway, of American judges in an American court.

At question is whether or not SB 1070 is constitutionally sound in its mirroring of the largely ignored and not enforced Federal law regarding illegal immigration. Also at question in this hot debate is whether or not individual States have retained enough of their sovereignty to enforce their tenth amendment rights.

Now the 9th Circuit wishes to open the door on allowing foreign governments to have a say in what laws can and can not be passed. The American government has received opposition from foreign governments since the ink dried on The Constitution. How could foreign governments keep their people under their control and retain their positions of power if there was a nation of peasants who had thrown off the shackles of sovereignty to the British Empire?

"I note that the 9th Circuit relied heavily on the opposition of foreign governments in upholding the injunction on two of the four elements," said Attorney General Horne.

Those elements that remain under injunction are a mandate that requires foreign visitors or specific aliens (Americans carry drivers licenses and passports when on foreign soil) register with the government and carry documentation, and a requirement for law enforcement officials to verify immigration status of an individual when engaged in lawful contact (have you as a citizen ever been a Good Samaritan and notified law enforcement of a crime, only to find out that you have a warrant for a minor infraction and get arrested too?).

i bet it is true! they also wrote letters to get Ramos and Compean, Gilmer Hernandez and other law enforcement on the southern border prosecuted

Hmm! Very scary information. It might cause some people to think things they would not normally think.

I wonder if anyone received anymore information about the BP Agent murdered near the border in Arizona. I forgot his name...Agent Brian Terry I believe?

I was briefed on this issue not long ago in law school; however, did not accept my teachings as I should have. Just recently I began to react to whats happening in this Country. I must admit it is quite disturbing.
