A new trial date is set for the illegal immigrant accused of killing two Huntsville teenagers.

Felix Ortega is charged with capital murder in the deaths of Leigh Anna Jimmerson and her boyfriend Tad Mattle.

Saturday marked one year since HPD say Ortega slammed into their car, as he tried to run from police.

His trial was originally set for January, but was delayed when the judge in the case retired.

It's now set for June 21st.
