Okay, based on these percentages, the initial interview process is obviously faulty. DHS is performing the initial interviews, aren't they? If that's so, then why isn't the Trump administration tightening the screws and eliminating more of the asylum seekers during the initial interview portion of the process? The total number passing the initial interview is way too high if most of them are turned down when they see a judge. The process needs more streamlined and the number initially accepted should be cut drastically to come in line with the number that is expected to get final approval. That would be much more cost effective and cut down on asylum seekers that will never end up getting approved. Remember, these people get work permits after 180 days even though they will probably not be granted asylum 2 or 3 years from now. These folks are taking American jobs. Doesn't exactly jell with Trump's "America first" slogan.

Question, what do these people do during their first 180 days since they have no authorization to work? Are we taxpayers covering their needs? Of course we are!

We must demand Congress repeal all asylum, refugee and UAC laws. Anyone who is a non-citizen without papers must be treated as an illegal alien and denied entry and if already in the country, deported post haste.
