Gibboney and fellow “Angel Families” had visited Capitol Hill the day before, carrying similar photos of loved ones who had been killed by illegal aliens.



They had attempted to speak with Schumer and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-NY) — but as members of the group told Breitbart News, neither Democrat leader would speak with them.

Appearing on a Facebook Live video Wednesday afternoon, Gibboney — herself a legal immigrant — declared that she was “frustrated” that Democrats “bring attention to those missing a paycheck” but not “those missing a loved one.”


“How about the many stories about those of us that have been hurt by illegal aliens. … Is a paycheck more important than a life?” she asked.



“Schumer wants the president to see the faces of those affected by the shutdown. Oh, my God. … When have Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi looked at our faces? … Never.”


She voiced her support for President Donald Trump: “He looked into our eyes, he felt our pain.”


“Build the wall. Fund the wall,” she declared.

Shocking to say the least. Posing with government workers who HE and Pelosi are responsible for them NOT getting paid! These workers are not raped and murdered like the Angel Mom's families!!!!

Truly despicable low life!

No more talks...they have been "talking" for over 30 years to clean up this massive mess of illegal immigration and a 3 week CR is not going to solve anything and we will "talk later"!

They need to move forward and fully fund all the departments and resume full government operation, then work on this issue to the extent possible through normal appropriations. No one should be surprised, when you lose the US House of Representatives, you lose all control of funding and most legislation that you would have otherwise wanted.

President Trump drew a line in the sand when he signed the last Omnibus funding bill without money for his border wall. He promised not to do it again. Kudos to Trump for standing his ground and phooey to anyone claiming to care about border security that opposes him on this!

As I've always said, I'll give Trump credit when it's due, but I won't hesitate to hold his feet to the fire when he's wrong. He's right on this.

He was talking about the spending in that bill that DemoQuacks had added to it because of the increased spending on the military, some matching fund spending deal, that if you increase spending for the military then they can increase spending in the same amount for domestic programs, i. e. PORK.

DECLARE NATIONAL EMERGENCY AND SHUT THE WHOLE DAMN BORDER DOWN.

President Trump only signed the last Omnibus funding bill because it included the money he wanted for the military and because he was promised his border wall funding in the next DHS funding bill. Well, the funding is not there, so the line has been crossed and now he's forced to stand his ground.

I thought you were quoting the line where he said he would never sign another one, that was in 2017, now you're talking about quotes of statements he made in 2018. I leave you to your confusion.

This President is not forced to do anything he doesn't want to do. No one forced him to shutdown the government. House Republicans asked him to, and he went along, but he made the decision and I disagree with it. I do not support this tactic by Trump or any other President. When you lose in appropriation negotiations, it means you didn't have the votes, usually because you didn't have the seats because you didn't win enough elections for your side to prevail on the issues important to you.

The only good thing about this shutdown so far is the 5 minute laugh I had about Trump grounding these evil DemoQuacks from using military aircraft to fly to Europe for yet another junket at taxpayer expense. But as enjoyable as that was for me, it wasn't worth the cost of this shutdown.

It didn't take long for them to find willing government supporters that would supply photos. These people don't even have original ideas and to call them dirt bags is mild IMO.
