This is a violation of the constitutional rights to freedom of association. It is very similar to some bars which have dress codes which forbid anyone wearing biker "colors". This issue has been fought, and won by bikers many times, ranging from bars and restaurants, to cities which forbade the wearing of biker colors at festivals and public events. Anywhere which is open and public must allow members of any group to do business just as they would allow anyone else. It is no less a violation of civil rights that refusing to serve a customer due to their race. Any business open to the public must do business with you even if you show up in a KKK or Nazi unform.

Having owned a bar once where we had a sign up that says "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone" I can tell ya the LEGAL effectiveness of that sign is exactly ZERO.
