Any update on the Black Civil Rights March?
I have seen NO coverage on the news about this march. Is there any update? It's funny, the media would have covered this story like a blanket if they weren't marching against illegals. I guess the mainstream press has chosen sides on this one, this one could come back to bite the press in the butt.

African American Group: Amnesty Not a Civil Rights Issue
The illegal alien advocacy network has attempted to portray their campaign for a massive new amnesty program as a civil rights issue. It is not, say black Americans.
American blacks struggled, endured countless indignities, and even died to secure their full rights as citizens of the United States. Now their struggle and their hard won gains are being co-opted by advocates for citizens of other countries who are in this country illegally, stealing jobs and opportunities from the children and grandchildren of the Americans who achieved those rights.
On Saturday June 23, hundreds of American blacks will take to the streets of Los Angeles to take back their civil rights. "The illegal alien agenda is not a civil rights agenda," declared Ted Hayes, chairman of Choose Black America. "Forty years ago, black Americans bravely confronted a system that denied them their guaranteed rights as citizens. The illegal alien agenda is an effort to extort rights from the American people that they have not earned and don't deserve."
Black citizens will gather at the intersection of King & Crenshaw Boulevards at noon and march to Lemert Park for a rally at 2:30 pm. "We will send a clear message that black Americans will not allow our civil rights legacy to be expropriated by people who have never been denied their rights under the law because their very presence in this country is a demonstration of their contempt for the law. And we certainly will not sit by quietly as illegal aliens fill our jobs, our schools and our hospitals," said Hayes.
Where the hell is Al sSharpton and Jessie Jackson now?
It upsets me to see that they are not speaking out about this and I am a African=American who strongly appose this bill. The Hispanic community doesn't like Blacks and I know this for a fact. They do not assimilate at least we assimilated into America. They make me sick, I use to feel bad for Hispanics, but now I could care less. I have no empathy nor compassion for them, because they actually think we owe them something.
